La habitación tenía olor a humedad , la cortina del baño llena de moho , las sábanas de la cama viejas un poco rotas ...

La ubicación es excelente, tenés acceso a muchos comercios y la zona es muy tranquila. Está a solo 5 cuadras del centro.

No nos gustó que estaba sucio, y sin mantenimiento, respondieron a los pedidos de reparación pero tenía las sábanas manchadas, los acolchados viejos, las cortinas manchadas y despegadas que tenías que tratarlas con cuidado para que no se caigan. Los utensilios de cocina sucios.

Inconvenient to drop by on thier main hotel to get the key and drop off when we check out, hard for us especially when we have our luggage with us.

Descuidado, la habitación 3h tiene mucho ruido de instalaciones. Hay manchas en las cortinas.

A rapidez para fazer a reserva. Isto foi muito importante para mim, pois meu voo foi à noite e o checkout do hotel onde eu estava foi logo pela manhã. Além disto, achei muito interessante o cantinho com pia, algumas louças, chaleira elétrica, microondas e frigobar.

Não cheguei a dormir, mas faltaria um travesseiro para cada pessoa, se fôssemos dormir, pois só disponibilizaram um travesseiro para cada. Faltou um jogo de toalha de banho e um tapete de banheiro para colocar na saída do Box. Porém, talvez a acomodação não tenha tido tempo para conferir estes detalhes.

Apartments we're fairly close to every location at the center. Additionally it was closer to regions a little bit more residential, facilitating the access to groceries and business a little bit more affordable.

Neighboors were exceededly noisier, kitchen has limited appliance, bathroom has some mold and since we were for 11 consecutive days in the room, the lack of cleaning services was turn down.

Ключи от номера необходимо забирать в другом конце города, что потребовало дополнительного такси. О такой схеме заселения заранее до оплаты не предупреждают. Отель расположен на крутом подъёме. Несмотря на близость к центру (около 4 кварталов), подняться обратно пешком практически невозможно, что каждый раз требуется такси. В номере обнаружено множество чужих чёрных волос в кроватях, что указывает на отсутствие замены постельного белья. Бельё было грязным и с неприятным запахом. В помещении также присутствовал сильный запах ароматизатора. Я написал в отель с просьбой заменить бельё и провести уборку, но ответа не получил. Провёл только одну ночь, после чего выехал и переехал в другой отель. Было оплачено 5 ночей. После выезда направил запрос на возврат средств за оставшиеся ночи, ответа также не последовало. Ресепшен отсутствует, связаться с персоналом невозможно. Кухня грязная, посуда не вымыта (следы засохшего кофе). Морозильная камера покрыта льдом и непригодна для использования. В ванной находились грязные уборочные принадлежности. Кран горячей воды неисправен. Яркая табличка «Выход» мешает спать ночью. На пятый день, когда пришел занести ключи в номер, так как я не жил в этом свинарнике, полотенца находились в том же месте, что подтверждает отсутствие уборки и реакции на обращения. Не рекомендую данный объект размещения.

Te dan una direccion vas y te avisan que el pago del alojamiento en otra direccion. Tendría que avisar sobre todo a los que no conocemos la ciudad.

El apartamento está muy bien. Cumple con lo que esperaba. Muy bien calidad precio.

Menaje de cocina (vasos, cuchillos y cucharillas muy escaso) Las toallas,aunque estén limpias, si tienen manchas amarillas propias de la ropa no trasmiten buena imagen.

Die Lage ist super!

Ausstattung leider nicht optimal, es gab keine einzige Schüssel. Auch die Klimaanlage (welche als Heizung gedacht ist) hat teilweise nicht funktioniert.

The apartment was very spacious and seemed well equipped for cooking, etc. It was very sparsely decorated, and some of the fittings looked a bit tired. But it was good value for money and it might really suit a couple or a small family. I met no staff on site - the apartments are handled by a hotel which is a fair distance away. A bit of a nuisance.

It was a hot room too much heat It was not convenient to take taxi to one place to check in then get another taxi to take to the apartment We have done this many times at other places and never had to have this extra hassle

The bed sheets were very dusty, causing allergies until we replaced them with our own. The pillows were stained, and the bathroom towels were ripped at the ends. Additionally, the bathroom leaked water all night. A huge green light was left on at the entrance throughout the night. The internet was very unstable, and the elevator was not working. Consequently, we had to carry our luggage up three floors. Furthermore, the kettle was full of old water, and all the kitchenware was sticky

It was an inexpensive place to stay.

This apartment was not very clean and the toilet paper provided was so thin you had to use lots of it. We almost ran out of toilet paper. The bedspreads were dirty and it was very noisy beside the main road. Once we replaced the missing battery for the air conditioner remote, we were able to close the window.

Nobody told me that I had to walk (2) kilometers to hotel Monaco to pick up the key. Oh and then walking back to my apartment to find the key doesn’t work. I had to walk back again to hotel Monaco to get another key.

Well…… let me think!

The studio is clean, confortable, not too spacious but OK. Location is just 2 blocks from the main street. You do the check in 300m away at Hotel Monaco.

The kitchen not well equipped, it had a microwave and fridge but no stove or oven to cook and it was missing some cutlery and dishes.

Fine hotel. However, the check in was inconvenient as you need to check in 5-6 blocks away (at another hotel) and then walk to the actual hotel where no employees are. This can be tough as it is uphill and especially if you have a lot of luggage to haul.

More complicated than expected with offsite checkin and then room switch when it wasn’t right.

El Check in fue pésimo .. nadie te avisa que el Check in se realiza en el hotel Mónaco que se encuentra a 4 cuadras . No hubo respuesta al Llamar al teléfono que está inscrito para información sobre el check in .

the location is good and not far from center! when we picked up the keys the employee was super nice and helpful! happy that he spoke perfect English, which made it easy, since my Spanish is not that good :D

actually it wasn’t that clean! first look yes, but if you look closer it needed some more cleaning! not that we couldn’t sleep there but just a suggestion to give the apartment maybe a deep cleaning!

Realmente más o menos, muchos detalles que provocaban mucha incomodidad, por ejemplo, el ascensor de 4 días solo funcionó 1, se inundó el baño, no hay percheros en el baño ni algún elemento en la ducha para el jabón, shampoo y demás. No hay secador de pelo, muy necesario por el clima. Había 2 perchas solamente y una estaba rota, faltaba algún velador. No funcionaba la televisión. Una pena xq el lugar es muy lindo.

Excellent location, far from the mudding crowd. Because it is actually an extension from a more centric hotel, it does not have staff, except to clean after guests leave. It's like renting an apartment and you have to keep it clean during your stay. It has a great kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge that are perfect to place your beverages and fruits, that you can buy in the fruit market just a few steps away. The bathroom is OK but has little counter space for your things.

El departamento es excelente por el precio que se pagá, excelente ubicación, confortable, todo tipos de negocios cerca, higiene inmaculada. El trató con los empleados administrativos del lugar es excelente, te tratan con mucho respeto e intentan solucionar todas tus preocupaciones o problemas. Únicos puntos negativos (por marcar algo) 1ro_ El departamento no posee ningún mueble o perchero para guardar o colgar ropa. 2do_ Lo que vendría ser la "cocina" no tiene ningún tipo de anafe ni microondas, solamente pava eléctrica. 3ro_ El aire acondicionado solo funciona en calor, si lo colocas en frío "sale calor". Esto es un problema si vas en verano y hace calor, porque lo único que refrigera la habitación es abrir la ventana (enterando ruidos de la calle). Pero más allá de estos puntos negativos el lugar es E X C E L E N T E.

Me tocó el tercer piso con vista a la montaña. La ubicación cercana al centro, aunque en subida (eso es algo que en Ushuaia cuesta obviar). La construcción es nueva y muy moderna, con ascensor y sensores de luz en los pasillos. Cama cómoda, una mesa amplia y dos sillas. La limpieza hay que pagarla aparte o arreglarse uno mismo. La kitchenette tiene lo básico: pava eléctrica y un hornito, lo que limita un poco a la hora de cocinarse algo. El detergente no era detergente, sino agua; tuve que agregarle un poco de shampoo para poder lavar. La ventana es muy amplia, pero es baja y no tiene protección; no se puede ir con niños. El gran problema es que no sólo no hay placard o un estante, si no ni siquiera una percha, ni en la habitación ni en el baño. En la ducha tampoco hay dónde apoyar el jabón y el shampoo, todo va al piso, incluso las toallas. Eso resulta muy incómodo. Son detalles de terminación altamente necesarios..

It a time of crisis people should be helping not being greedy. Due to COVID-19 and the increase in cases in Ushuaia our flights were cancelled. We requested a refund and the hotel made no exception. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel owner should be ashamed.

El lugar es recomendable, salvo que a la llegada no había un aseo prolijo debido a que las sabanas no se habían cambiado y estaban sucias, al dia sgte. fue subsanado. Habiamos solicitado papel higienico el cual no fue entregado.

Wie man zum Zimmer Zutritt erhielt, eine Zumutung. Trotz mehrmaligen Versprechungen blieb die Heizung kalt. Bei der Bezahlung getrickst.

We rented a room as a "day room" to relax in between the arrival of our cruise ship from Antarctica, and our flight to Buenos Aires. We had the taxi drop us and our luggage and the property, only to discover that check in and keys were only availble at a hotel that was about a 10 minutes walk away. My companion stayed with the bags, and I walked to and from the hotel. The room is a very basic studio apartment, with a double bed, table, kitchenette, and a TV. The bathroom had a shower, but there was an old mop left across the drain to dry. All in all it worked for our needs, but it was very spartan, and the key pick up not very convenient.

Das Zimmer ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Da alles eher in weiß gehalten ist sieht man jeden Fleck. Was aber wirklich den Tatsachen entspricht und auch tlw. von anderen Reisenden negativ bewertet wurde ist das Thema Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer ist oberflaechlich und ohne Sorgfalt gereinigt. In den Ecken der Boeden, Dusche an drn Kuechenschraenken muesste dringend sauber gemacht werden. Gereinigt wurde erst am 4. Tag nachdem ich zur Rezeption gegangen bin. Dort wurde erst einmal festgedtellt, dass bei Hotels. com von tgl. Reinigung gesprochen wurde. Die Bettwaedche war zu Beginn auf keinen Fall frisch!

Nos alojaron en otro lugar ya que el reservado no estaba disponible por alguna rotura,según lo comentado cuando fuimos a registrarnos y retirar la llave. Nos dieron lugar en una habitación con baño privado...no dpto. El inodoro pegado a la ducha...no sé podía moverse.Lugar muy ruidoso. Lo único positivo es que para compensar nos ofrecieron una desayuno..que no estaba incluido...en otro lugar a posos metros del alojamiento.

Un lugar aceptable, se nota que es nuevo, le haria falta por ahi una heladera para conservar la comida y un anafe o pequeña cocina, tiene muy buena vista y esta cerca de todo

Llegamos y estaba todo sucio, encima tenías que pagar 250$ para que vinieran a cambiarte las sábanas y toallas.

Beautiful room with a good location to go on adventures.

Check in was at a different location, which we had not been told about but fortunately the taxi driver knew. In an apartment we expected some sort of cooking facility and/or fridge. Neither were provided,all we had was a kettle and sink plus a couple of plates.

Check in was a mess...had to go to another hotel to get the key only to find out it did not open the door to the building

I had to go to a different place to get my key. The sheets and towels were all stained. And I heard screaming kids, barking dogs and smelt smoke all night.

The room was nice. Big and spacey with small kitchenette. Perfect for needs for a short stay. Only thing I would say our room wasn’t cleaned properly the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and we had left over toilet roll left for two days stay. If the room had been cleaned better it would be 5/5
