Gym equipments are in really good condition. Instructor (Naresh) is always available for help and support. He has great knowledge about injury treatment and guides for recovery.

Good food at the oriental blossom and good stay and facilities at the hotel chef yadav was taking care and helpful. The dimsums and pot rice was nice and tasty. Ambiance of the restaurant is also very nice. Will visit again

Bath room water was not hot. It was warm only and shower gel was dilute and did not generate good lather

I had stayed with my wife from June 27-28, 2026. This was my fourth stay in last five years. The hotel has a very good location so that important places in and around Solapur can be easily accessed. The rooms are very cozy and clean and their decoration reminds you of a five-star accomodation. The staff is very courteous and go beyond their limit to make your stay comfortable. I would like to thank Mr Santosh, Mr Bramha dev, Ms Pooja Front office Associate, Mr Vaibhav and Mr Mohan for their exemplary service to make this stay a truely memorable.

We stayed for two nights at Balaji Sarovar. The rooms were clean, staff attentive and service exceptional. We were on half board package and enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner (including Solapur kadak bhakri). Hotel staff were kind to allow an hour early check in for us. We had an early train on the check out day and hotel promptly arranged for their car at reasonable rates. We made Solapur as our base for visiting Pandharpur and Tuljapur. It is an ideal hotel for people visiting these two temples. Thanks Balaji Sarovar.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay, very excellent 5* property & is well maintained. Neat & clean rooms with all the amenities. Lovely Pool at level 1 which me n my son enjoyed a lot. Staff is very helpful, specially Aarti, Gopal from F&B were very helpful to our kid in food selection & in making our restaurant experience special, Thanks to both of you. Will definitely staying here again in all our future visits to Solapur.

I had a wonderful experience with this property. 10-15 min ride from central bus stand. you have everything nearby. Property is well maintained, the hotel and its environs are very relaxing, rooms too are quite spacious, and the staff is awesome - prompt to your needs. Isha at front desk was very supporting. Overall, this is a very well-kept property Definitely recommend for both business travelers and families. Stayed only 1 night.

However the facility lacks following things 1. Courteous staff - they need training for sure . They almost charge at five star level but deliver a poor service quality . Staff is absolutely unwelcoming. They need to be trained to be courteous, resolve 2. Hotel needs to update its washroom infra , aligned to its pricing. The furniture is mostly outdated and worn out , not designed ergonomically and. They mostly offer twin beds ( large number of those ). All in all average infra from utility stand point . You don’t feel comfortable while pricing is high and hence it becomes not value for money proposition. 3. Room service is pathetic. They say they will call back and never do. 4. Pricing - I would rate them average. No harm in asking for the price they ask but they should deliver good experience in this price( at current level there compete with branded 5/7 star chains for pricing ) If only you want a clean room but you are okay to deal with rude staff and accommodate unhygienic washrooms, then only you should select this hotel. Better to opt for Fern or other non premium hotels.

Just back from a 3-days stay at Solapur. Considered a couple of properties including this one for our family stay and am glas made the bext decision. The hotel and its environs are very relaxing, rooms too are quite spacious, and the staff (especially at the Courtyard Restaurant) are very hard working and prompt to your needs. Special shoutout to the folowing staff: 1) Shrikant from Travel Services - very helpful and ensures your car is ready at the committed time without any followups. 2) The doorman (don't recall his name) who warmly welcomes you with a Namaste 3) Driver Appasaheb - an extremely warm person, who guided us to the right places to see/ shop/ eat. It was good to have some nice conversations with him during our sightseeing travels. 4) The staff at the Courtyard restaurant - always alert to your needs and very prompt and courteous. Overall, this is a very well kept property, and the staff add to it being one of the best properties for a relaxing stay in Solapur. Definitely recommend for both business travellers and families.

So, We have been staying in Balaji Sarovar for years now. However this time the staff and the faclities were not upto the mark. Firstly upon arrival the receptionist was not the best and told us our booking was only for 1 person when in fact it was for 2 people. But since we were very tired from our 10 hour+ travel by road we did not dispute this much, paid and extra charge and got room. Secondly I had written a message for special request to have water for us upon arrival but it was not done so. Even when I had gotten a confirmation call 1 day previous from my stay, I had mentioned the water situation and also number of adults staying in. However upon entering there was no water for us. But their saving grace was a porter staff who saw us thirsty and offered us a lemon drink which was godsend. So the porter saved the grace of the hotel and not the other trained staff. Thirdly, It is summer season and the AC was hot. So we called for a service person to fix who changed it to 19 degrees but said we could not reduce or increase temprature we wanted as it was fixed by hotel from start. The whole night was pretty hot and definetly not 19degrees. I think Balaji Sarovar needs to be a bit mindful about this during the summer season. Fourthly, Upon arrival the bathroom dustbin was not clean and there was some previous trash left outside the bathroom bin from the previous guests. This made it look unclean and not well thought off. Fifthly, one of the elevators was not functioning so we had to use the staircase a lot. Please note my mother ( who was the second traveler) has joint issues so this is a bit problematic for her. Overall the stay was not upto the Sarovar mark and we had also paid around 7000 intially for booking because we booked last minute. Apart from that extra cost borne by us was aroud 5K ( due to adding 1 more adult booking+ dinner) making it an expensive affair. But the service staff was untrained and the facilities not working making expereince BAD.

A poolside date night was organised for us. It was a surreal experience. Mr. Gopal made sure we were comfortable and taken care off Chef Prateek and chef Suman served amazing dishes, tandoori platter, bhel and mango moose was delicious. Moreover, it was served with so much love. They made our wedding anniversary memorable. Grateful to have such an experience in Solapur.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Balaji Sarovar Premiere. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers excellent service throughout. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of options. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive—special mention to Nityananda, who assisted us throughout breakfast and made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Very close to Railway Station and the Airport.Very nice ambience. Courtyard restaurant served very good breakfast with all types of cuisines. Lobby is very decorated very well with good lighting modern fixtures.The fountain area in the lobby provides illusion of floating dining tables in the restaurant floor. All staff are courteous. We booked our tours with the travel desk. They have very good service. A maintenance issue in our room was promptly attended. First floor swimming pool is inviting and well maintained.

This was my 6th stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel not only provides a clean and peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Solapur, but also welcomes guests like family. The staff go above and beyond in all areas and each breakfast is unbelievably delicious. The wait staff are so friendly, helpful and courteous. We were even lucky enough to have the staff help us get dressed in a saree! I can't recommend this hotel enough.
