All the staff members were very helpful & friendly, always seemed pleased to serve us. Location is good, lots of places to eat nearby.

We had to wait quite a bit for our food to arrive at dinner time. However, all our food order was served at the same time. I think the kitchen staff probably waited for the 3 orders to be ready to serve together.

the location is right in the middle of the city, there is coffee shop and lots of restaurants. The service is also good

The room could be cleaner; there was still dust below the cupboard

A wonderful experience worth repeating. The place is close to everything in the city center. As for the staff, I am not exaggerating when I say that they are more than wonderful. They deserve all the appreciation and respect. I take my hat off to them because honestly I have not found this treatment anywhere else. I would like to thank everyone, the cleaners, the restaurant staff, and the man who stands and opens the door. I also cannot forget the reception girls, headed by Ayu Dinni and Deva. I forgot the names of the rest, but I would like to thank them all.

Prima kamers. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en erg verzorgd. Je kunt kiezen uit o.a. Indonesische, westerse of lokale gerechten.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar spreekt slecht Engels. Het zwembad leek matig onderhouden. Soort fanfare muziek tape werd voortdurend opnieuw afgespeeld in de centrale entreehal. Niet erg sfeervol

I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future. Thank you so much for best services.

WiFi in the room is terrible. It's difficult to have work meetings in the room.

The electricity from the state-owned electricity provider company (PLN) was shut down at around 2 am and unfortunately the genset operated by the hotel was off and under maintenance. Hence, we as a guest had to wait for more than one hour with no electricity (of course no air conditioner) at all. This should be anticipated in the future so that it will not create any inconvenience to all of the guests.

the greatest dismal is the hygiene and safety level of the hotel. pillow case with spot of dry blood stain were used instead of being disposed for good, mug with chipped handle was placed at tea/coffee section. the fresh or changed towels had musty and damp smells.

This is my third time I stayed in that beautiful hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean have no bad smell and plenty of space in the room. You can have different exotic indo food and also western cuisine. Shortly a place to stay everytime you come to bangka.
