Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Camera molto spaziosa, raggiungibile con una piccola camminata dalla stazione. La camere ha gli arredamenti un po' datati ma è comunque molto pulita e ben tenuta. Il bagno è davvero grande anche quello. Abbiamo preso due letti singoli perchè eravamo una coppia con una bambina e avevamo due letti davvero molto grandi, erano ad una piazza e mezzo. Anche l'onsen è stato davvero molto piacevole. Consiglierei il soggiorno qui.
Unica cosa da segnalare, nel corridoio fuori dalla nostra camera si sentiva odore di fumo e anche nel corridoio che portava all'onsen.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026ロケーションが良かったです。また2階に大浴場がついていて、さほど大きくなありませんでしたがとてもくつろぎました。禁煙室で快適でした。上下の寝間着も良かったです。
これは、ホテルご自身のことではないですが、周辺の歩道に雑草が生えていましたので、除草されると、もっとホテルの格があがるのに、もったいないなあと思いました。

風呂♨️の温度が１日目41度→熱い ２日目34度→冷たい で安定しておらず非常に残念

フロントまで行くとお茶•コーヒー•飲用水がありました。 自室の水道水が飲用出来ず、深夜の湯沸かしがスムーズに行えなかった。 正面玄関に、子育て中のツバメの巣があり、糞が地面敷いた段ボールに多量に落ちていてた。 通行中に汚染しないか、感染が心配でした。季節が、違うと大丈夫かもしれません。

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the beautiful city of Nagano. The hotel was spotless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We didn't have many questions, but based on how welcoming they were, we're confident they would have gladly assisted us with anything we needed. Unfortunately, because we didn't have enough time during our visit to Nagano, we weren't able to use the hotel's hot spring bath, which was a real shame. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the stunning sunsets from our room, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is just a short walk from Nagano Station and is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and convenience stores. Attractions such as Zenkoji Temple are also within walking distance. We were 100% happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagano. We will definitely be back!
