Appartement fonctionnel, bien décoré et équipé et à deux pas du tramway. Parking possible au sein de la résidence.

L'appartement n'était pas très propre. Le sol de la cuisine présentait des saletés. Un gobelet dans la salle de bain contenait du dentifrice. Le pouf, le canapé ainsi que les tapis de sol attenants au lit étaient tachés. Le lave-vaisselle n'avait pas été vidé avant notre venue. Le lit pour bébé ne contenait pas de matelas.

Très propre, bon emplacement , pas loin du centre ville, très calme, le Gérant très réactif à tous les problèmes, capable de trouver la solution tout de suite. Il es très accueillant. On a passé un bon séjour, vraiment à recommander

Bel appartement, excellent emplacement juste à côté du tram, literie très confortable. L'hôte est très facilement joignable et a fait en sorte que mon séjour se passe au mieux. Le rapport qualité prix était très bon également.

Daire gayet rahattı, temizdi, olanakları, mutfak eşyaları ve beyaz eşya yeterliydi. Biraz dar olsa da otopark olması çok iyiydi. Aracımızı güvenle bıraktık. Ev sahibi David sorularımıza çabuk cevap verdi, ilgilendi. Hemen önünden tramvay kalkması çok rahattı. 6 yaşındaki oğlumuzla kaldık ve çok memnunuz :)

Banyodan ara sıra bir koku geliyordu ama havalandırma ile gidiyordu. En yakın markete biraz yürüme mesafesindeydi, marketler de 19.00-20.00 gibi kapandığı için biraz zorlandık. Önceden alışveriş yapmayı öğrenmiş olduk ;)

The location was amazing, the view outside was stunning. There was a a tram station right outside, convenient store really close, a beautiful bakery also really close. The room was amazing, clean, with ALL the facilities. Even the TV has everything. The bathroom was huge. The was coffee and a big fridge and an amazing fan that kept the room cool at all times. The was a desk but also a table for me and my friends to eat. It felt safe at all times. We are beyond grateful for the room and the price it was offered. We went for the BTS concerts and everyone was taking advantage and had ridiculous overpriced apartments but not this one. Lastly, David was really kind, helpful and very fast to reply. Thank you for everything!

Ubytování bylo opravdu moc pěkné a majitel velice vstřícný. Hned před ubytováním je tramvajová zastávka, okolí působilo pěkně. Kuchyně byla dobře vybavená.

Nemůžu nic vytknout.

O flat é bom, próximo a transportes. O proprietário foi atencioso. As instalações são boas, cama boa, cozinha completa, aquecimento não precisei usar.

O banheiro tinha um cheiro estranho, talvez por não ter ventilação adequada. Apesar do transporte próximo não é tão perto do centro de Bruxelas, sendo necessário as vezes pegar pelo menos dois transportes (metro e bonde).

Gostei de tudo, só achei as toalhas de banho pequenas e os travesseiros muito moles ,tive q pedir emprestado outro . A cama um pouco mole tb . Os almofadas do sofá tb um velhas .

Das Bett war super bequem, es war alles sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, eine Tram direkt vor der Haustür, bis in die Innenstadt max 10 Minuten. In Gehweite gute Restaurants, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte und Bars. Auch zu Fuß war es zum "Großen Markt" und weieren Sehenswürdigkeiten z. B. Schokoladen Museum, Menneken Piss, Großer Palast etc. nicht zu weit. Gehzeit max. 45 Minuten - 1 Stunde. Das Parken war ebenfall kein Problem. In der Umgebung findet man immer irgendwo einen Parkplatz, sogar umsonst. David war telefonisch und per Whats App immer zu erreichen. Das Viertel St. Gilles ist superschön und ruhig. Wenn wir nochmal nach Brüssel reisen, werden wir die gleiche Unterkunft wählen.

Le confort et l'excellent niveau d'équipement du lieu, et sa bonne implantation à Forest, collé à Ixelle. La qualité de la relation avec le loueur.

És un pis molt adequat per la nostra petita família. Em va agradar com estava organitzat i amb tot el que necessitàvem a l'abast. L'apartament està en una zona apartada del centre, però és un bon barri, tranquil i molt familiar, hi havia un parc a 10 minuts que estava molt bé. Ens va agradar molt l'estada.

No ens ha agradat que hi havia uns 30 minuts del centre i era una mica llarg el trajecte per arribar-hi amb transport, tot i tenir una parada de tramvia a davant de l'apartament.

Es un departamento muy cómodo, bien conectado al centro a través de un tranvía que sale a un paso (y que puedes pagar la mejor tarifa usando simplemente tu tarjeta de crédito). Barrio tranquilo.

Sie war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem! Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren nah, was ein Vorteil war!

Die Wohnung ging nach vorne raus auf die Straße und das war wie auf dem mittleren Ring inkl. Straßenbahn (die auch bei jedem Abfahren laut bimmelt)! Es gibt wohl noch eine Wohnung nach hinten raus, die wäre sicherlich leiser! Außerdem könnte vor allem das Bad eine Grundreinigung vertragen (schwarze Fugen in der Dusche u.ä.)!

The Host, David was exceptionally helpful in placing a spare extra bed for us at no extra cost. The flat is well laid out, effectively all in one room, with a lovely homely feel to it, where the host has left countless books for guests to enjoy. Every conceivable item for guests needs was provided. cooking pots, pans, cuttlery, beer and wine glasses, a decent combi oven, fridge and freezer, and all were spotlessly clean. Nothing to want. Lovely superb comfortable extra large double bed. Very close to an excellent huge supermarket up the road and laundry for drying clothes at a very cheap cost (we used the Flats washing machine and the laundry for drying). A few minutes walk to the nearest Metro for All sites, which is very easy to understand. The host uses WhatsApp to maintain contact which is faster than through booking.com

The hosts directions to the flat could have been clearer. The person meeting us at the flat, although a very nice person, did not speak English, so communication to understand the facilities were non existent until we managed to reach the host via WhatsApp. Smoke alarm was not working and the host said the unit was defective when he came in to test it for us, to replace it. The refuse in the flat needs a better system of removal, as it stood was supposed to be cleared every other day, but for people on holiday, making food and buying drinks, it needs daily removal by the cleaner. It was not removed for 3 days at one point by mistake, which forced us to inform the host it was over full from the bin by a huge margin. The shower base needs a simple plinth installed to stop the water flowing into the bathroom floor, where we had to use a large towel rolled up to restrict the water ingress to the bathroom. One evening, late, the host messaged us that the following morning, window cleaners were coming in with him. We politely refused that from happening. Simple routes to areas like the very large supermarket, laundry, etc, would go along way to helping guests, as would clear instructions on how to work the washing machine, TV and dishwasher, since the person showing the flat could not speak English. The flat is located above tram runs, and as light sleepers we used ear buds and the flat fan on full to remove the noise, which was fine.

Que estaba muy equipadp el apartamento y luego muy bien conectado con el transporte para or al centro.

The apartment is perfectly located for public transportation, allowing you to reach Brussels' most important tourist attractions (Grand Place, Royal Palace, and the Atomium). Its furnishings are as described. Minimalist, yet functional in terms of practicality. A large, comfortable bed allows you to survive the chilly nights and mornings. The landlord's empathetic attitude deserves special mention, especially his kindness and understanding of the tenants' needs.

The kitchen could be equipped with large knives, as well as coffee and tea cups. The bar stools are uncomfortable and look more like a bar than a cozy apartment (unless you're talking about the hidden meaning of Molière's novels) 😊

There was no breakfast. The location was not absolutely central but tram stops were at a walking distance. The property was spacious with everything provided thoughtfully. For example, washing machine was provided and so were the pods, same with dishwasher. Even the kitchen utensils was thoughtfully provided, like grater.

Only one thing was that I requested a cot for my baby at the time of booking but was told on arrival that they all have been given to others with family. I thought as I made the booking quite in advance, I should have received it but nevertheless we just moved the couch around a bit to make it next to me crib.

Квартира выглядит приятно как на фото, много деталей интерьера, хорошая кофе машина с капсулами. Расположение неплохое: тихий и чистый район, старинные дома, рядом круглосуточный магазин, который закрывается в 11 вечера. Удобная кровать, много посуды и хорошая стиральная машина. Удобный диван с кучей подушек перед телевизором. Приятный и отзывчивый хозяин.

Мы были в квартире в марте, было очень сыро и холодно, т.к. квартира не имеет достаточного отопления, а установленный обогреватель в углу комнаты не справляется с поддержанием тепла: полы холодные, постиранные вещи не высыхают, а во время дождя окна протекают и вода скапливается на полу большой лужей, фото прилагаю. Только вертикальный душ, отсутствует ручка душа, что неудобно. Водонагревательный бойлер не самого большого объема. Двери душа пропускают воду и на полу после каждого мытья остается огромная лужа в ванной комнате. Мы один раз запустили микроволновку и из нее стали доноситься ужасные запахи, больше мы ей не пользовались. Также советую хозяину изобрести более оптимальный способ заселения, например бесконтактный, так как было не очень удобно получать ключи, в связи с изменением времени прилета в Брюссель.

Unclear with when to meet and how to pick up the keys.

First of all, David is a wonderful host. He has been most helpful providing all the necessary information and much more. The communication was surely beyond expectations. The flat is small, but very cosy. It is situated in a nice and safe area. The bed is very very confortable, we slept like babies. Nearby you can find some supermarkets, pastry shops (I recommed Brood Bloulangerie, very friendly staff, delicious products) and a tram station is situated right next to the building plus a couple very near. Really, it was a wonderful choice to stay in Brusssel. I truly recommand it.

This would be a 10 of 10 if they get the smell from the bathroom under control. I had a room to the back wirh sun in the morning and the sound of birds. The place is super connected w public transport! Good kitchen equipment, very comfortable bed

Good location, size is big, apartment is clean, first night was a bit cold, but the host was responsive and helped with the heater adjustment, the heating was sufficient during the rest of our stay

Shower had a slight unpleasant smell, but bearable

La lit était très confortable et la cuisine était bien équipée avec du matériel neuf et de qualité. Le hôte et Lisa étaient sympa.

L’accès au parking souterrain est très étroit et difficile. Je n’ai pas pu utiliser ma voiture à Bruxelles pour éviter de multiples manœuvres d’entrée et de sortie au sous-sol.

Spacious appartment and well equiped kitchen. Location. Very nice host, easy to contact and quick to respond.

Appartment temperature was a bit chilly when entered at first but the heating worked properly after being turned on. One of the neigboor played a bit music very loud in the morning.

Love the location as the neighbourhood seems so nice! As a tourist, I felt it was great to navigate for our needs from Flat Moliere; blending some home comfort with city proximity, which is a lovely mix. The concierge and caretaker/cleaner were also super helpful, friendly and polite, which was a cherry on top!

Studio bellissimo, ottima posizione e molto pulito.

Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Wir haben sogar 1 Tag verlängert. Wir haben noch ein extra Bett und eine extra Stuhl gestellt bekommen und die Kommunikation war super. Würde es immer wieder buchen.

der eine Sessel und das Sofa waren etwas dreckig und der Abfluss im Bad hat nicht besonders gut gerochen.

It was in a convenient location, easily accessible by tram with local shops and restaurants practically on the door step. The flat is well furnished, clean and comfortable, we asked for an extra bed and one was provided. There is someone to welcome you on arrival which was great as we arrived late in the evening. There was complimentary water, hand wash , dish soap, washing powder and all the little bits that you would immediately require but not necessarily have with you. The owner was on holiday but was really courteous , frequently checking to make sure we were alright. TV, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, bedding, towels all provided and all food delivery companies service the area so you can order in if you like. Don’t forget to bring your electrical socket adapters as all outlets are EU two prong types.

Problème avec l'eau chaude pour la douche. Variations de températures avec des douches prises à l'eau froide. Problème partiellement résolu en cours de séjour.

Light and airy studio apartment with nice outlook and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tram ride to and from city centre was convenient. Several grocery and restaurants nearby. David was a helpful and responsive host.

Parking a mid size car took a strong nerve due to narrow parking ramp to garage!

We liked the quiet area, the architecture of the buildings. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee. The tram station is in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Great place, having most of the key locations like grand place, royale, manekken pi, rue nueve, du burkcer, borse etc. Easily accessible from the location. Have a tram station right at the doorstep of the building. Metro berkendaal and vanderkindera less than 400 mts from here.

Très bel appartement, meublé et décoré avec goût, cuisine et SdB bien équipés. Très spacieux pour deux personnes. Bien insonorisé vers l'extérieur car donnant côté cours..

Logement moins bien insonorisé avec les appartements voisins. Situé au Sud de Bruxelles : anticiper le paiement du parking et la circulation pour sortir aux heures de pointe.

Clean and comfortable, close to good transport links to both the city and the train station. Host was extremely helpful throughout, including when we accidentally left a bag at the place and they went out of there way to get it back to us

Very close to the tram station and also 5 tram stations from the train station so it's very good.

Location is nice, near to the tramway to the historical city center and the neighbourhood is safe for families with kids. There is a few supermarkets around, decent dining options and a superb bakery just behind corner. Dishwasher and washing machine capsules were provided, kitchen included basics like some tea, oil, salt...

We would welcome fresh towels (ours were smelling funny) and the bedding had similar odour. Trash can in the bathroom was already half full when we arrived... But overal cleanliness was rather good

Las instalaciones bastante nuevas ,modernas,muy completo y la calefacción funciona muy bien . Tiene de todo para 5 dias,hasta lavadora. El anfitrión muy atento tuve una petición y me la soluciono sin problemas.Tranquilo

Aunque esta conectado con el centro con un par de tranvias,en unos 15 /20 minutos,la zona no tiene muchas opciones para cenar.

Le confort L’emplacement Le calme

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Easy to get to using public transit, and then it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There's a grocery store within walking distance which was great. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. It was perfect having a full kitchen so we could cook for our 8 month old who can't really eat at restaurants. This was the perfect place for us to stay and explore Brussels.

Le flat est spacieux avec tout le confort et petites attentions qui font plaisir (les essuies l essuie tout le produit vaisselle les dosettes café lessive et lave vaisselle) la tv et le four très pratique. La douche italienne le grand lit d une literie de très grande qualité

Des petites choses : Le manque d éclairage dans la salle de bain Un peu juste pour les couverts et vaisselle (pas de plat pour réchauffer une pizza dans four) Les difficultés pour stationner à proximité L Insonorisation entre les logements

Sehr stylish eingerichtet; alles Wichtige vorhanden; freundliche Betreuung. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 5. Stock mit Blick in einen weitläufigen Innenhof mit Bäumen, Gärten und vor allem: Ruhe. Bad und WC getrennt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist etwas gehobener. Trams sind gut erreichbar und fahren in engem Takt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hätten zwei Bettdecken bevorzugt, aber das ist eben schon sehr französisch in Brüssel.

Quiet neighborhood. Extra single bed was added for our child. Coffee & basic condiments we’re provided. Close to tram station.

The rugs, couch & otoman require a good deep cleaning (rest of apartment was clean). The hallway of the building smelled strange (sewrage). It takes 10 minutes of walking to get to the closest Food Market

The apartment was on the fifth floor and had a beautiful view. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication with David was excellent. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than planned, as we had an earlier flight. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
