Always busy restaurant and no special area for the hotel guest for breakfast Which is unfair as we have to stand wait like others who are passing by and coming to just eat.

The staff was too polite and helpful. The property is super neat and clean. Excellent food options ( Veg only though). Loved the positive approach of reception staff.

Mosquitoes in the reception area were there, but staff was doing their best to tackle this.

Location is great for Sonipat. Easy access to dhaba food.

Checkin staff is quite curt. We needed two room keys as we knew we would be in and out at different times and attending to work calls. It was refused.

Everything was just fine about this property. It has ticked all the rigt boxes. The location is excellant. Check in was super smooth. The room was comfortable and all the items in the room were neatly organised. We had ordered food after midnight and they promptly delivered the food. It was tasty and delicious. This property has lived upto my expectations. I am looking forward to stay there in future.

The bathroom floor appeared to be a bit slippery which may lead to an accident.

I have stayed here before and each time I enjoyed my stay. They take cleanliness very seriously, rooms, corridors and every part of the hotel is squeaky clean. Check in and check out is pretty smooth. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food is totally delicious whether it is starters, main course, snacks or dessert.

Initially room allotted was noisy. some construction work was going on in the adjacent room. Intercom stopped working and had to shift to another room.

Good cleaning, Good food , but hotel management at the night is horrible. They clean the open space using vaccume cleaner with lots of sound starting mid night jut is time when the guest goes for sleep. Even after complain, they did not listen to the request and continue the noisy cleaning process till 1.30AM , Very disappointing and unprofessional behavious towards guest in this respect.

Good room service, clean and comfortable to stay

Booked a different place first for my sister's family who were visiting from the US--transferred here for the last 3 nights of their stay. So glad we did that. This is the best and most international-friendly hotel in the area. Highly recommended, and totally worth the extra bucks.

Awesome Dhaba right next door

Buffet food quality wasn’t upto the mark.

Great property in Sonipat. Great Rooms, front offc people and house staff very helpful and friendly. They gave me options for better rooms while i checked-in, a nice gesture on their part. The rooms are very good and and entire Hotel is very clean, great location just on the highway, it takes around 1.5 hrs to reach Delhi. Will surely visit again and stay. They understand the hospitality in real sense. Food is also nice. Thank you .

Better if they start serving Non-veg food also. But their veg food is excellent as well.

the room for which I paid 5000 was a closed room with no window view ,very claustrophobic,no green plants or anything in the room .It was a terrible one night and day for me
