The manager lady changed the cost for the reservation with multiple fees. According with her, booking prices does not show all applicable fees. And for someone on vacation it is hard to get involved in this kind of arguments.

Excelente ubicación...rodeado de naturaleza y muchos árboles frutales...a pocos minutos del Santuario del Santo Cerro.

El personal fue muy atento y además explicó muy bien la historia del lugar. Un buen desayuno con auténticos productos locales.

The view and the service was good.

I felt pampered or taken care of by a loving mother. We got inside the tub in the evening and were the only ones but came to check what they can do for us. I thought it was late but they said it wasn't a problem and turned the bubbles on and the lights. Amazing. Good breakfast! Oh and the view where you and and also where the pool/tub is ... WOW.

The property sits atop the eastern side of the Santo Cerro hill. The access road is very well paved. It is a pet-friendly property and serves complimentary hot breakfast (scrambled or fried eggs, sausage, smashed green plantains and fruit of the season). It has a restaurant with a wide range of delicious dishes. I enjoyed the fettuccine in pesto sauce for dinner. The views from the restaurant terrace are breathtaking. With help from Don Nicolas, the owner, we could identify several cities and towns of the Cibao Valley. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The room was in an optimal condition, very clean. It had an air conditioner, a fan, hot water and a mini fridge. This outstanding property’s greatest assets are its prime location, stunning terrace views, and the incredible hospitality of Don Nicolas, his family, and the staff.

Nos encato el servicio personalizado por el Sr Nicolas y la Sra Yadira. En todo momento buscaban la manera que estuvieramos muy a gusto durante nuestra estadia. El personal excelente Maria, Yoka, y un chico que no recuerdo su nombre( que nos hizo desayuno). Los Felicito por una hospederia tan acogedora rodeada de un Bello Entorno Natural y con Vista Espectacular ,un lugar Magico en Santo Cerro.

The initial room i was given smelled of mold and had an old washer dryer sitting outside the door. I asked for a new room and had to pay more. They were under construction in the kitchen, music was left on loud. They are adding a parking lot to the lower area so that was under construction as will and did not stop until 10 PM. Thank heavens I had my noise blocker. They call themselves a natural park. It is far from that, it is a series of buildings which they have managed to plant well. It was not as they portray it. Good for a night to break the drive up and that is it.

I own a banana tree but have never seen a banana tree big with so many bananas. Same with the avocados just so many avocados. Not only was I happy but I know the trees are happy in their natural habitat. Beautiful mountain view and the unit is very modern.

Un hôtel calme, vert, avec une piscine, en pleine nature, idéalement bien placé en haut d'une colline avec une vue panoramique époustouflante. L'endroit est sécurisant avec un parking privé. Le personnel aimable fait tout son possible pour en faire un séjour très agréable, toujours disponible, toujours heureux de vous aider, polis et expérimentés. Un environnement très accueillant et très reposant. Boissons, thé, café sont disponible. L'immense jardin pour se promener est un plus, la piscine est propre et le jacuzzi au top. Un billard est disponible ainsi qu'un grand trampoline ! Nous avons dîné au restaurant une fois et c'était très bien préparé. La chambre était très confortable, propre, avec de l'eau chaude, un frigo et un micro-ondes. L'emplacement est à seulement 15mn de voiture de la grande ville, des supermarchés, restaurants... Bref, nous y reviendrons certainement.

The place has a very good view, the employees are friendly, I consider that breakfast should have more options since on my visit they only had one option which was mangu and it had already run out and my children do not eat that type of food so they were left without eating, another point is that the room was not very clean and the hot water ran out.

To start owner her self revived us wen arrived , friendly and pleasant place , good breakfast , not a lot of choice for breakfast but wat they had was good , deftly I will be staying there again

Absolutely enjoyed my time! The service was great. The room was beautiful, very very clean. We even got a tour of the property which had a pool, pool table, a nice scenic walk to see some animals. The view is AMAZING. The cigars were good as well. Sooooooo happy I found this place last minute. And it’s animal friendly !!! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

The location is beautifully located on a hill with excellent views. The staff is very friendly and accommodated us in all our needs, including explaining about the church in town and giving us free avocadoes when we left as the property has a number of avocado trees. Very quiet and lush and green environment and garden.

Amazing place on the top hills of Santo Cerro, nested among trees, with a breathtaking view on the plain. And the team will do all they can to ensure you have a great stay. We were warmly welcomed by Nicolas, even though it was late. He and his team organised a tasty late dinner for us. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it while watching birds having theirs in the trees and as clouds were lifting up. It is also very quiet. The room was simple but comfy. The bathroom is small but water was hot and enjoyable. You can enjoy discovering old la vega ruins and drive to Jarabacoa for the day (make sure to have an ice cream, as recommended by Nicolas!).

Accommodation surrounded by pure nature, beautiful view, friendly hosts. Despite the fact that we don't know Spanish and they don't know English, they tried very hard to find us as many interesting things to see in the area as possible using google translate. Breakfast simple, but enough to start the day well. Wifi works perfect.

The place is quiet and calm and the views are fantastic ! We spend a night there because our flight was arriving late night and we didn’t want to drive to our destination at night, so booked this hotel and we would stayed there longer if we knew how magic it was! The owners are incredible and the breakfast is a must in this place! It was really delicious !

We had to sleep half of the night with the air conditioning as it was really warm, but it made so much noise that we had to turn it off.

There is an absolutely unique view from the terrace, where comfortable chairs and tables are placed for guests to sit and enjoy the view. There is a restaurant on site where you can have both breakfast and dinner. The portions are large, the food is tasty and the cost is not high. Good shower, good bed. An excellent place for a relatively small fee. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was fabulous- up in the hills near Santo Cerro, close to La Vega but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was very pleasant to walk around the grounds of the nature park. The included breakfast was simple, but was all we needed to get us started for the day.

The "hot tub" wasn't actually hot, but cool. That wasn't really a huge issue in the Dominican heat, though. We still enjoyed it.

Great place to relax and recharge. The property is nestled in a lush mountain forest and offers amazing views of the Cibao valley and surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean/comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Additionally, the property manager (Mr. Chiqui) is an amazing human being who made our stay a very special one. I would definitely recommend Santo Cerro Natural Park.

Staff was AWESOME. Owners gave us the most beautiful welcome I ever had. Place have a beautiful view and the room was super clean, beds were beautifully made, tv and internet worked perfectly. Chiqui is an outstanding host and a master in the kitchen, he made the most delicious meals from scratch that I have tasted. Both owners stopped by every day to make sure we were ok, and while country was threated by a tropical storm, they brought extra food to make sure we were ok and they cooked a delicious dominican soup and arepitas for us. This kind of customer service it's priceless.

We liked everything about the place. Town was also full of friendly folks.

The staff and scenic setting were awesome.

The wi fi was non existent for much of my stay. As I depend on it for my work, this was unacceptable. The pool was not kept sparkling clean as the pumps were only run once during my 3 day stay.

They were very kind and welcoming and made us a delicious homemade dinner and set up a romantic table under the moonlight for us. They accommodated us with this even though we got in late that night.

the place is so beautiful, big, nice view, right in the mountains, it can gets a little bit cold. I enjoyed a lot with my family, they have a big place with a trampoline. We hope to visit again soon!!!

I’m sure the hotel would have been great given the many good reviews, but we didn’t get to experience it as nobody was there to open the gate for us and do our check-in. We arrived at 10pm, after confirming and agreeing this with the property. We rang at the gate and we were told that somebody would come to open the gate for us. We waited for 15 minutes, rang again and the same person advised that he was trying to contact the people supposed to be there but he couldn’t reach them. After another 15 minutes, we were told if we could find another accommodation as he couldn’t get the gate open. At 10:30pm, in a quite rural area was not the easiest thing finding another property still accepting new customers.

Only good about this property is the view,the bedroom and bathroom needs a big update, i would not recommend this property to my friends.
