Outstanding hotel. Liked the location, personal, room and company around.

The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and flexible. He gave us great local tips, arranged a scooter rental at a very good price, and even let us take a shower before we left. He always tried to help and made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The cleanliness could have been a little better, but it didn’t have a significant impact on our stay.

My room was spacious and as comfortable as a studio apartment. It had all the essential amenities except a kitchen, which is perfectly reasonable since you’re booking a room rather than a full apartment. The room featured a small balcony at the back and access to a large front terrace, both offering picturesque views of Phuket’s beautiful natural surroundings. Everything worked perfectly, including the TV, air conditioning, fan, and other facilities. Although the property is away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, Patong Beach is only 2–3 km away and easily accessible. My room was cleaned daily by a friendly young lady, and the owner was ready to help at any time to ensure I was comfortable as a solo traveler. There were plenty of cafés, markets, restaurants, and massage shops nearby, all at very affordable prices. For me, this is definitely a place I would book again when I return to Phuket. If you’re a nature lover looking for a peaceful place that feels like home, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t regret it.

The hotel location is quite steep, so it might be a bit tricky for me to drive to the hotel. The bottom of the door cover is damaged, causing small children to easily climb it and endangering safety without supervision.

The location is excellent, being close to all amenities. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and a good size.

There was a small issue with a leak in the ceiling. It didn't cause a major problem, and the staff was responsive in dealing with it.

Situé au bout d'une impasse au calme mais en haut d une rue très abrupte ( 17%) = à déconseiller aux marcheurs âgés. Bien vérifier avant de sortir de ne rien avoir oublié afin d éviter d'y revenir dans la journée ou bien il faut être en forme ou en scooter. Une multitude de micro insectes courent sur les vieux meubles en bois, certains transitent sur les draps et une multitude sortent du lavabo/SDB. Porte du frigo avec émail éclaté = rouille.

I liked everything it was up a hill but that didn't bother me at all, i see that as a daily exercise, plus its out of the way so quieter but not too far away from everything. I booked 2 nights but stayed one extra night no problem but i at to change room but no big deal exact same room on another floor. Comfortable bed, it was great one of best ive had in my 6wks travelling, nice, clean bedding that smelt good too a light duvet which was good as i get cold most places give just a sheet. A fridge, kettle, etc. hot shower, clean towels. I would stay again.

There was a dog barking a fair bit one night, not the Grand views fault I know I just wish people wud look after their animals more.

Habian otros huespedes que eran escandalosos en las madrugadas, tipo 4 de la mañana comenzaban y golpeaban las puertas, gritaban, y hasta se escucha llanto de personas... y el hotel por lo menos no vimos que haya realizado algo al respecto, porque esto sucedio mas de una vez (nos quedamos 4 noches).

The hotel is very nice, it’s in a very nice spot. Rooms are big and value for money. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes and items. Shower hot. Loads of toilet paper. Nice little sink out the back to wash stuff and hang clothes to dry. I stayed in Phuket loads and must say this is far best place I’ve stayed and price was really good for what you get. No wonder it’s fully booked all the time. Staff and owners are very nice people. Hire bike good prices.

The hill to get hotel was steep. No good if you find walking hard! Loads of ants around but seeing you are up in the forest land ,not much you can do about it.m

The property was clean and affordable I like view. I recommend it.

Всё полностью соответствовало описанию. Номер чистый, уютный, с верхнего этажа красивый вид. Хозяин разрешил оставить сумку на хранение после выезда, что было очень удобно. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Обязательно вернёмся!

Rustig en toch vlak bij de drukte .Alle gemakken- restaurants - bars - 7/11 op een paar minuten lopen . Fijn bed , redelijke badkamer. Strand 25 minuten lopen , of scooter 5 minuten.

Het contact met de beheerder is goed. Hij helpt en adviseert je met uitstapjes. Vriendelijk en doet er alles aan je een goed verblijf te geven De locatie vonden wij prettig. Uit de drukte en veel groen in de omgeving. Alles in de omgeving tot je beschikking. een extra bed is voor een vergoeding mogelijk.

sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, nettes & hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Ruhig gelegen, einige gute Restaurants und Cafe‘s in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 25 min.

Bhe sicuramente i ragazzi che gestiscono l'hotel sono tipo un oasi nel deserto... Sono sempre disponibili sia x quanto riguarda la sistemazione in hotel in anticipo sia se vuoi affittare uno scooter o fare dell' escursioni...ti aiutano in tutte le situazioni... addirittura hanno il servizio lavanderia "pagando un prezzo irrisorio"... insomma se sei nei paraggi di Phuket fermati al gran view e ti senti come a casa...

Un po' la salita prima di entrare in hotel...ma poi ci fai abitudine

De kamer een beetje schoonmaken vooral beddengoed. En matras was uitgeleefd. Dat is hem als die de kleine puntjes corrigeert is het een perfecte hotel.

Для проживания одному идеальный вариант. Для семьи может быть нужны номера побольше. По соотношению цены и качества лучше не найдете. Лука постоянно на связи. Спрашивает, чем помочь, какие вопросы. Спасибо Лука!!! Кровать большая. Матрас отличный, подушки удобные, полотенца меняют каждый день. Уборка каждый день. Шампунь и гель обновляют. Есть даже раковина на балконе, что очень удобно, постирать вещи после пляжа. Заезд в горку. У Луки можно взять в аренду байк или машину.

It's a really wonderful value for money. Nice facilities, all that you need in the room. They clean the room fast and perfectly and I really liked the woman who did it, she was nice and polite. It's also very convenient that they do laundry, so you don't need to think about your clothes. The air conditioner is a little noisy, so if you have trouble with sleep take plugs. We were fine, but I saw that people in reviews mention that. Lavazza cafe nearby is perfect for breakfast.

Tutto fantastico, camere spaziose a un prezzo contenuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una menzione in particolare per Kung e Ann con il loro sorriso rendono la vacanza più piacevole e spensierata. Tutto alla grande saluto anche i due soci Fabio e Luca simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.

El hotel queda un poco retirado de la playa, debes caminar unos 25 a 30 minutos o esperar el auto bus, que pasa cada 15 minutos, la habitación estaba muy bien, una buena cama y suave colchón al baño si le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento pero tenia agua caliente y fría, por lo demás estaba bien con un pequeño patio que daba al otro lado de la habitación, los chicos de la administración son geniales, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento.

Hello everyone, my name is Rajan and I would like to tell you that I have been to 14 to 15 countries till now, out of which Thailand is one of my favorite places and this time I will enjoy it much more than before. I have been traveling for 25 years. In 2000, I traveled to Thailand for the first time. Since then, I have visited many countries, but finally, Thailand is great. This time I found its visit even better because the hotel I stayed in, named GRAND VIEW, was a wonderful place and due to the oxygen in that hotel, I probably got a very low price, but it was a suite and was very good for a family. If you come to Phuket, Thailand, then do visit it once. Clean environment, no pollution, no roads. You can easily come and go. You can come and go for two things at a time. There is an open road and the cameras are also very good, very good sir. Absolutely clean rooms, Chanderi, absolutely sir. Bathrooms are very good and plus top is very good. No amount of praise would be enough. You must visit once.

Хороший сервис, хозяева отличные ребята. Вид с 4 этажа шикарный! Рядом с горой, красивая растительность.

Для непритязательных туристов, подниматься в горку. Нужен в некоторых местах ремонт.

This was my second stay at Grand View. Luca and his team were brilliant hosts, once again. They are very welcoming and supportive. I can thoroughly recommend staying at Grand View.

Struttura pulita, posizione ottima, staff disponibile

Staff very helpful, very nice and friendly owner. room was very spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet. Mattress and pillow very comfortable. This room should be selling for at least 3 times the price I paid!!! Will most certainly be staying there when I return to Patong. It's a 10/15 minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall, and Bangla road. There's Da Moreno authentic Pizzeria just 2 minutes walk. Many restaurants and massages within walking distance. Highly recommended

The only 'negative' side, is that the hotel is situated at the top of a small 'hill', which is a bit steep, if you are walking. But it's only 20/30 metres. I had to find something 'wrong':)
