Service is mixed: several mentions of friendly and attentive staff ('sehr nettes Personal', 'personal was super friendly'), but there are also serious failures (booking given away on arrival, staff unable to rebook or refund; long/slow check-in in some cases).

Overall sentiment indicates friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast is reported as generally acceptable to good (fairly arranged buffet, simple but okay), and an on-site Italian restaurant is mentioned positively; no major F&B complaints beyond simplicity.

Positive mentions of quality food and good breakfast options.

Amenities are adequate for a motorway hotel (free parking, on-site restaurant, fans provided when no AC), but the lack of air conditioning is a recurring negative and some found the site layout slightly uninviting.

Standard amenities available, but some mentions of restaurant availability.

Value opinions are mixed: some guests feel price-performance is fair for a stopover, while at least one review explicitly states it was not good value due to room comfort and service issues.
