Keskeinen sijainti.

Huoneisto remontoitu todellakin vanhaa kunnioittaen sis. kylpyhuone. Lavuaari hyvin pieni, vedet roiskuu lattialle. Voi siinä kädet pestä, mutta liian pieni taaperon pyllyn pesuun. Suihkukaapin lattiakaivo veti huonosti, joudut seisomaan lammikossa. Allaskaappi tehty jostain vanhasta tavarasta. Pide oli, mutta joudut nousemaan pytyltä, jotta saat hanan kiinni. Kylppärin ovi narisi todella kovalla äänellä. Ei ole mitenkään moderni. Tarkoittaako vanhaa kunnioittaen, että on remontoitu halvalla? Keittiön allas veti huonosti. Saunan lauteet todella likaiset sekä siellä olevat ämpärit ja vaadit tahmaiset. Yläkertaan vei jyrkät portaat ilman kaiteita. Tästä olisi voinut ilmoittaa huoneiston tiedoissa tai laittaa kuvan. Vuoteet oli hyvät. Oli varattu kaksi yötä, mutta oltiin vain yksi yö.

Very hot in 2. floor when sleeping in summer temperature. But bed were very good!

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und hat daher unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren total zufrieden. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Es ļoti novērtēju, ka cilvēki ciena savu vēsturi, un tas bija tieši tas, kas šajā naktsmītnē bija jūtams. Tā ir tikusi atjaunota kā autentiska somu māja. Piedomāts pie dažādiem sīkumiem un aksesuāriem. Tā atgādināja manu dzimtas ēkas auru, kura savu atjaunošanu vēl tikai gaida. Man arī ļoti patika attieksme pret atkritumu šķirošanu, dabu. Viss bija pārdomāts.

Mājas komforts atbilda tam, kam tā paredzēta un kāda veida apartamenti tie ir.

Very typical house, with garden and sauna

Tres belle maison idéalement placée, au calme et a proximite des commerces, du lac, du zoo. L'interieur est chaleureux, avec une decoration d'epoque. Le sauna traditionnel est genial. L'hote est tres reactif et arrangeant. Un super sejour!

Es war so liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders nett war die Sauna und das weihnachtlich dekorierte Wohnzimmer. Wir würden wider kommen!

Милые хозяева, которые встретили и всё рассказали и показали. Дом очень уютный, добротный, красивый и живой. Тихо и спокойно. Супермаркет недалеко.

Уборку надо было делать самому, и, бронируя, я этого нигде не увидела. Проёмы и двери, особенно 2й этаж, а также душевая - не для высоких и больших людей.

Nettes Häuschen mit grossem Grundstück und schöner Sauna

The house is really nice and warm inside, it has a washing machine (no dryer but it's not needed, our clothes dried in just a few hours just hung inside), a dishwasher and everything you need to cook/eat. The outside is spectacular, we took the best pictures. There's a quite big private garden, this time of year covered in a lot of snow, we had so much fun playing in it even though we're fully grown adults, it felt like being 10 years old again! We were only here for two nights but I wish we had stayed longer, we're totally going back if we ever go back to Lapland.

This was the cutest place ever to stay. This old house was so cozy. Like a time travel to grandmom's place in the 1950s. Everything went just as agreed and everything was working and the house was very clean. The sauna building was especially nice. Since the house and the yard are so big this is a nice place for even more people to stay for a longer of time. Perfect value for the money. We will definitely come back again.

The host is very friendly, and the house is warm and cozy. We really enjoy the traditional sauna, and it's great that we have our own garden where we can roll around in the snow during the sauna.

The villa was great and a good fit for our break point during our road trip up to Kittilä. A bit narrow for 8 people but good fun overall! Thanks Villa Havula.

Oikein mukava yöpymispaikka, kaikki tarvittava ja enemmänkin saatavilla. Henkii hienoa vanhanajan tunnelmaa. Suosittelen!

The property is a very nice house with outside sauna. It has everything you need to have a great stay in Ranua. The fireplace worked perfectly, the rooms were very clean and warm.

Villa Havula oli ihana, siisti ja varustelu erittäin riittävä.

Beautiful little hut. Very comfortable with a fire place a traditional sauna a nice warm atmosphere. Excellent value for money and close to supermarkets. We loved our stay here. We even got to see some northern lights from the front door even though the public lights made them less amazing.

Nothing everything fitted our expectations

Lovely and comfortable – it's an old house but with modern conveniences and it's not that far from the zoo. The kids had fun playing board games and we all enjoyed the wood-heated sauna.

The house was in a good location, with good sauna which we enjoyed and the evening near the fireplace was wonderful.

This is an old small wooden house, very cozy, almost magic. It has this special countryside feel. The kitchen is full with appliances, also there were many groceries in cupboards. There are many hand-made furniture items with beautiful hand carvings. Awesome little house to get the feel of Finnish country side. And ofcourse there is a sauna.

Nothing really.

I really liked the location and authentic feel of the house and the neighbourhood. The house was warm and cosy while being spacious enough for 5 adults and a teen. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, big fridge and lots of sitting area. Loved the wood stove, it really warmed us up after cold outdoor activities. Supermarket in close walking distance.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that there was only one bathroom.

House had a character, very cosy, lit up Christmas tree over the window made it very cosy and festive.

The sauna, the coziness of the property, and the fact that it’s near the lake and the zoo (15 min/ 20 min walking distance) meanwhile has bus stop nearby.

The property was big and spacious, so could be a bit cold, but they provide large socks to wear (as slippers I guess).

The Villa was rustic and different from modern cottages. Well equipped

The main bedroom had a step down at the door. It could have been better marked - I fell leaving the bedroom during the night and cracked a rib.

Vanhanajan tunnelmaa, tilaa runsaasti, makuuhuoneet rauhassa yläkerrassa, hyvät sängyt, rauhallinen omakotitaloalue, keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen, omistajan tavaroita kaapit täynnä. Kompostoitavat jätteet sekajätteen joukkoon, ei hyvä. Helppo olisi järjestää kompostori pihaan.
