Very professional Team. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean place. Great customer service. Very secure. Gated security. Quiet area. Great communication.

N/A There were a few days of water problems (pressure and temperature) but these were minor and certainly not the issue of the property or properties' management team who were very professional and responsive. And they had back up supplies same day. Utensils were inadequate for a long stay but they over delivered on what I needed and therefore I cannot complain about one thing.

Location was great- near fantastic beaches. Gated community- safe and secure. - bar, cafe and restaurant on the complex.

On three separate occasions we saw cockroaches. We went away for a few days and the apartment was not cleaned. In the end we ended up staying at a hotel. The company manging the property was very disappointing they couldn't be bothered to clean the apartment. The apartment itself was large and on the whole met our needs, but the lack of regular cleaning meant I cold not stay at an apartment that was not being cleaned and had cockroaches. I never write bad reviews, but I ended up out of pocket having to stay at a hotel as I couldn’t spend another night in the apartment with bugs.

Very well equipped and spacious, which was perfect for longer stay. Peaceful. Accommodation overlooked pool but also had great views. Staff were excellent and friendly. Fantastic value for money.

Internally they are excellent; externally some bits look slightly tired but the team seem to be addressing this.

Super easy to check in with the code and walkable to shops restaurants beaches

The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access

The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. Close to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Clean, well appointed rooms. A few quirky things like the gas stove required matches, which are not provided

Clean and secure. I would stay there again. If I stayed more than one day, I think I would rent a car or golf cart. Only downside was there was no place close to eat at or shop.

Having recently stayed at Harbour Island Residences I was really impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Fitz (the rental agent/Manager). The apartment was modern, spacious and extremely well-presented. I would not hesitate in staying in these proprieties again if/when I next visit Antigua.
