Spacious rooms, breakfast, old style ambiance of the house, impeccable service and helpful staff, their food is very good!

Noise in the morning, you can hear the staff talking at 530am in the hallway since the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. They should be more considerate that people are still. Sleeping at this time and should lower their voice. Water Pressure in the shower can be improved. Location - I just realized that I have to drive one hour everyday to go to the main city.

Lots of mosquitos

It is beautiful over-a-century old Filipino house (bahay na bato), it felt like being transported back in time in the 1920s especially at the 2nd floor dining area with the all around ventanillas and an asotea. The staff were polite and accomodating too. Food was great!

water pressure at the bathroom shower was weak

The house is worth by itself. It is a pleasure just to sit down in the library, and wonder about how it was to be there in the old times.

For good or bad, the are does not offer "easy" tourist attractions.

Casa Simeon is a wonderful mix of hospitality, unique design and delicious food!

Looks like a haunted house from the movie , but with a touch of silk inside . Very pleasant stay !

They have very accommodating staffs, the owner specially was very hands on. They have concern with their guests. We loved it! It's a highly recommended place to stay in Albay!
