Bathroom is no good

I checked in this hotel when I arrived and I cancelled immediately because the room condition was extremely bad and they refuse to give me a refund. This is unacceptable!

Great staff ,clean rooms and property.. cons no ice machine, pro,over200 tv stations.

Extremely noisy construction, air con wasn’t working one day, staff not super friendly. Its fine for max one night

I wish I could attach the pictures I’ve taken of this place. We have booked 3 nights but barely made through the first night and booked another hotel. Mosquitoes galore, grimy towels, no hand towels or bath mat, mattress wasn’t a mattress but only a mattress top, super noisy. The lady at the reception gave us some bad attitude during our check in. It’s 1 star because I can’t give none.

My hotel room floor was broken all over told Expedia as soon I checked in didn’t do nothing sent them pictures still didn’t do anything I am paying for service which I haven’t received

Over all has nice rooms but they definitely need better staff and breakfast was shocking

Very bad rooms! When we arrived, our room smelled like it was full of moist, the bedsheets were dirty and the floor and bed had dead mosqitos and flies laying everywhere. We aksed to change room because of the smell, which was No problem, but they seemed to be pretending that they really couldn't smell it... The next room it was the same All over again: smell, Dirty sheets, flies and mosqitos. This room was also filled with live mosqitos... We ended up checking out 30 minutes after checking in, not caring about losing our money, and booked another hotel.

The outdoor pool was clean and it was a nice little resort

10 minutes walking distance to shopping center. Nice swimming pool and not too crowded. Breakfast on time delivery to room for all 3 days that I stayed.

체크인 첫날 불켜고 입실하니 매미 만한 바퀴벌레가 7. 8 마리쯤 보였다 완전 기절할듯...체인지 해달라고하니 2층숙소로 업그레이드한 룸을 배정받았다 3박을 했는데 2층룸에는 벌레가 한번도 안보였다 글구 조식은 식당이 없는지 룸서비스로만 하는데 3박동안 한번도 주문한 음식이 제대로 나온적없었고 첫날은 배달 잘못됏다고 코코아 두잔 도로가져가고 두번째 세번째날은 주문한 음식이 안나오고 아예 다른 메뉴들만왔고 9시30분에 조식신청했는데 한번은 8시50분에오고 한번은 8시30분에 왔다 직원들은 친절했다

Excellent, very clean and superb value for money.

Loud music through the early morning hours. Sewer smell that cannot be controlled. Language barrier with front desk reception.

最終日シャワーが出なかった

ห้องสวยกว้างสะอาดมีของเครื่องใช้บริการให้ครบ แต่รบกวนปรับปรุงเรื่องอาหารเช้านะคะให้น้อยและเสริฟช้าทั้งที่โทรสั่งไปแล้วล่วงหน้า รวมๆถือว่าห้องดีครั้งหน้าจะไปพักอีกค่ะ

Gutes Hotel ruhige Lage, aber nicht weit vom Nachtleben...

Gayet güzeldi.. 7 gün kalmama rağmen 5 parça küçük çamaşırı yıkmadılar.

Good hotel tucked away from the noisy busy places with a reasonable size pool. About 20 min walk to centre of Pattaya but you may need to catch a Bhat bus to get to south Pattaya / Walking Street. Restaurant under renovation but there a few options nearby.

Breakfast included but distressed to arrive from the outside. There is no separate cafeteria to eat. Thanks to the employees and the reception. if you want to stay again, the answer is yes!

Good hotel but tucked away from the main attractions..... you need to walk for 15 mins and catch a Bhat bus to get to the centre. The kitchen is being rebuilt so breakfast is made to order and comes from outside..... delivery can take up to an hour! There are restaurants within walking distance.

今回のパタヤ旅行では4カ所 宿泊したうちの１つです。 ホテルコンセプトはたぶんリゾート。 緑が多く、プールの水も部屋も綺麗。 しかし部屋に虫(主に蚊)が多い為 コンビニで 殺虫剤 購入は必須。 夜は近所のナイトクラブ？から重低音だけが響いてくる。神経質な方は無理かも(神経質な夫曰く早朝5時まで重低音が響いてたと報告あり) 浴室配管に難ありか？2日目から流れが悪い。 シャワーフックが高すぎる 笑 鏡台に対して椅子が低すぎ 笑 化粧するには立つしかない。 問題は朝食。部屋のテラスにセットしてくれて気分は上がるが、配膳がなにせ遅い。 初日 8時予約→8時30分督促電話→9時朝食到着 2日目 8時電話注文→10時と言われ(ゴルフ予約があった為)断念 3日目 8時予約→8時20分督促電話(ゴルフ予約の為早めにTel)→8時30分朝食到着 ゆったりホリデーならいいが、毎日ゴルフ派には朝からヤキモキ。 プールタオルと部屋タオルが兼用なのは改善してほしい。 レンタカーなので、私達にとっては立地は最高。 受付の女性1〜2人は英語可 他のスタッフはほぼ英語不可 これについては今後に期待。 携帯翻訳機能で日本語↔︎タイ語は便利でした。

ถ้าต้องการพักผ่อน ให้พักที่อื่นครับ โรงแรมนี้ขอผ่าน ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียวพอ พักห้องที่ 1 ที่ติดตั้งหลอดไฟฟ้าเพดา ไม่มีที่อุด เป็นรูโป๋ ยุงบินเข้าออกสบายใจ ยุงเต็มห้อง รองเท้าที่มีให้ใส่ในห้อง คาดว่าไม่ผ่านการซักมา เป็นปี ขอเปลี่ยนห้อง โรงแรมก็เปลี่ยนให้ แต่นอนไม่ได้ทั้งคืน เป็นห้องชั้นล่าง ชั้นบนมีบาร์ตี้ เสียงเดิน ตึงตังๆทั้งคืน โทรแจ้ง 2 รอบ ไม่มีความคืบหน้า คงไม่มาพักอีกครับ

Det var rent och fint i den nya delen, lungt, tyst och bra pool :) servicen var så där, dålig engelska och usel frukost men finns massor av butiker att handla runt om

What i found unique and very quaint and charming was the very warm and friendly staff. Especially the girls Ploy and her sister Soi. They had such a charming innocence that u rarely see these days

Très belle établissement Piscine superbe Personnelle discret et efficace proximité de tout ni trop loin ni trop près. Petit bémol le petit déjeuner n est pas à la hauteur des attentes (café et oeuf froid) Une saucisse pour charcuterie beurre confiture et pain pratiquement inexistant

It was ok however the reception doesn’t speak English at all and breakfast is ordered from outside so it’s ususlly cold when arrived if you need extra thing like salt for example they will have to order it from outside In general very bad kitchen

蠻喜歡這飯店的有度假的感覺

새로리모델링했다는데공사가대충대충이었는지여기저기부실한흔적이보임. 모기많구 앞 클럽때문에새벽5시까지시끄러움

가격대비시설은좋다.위치도좋구.조식서비스도방으로가져다주니좋다. 탐난클럽이랑붙어있어서시끄럽다.예민한사람은못잘듯. 모기가많다. 프런트 직원이 영어 전혀 못한다. 간혹침대시트가더럽다.

外観はとてもよく、リゾート地に来ている感覚があった。 従業員はフレンドリーで対応は良かった。 部屋に関しては、入った瞬間小蝿や蚊が飛んでいたがスプレーを持っていたので刺されることはなかった。 バスルームはあまり綺麗じゃなく我慢する部分があった。 朝食を朝8時に予約したが、部屋に届いたのは9時過ぎだった。ハンバーガーを頼んだが、冷めており全然美味しくなかった。 立地が良く、近くにレストランやクラブがあり楽しむにはかなりちょうどいい立地だと思う。

■GOOD ・近くにファミリーマート、セブンイレブンあり ・近くにランドリーあり ・朝食メニュー豊富で部屋で食べられる ■BAD ・セキュリティBOXなし ・タイ人の旅行客が多いためか、フロントはタイ語しか通じない（1名だけ英語可） ・隣にディスコがあるので、夜中まで音が聞こえる

整體酒店服務很好，房間清潔，地方很大，但前提是你有車，因為有車你會很方便，停在房間前面就可以

방이 2층이었는데 계단이 위험하게 설치되어있음. 바로옆에 탐난클럽이있어서 새벽4시까지 음악소리가들림

Vi brukar testa olika Hotell. Därför skriver jag här nu. Dom bygger en vinge till och börjar väsnas 07:00 på morgonen. Lite lustig layout på hotellet. Annars är det fräsch och ok. Lugnt pool område vilket är bra när man har barn som oss.

Отель чистый и уютный, находится в отличном месте но у него есть минусов: 1) стройка с утра до вечера(но не слишком шумная, бывали дни когда ее вообще не слышно и вроде как уже заканчивается) 2) ночью очень сильно долбят басы где то по соседству, с открытыми окнами не поспишь 3) wi-fi можно сказать отсутствует, ловит только на улице и то со сбоями 4) завтрак приносят в номер прииерно через час после заказа, на выбор американский завтрак или просто тайские блюда(которые на завтрак не поешь). Отель хорош для тех кто приехал тусоваться по ночам, для спокойного отдыха я бы не советовал

We booked at the very last minute. We’ve stayed in the Tamnam before but this time we were in a different part at the back a bit further away from the pool. The room was great and the hotel staff were as friendly as always. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Pattaya.

Les chambres sont très propre ainsi que la piscine le personnel et sympathique et souriant « ce qui ce fait de plus en plus rare à Pattaya. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible rien de sucré des œufs du bacon ou des saucisses du riz des pâtes,burger c’est au choix le service ce fait directement en chambre le problème c’est que le temps que ça arrive tout et froid même le café . Compter 10 bonne minute à pied pour rejoindre le centre et la plage .
