erg goed ontbijt. Mooie grote kamer en grote badkamer met bad en douche. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad. hartelijke ontvangst en alles met veel zorg gedaan.

Matras was wat hard en er was 1 groot dekbed; wij slapen beter als het 2 aparte matrassen zijn met twee dekbedden.

Het zwembad en mooie tuin.

De kamers volgestouwd met kunstwerken, weinig plaats om je eigen spullen weg te leggen. Ook angst iets stuk te maken. Ontbijt zeer simpel, oudbakken brood, geen afwisseling in vlees en kaas, 4 dagen hetzelfde tot we een eitje vroegen. Dranken meebrengen verboden aan zwembad. Duur om te kopen. Locatie zeer mooi maar praktisch is het niet om 4 dagen in een museum te logeren. Onthaal vriendelijk maar met 3 keffende hondjes rond de tafel niet echt B&B . Voor ons niet meer.

We were there for a weekend trip. We enjoyed beautiful swimming pool & garden and our awesome room with a bathtub. The owner was quite friendly and supportive about everything you need. Bonus: Ensure that you follow her recommendation for the dinner. You will not regret ;)

It was clean, restful and the hostess was delightful. The pool was clean, but a little cool as to be expected this time of year. The garden. Is beautiful and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful stay at Villa Tiffany — stylish, warm and truly welcoming! I arrived quite late in the evening, and the friendly and caring host greeted me with such warmth — she even gave me a larger room since I was the only guest that night. She kindly helped me arrange a taxi to and from a concert, which was a real blessing as I don’t speak French and the place, I was going to was not easy to reach. Later that evening, she brought me an extra blanket because it was a bit chilly — such thoughtful hospitality! The whole villa is beautifully designed, full of charming details that show the owner’s refined taste and care. As a nutritionist and food lover, I was absolutely delighted by the breakfast. Everything was organic and of top quality — fresh orange juice, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, great butter, delicious croissants, and plenty of healthy options like cereals and fresh fruit. You can also enjoy a lovely chat with the host over breakfast. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and peaceful. There are even two adorable dogs — one of them likes to join breakfast in the sweetest way. I truly recommend Villa Tiffany to anyone visiting Waterloo. I come here often because my son studies at the music school nearby, and I will definitely return.

Proche de la gare et de mon RDV professionnel, un seul regret, ne pas être restée plus longtemps pour profiter du magnifique jardin

What a lovely place to spend the evening on our way back to the uk. We were made to feel very welcome. The property is as good as it looks on the pictures. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Xxx booked through Booking.com. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and truly felt like home. Chantal, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind—she made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. The garden was lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. And the homemade breakfast Chantal prepared was absolutely delicious and really made our day. The calm and comfort of this place will definitely bring us back again. Highly recommended!

The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was evident, from the cozy linens to the tasteful decor that perfectly matched the quaint, inviting atmosphere of the house. What really set this bed and breakfast apart, however, was the outstanding service. Chantal and her daughter went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was offering local tips for things to do or just engaging in friendly conversation, they made us feel like a valued guest, not just a customer!

Pool and overall facilities were great, and we liked the three dogs a lot (seems it was mutual, ha ha). Chantal was also great with dinner recommendations in the area.

Croissants at breakfast are rationed, so if you have a large appetite you better let the Host know the night before ;-)

Hot and cold breakfast items were offered in a very beautiful way. Even there were homemade cakes.

The accommodation is a piece of arts, beautifully designed and situated in a quite location with a great garden and wonderful greenery. It's only a short drive to the train station and under 15mins train journey to Brussel. The staff/owner was very friendly and approachable and breakfast was fantastic.

It's a long walk to the nearest restaurant and food cannot be ordered. Not great if your looking for a place to party.

Beautiful immaculate property, hosted by an absolutely charming lady who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She also prepared a lovely supper for us, likewise breakfast in the morning.

The garden and swimming pool are lovely. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable. We had a light meal in the evening and breakfast the following day, both of which were very pleasant. Nice alternative to staying in a hotel and although we were just passing through I am sure it is convenient for Brussels and the historical sites.

It was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The host is super nice and helpful. She made us a fantastic breakfast and, even though we were the only guests, it was extremely complete. And delicious! With homemade cake and bio products. The house and garden are beautiful. Perfect for longer stays as well. We were very sad we couldn't stay for longer. Hopefully, we can go back some day!
