Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Familie Oebster ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück war perfekt und wurde nach unseren Vorlieben zusammengestellt und uns auf das Zimmer gebracht. Leider blieben wir nur eine Nacht, da wir weiter nach Kroatien gereist sind. Es ist schön zu wissen, eine gute Rast zu kennen. Liebe Grüße von Loni & Jörg.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Flachau and the house are very close to the highway, making it a great place to rest on our journey to the sea. It is close to the market and to some restaurants, cafes, and bars (a 10-minute walk). Breakfast was nice and sufficient. We enjoyed it. The parking lot was big enough for all guests.
Only one thing requires attention to avoid surprise - not necessarily a bad thing. Accommodation at Ferienhaus Eva consists of apartments, each with two rooms and a kitchen. This means that if you travel in a small group, you will share the kitchen with another small group. Each room in the apartment has its own door and bathroom, like a proper hotel. Privacy is fully ensured, so no real issue with having a shared kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed it, but we recommend better describing this feature so people are not scared.

Unfortunatly, it happened to be a very hot week all over Europe, and no fans or AC. Leaving the window open helped a bit:)

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, tuż przy ścieżce rowerowem Ennsradweg, miła i pomocna właścicielka, śniadania przepyszne, obiekt bardzo czysty i zadbany. Piękny duży balkon, na wyposażeniu stolik, krzesła, suszarka na pranie.
Jedyne czego brakowało to opcja pełnego dostępu do aneksu kuchennego, czasem potrzebna jest mikrofalówka do odgrzania jedzenia, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, mogliśmy korzystać z czajnika, mieliśmy wykupiony jeden pokój, korzystanie z aneksu kuchennego było w tym wypadku możliwe przy zakupie całego apartamentu ( 2 pokoi). Do tej pory w obiektach w których przebywaliśmy korzystanie z kuchni było ujęte w standardzie, stąd może nasze zaskoczenie.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026My husband and I had an exceptional stay. We booked a last minute trip to make the most of the fresh snow and bluebird conditions. Eva was super well located just minutes walking from the main road, accommodation was spotless and the rooms very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and so much food we felt had we couldn’t eat at all. Having stayed in Flachau several times at a range of accommodations I can honestly say this is in the best location, exceptionally clean and the best value for money

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026its a great apartment at a great location. very clean and to the point, great two big bedrooms and the central kitchen/dining/living. each bedroom with its own bathroom. and a big balcony with view of the ski slopes. great host, that helped out with daily bread orders, very clean and great additional ski facilities. The ski bus stop is very close, so we had a great time being there.
Nothing bad that I would point out. Everything was great.

Sposób zakończenia pobytu. Gospodyni bez czekania, aż się spakujemy weszła do wynajmowanego lokalu i zaczęła sprzątać. Od wielu lat (ponad 15) spędzamy wyjazdy narciarskie w Austrii. Pierwszy raz coś takiego się zdarzyło.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025Přespávali jsme tu na cestě do Itálie na jednu noc a bylo vše v pořádku. Majitelé byli naprosto skvělý a dokonce vám přinesou snídani na pokoj, kterou si den předem vyberete. Okolí bylo nádherné, ale nebyl čas na prozkoumání. Pokud budeme někdy po cestě potřebovat přespat, rozhodně se vrátíme.

I didnt liked the unrespectful welcome the owner wasnt there so we had to wait 30 minutes to get the door open after we arrived that is so unprofessional. After we were accepted the woman didnt even said sorry she said that she went on swimming like she didnt cared about the guests. Didnt liked the balcony that we had to share with other people and we didn't had our privacy . Late check in and they made us to check out early in the morning.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2024This is our 3rd or 4th stay here. As before, the apartment was spatious and very clean. The breakfast was nice, fresh and had plenty to choose from. The location for the property is good, not on the main street but very close to restaurants and supermarket. It has its own parking places, at no additional cost. Whenever we come to the area this is one of the places we look for availabilities at.
