O Apartamento é bem confortavel, a localização é excelente. Proximo a Gran Via, mercados, restaurantes e bares. Tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa, os quartos são amplos e o apartamente é novo.

L’emplacement proche de gran via mais la rue est très sale , prostitués au coin des rues .On a attendu 3/4 d’heures devant l’appartement , mauvais code transmis , personne ne répond ni au tel ni aux WhatsApp , obligé d’appeler booking .2 eme étages sans assenseur pas top avec les valises

great position. 50 metres from centre of madrid

so tiny. smaller than i thought it would be. 2 couples 2 room nowhere to put bags. laundry downstairs not in room. very clean and tidy though.

La ubicación es muy buena aunque el barrio se encuentra un poco sucio en las calles, y el departamento es hermoso, tal cual se muestra en las fotos, limpio y moderno.

El problema es que a través de las paredes y techos se escuchan constantemente palomas (que al principio dudábamos si no eran ratas), con ese sonido molesto y aleteo constante que en el silencio de la noche dificulta el descanso.

Muy oscuro, con poca ventilación y habitaciones muy pequeñas sin espacio para las maletas. Tampoco tiene ascensor y si las maletas pesan,.. muy estresante subir las escaleras

În baia de lângă bucătărie mirosea foarte tare a canal , nu am putut-o folosi , apartamentul avea doar un geam care era foarte mic , nu ne-am putut bucura de soare și lumina

Ev çok Merkezi konumda. Metroya, markete ve restoranlara çok yakın. Ev temizdi ve dekorasyonu güzeldi. mutfakta gerekli bütün eşyalar vardı. Memnun kaldık.

Binanın giriş kapısını bulmak kolay olmadı. Ancak ev sahibi talimatlarında bunun detaylı olarak anlatıldığini fark ettik.

Piccolo appartamento, molto pulito con due bei bagni, pulitissimi, con enormi docce. Confortevole, profumato accogliente. Da tenere presente che ci sono due rampe di scale per accedere.

Apartment was really clean, modern and conveniently located in the centre of Madrid. Our stay was really comfortable

Sleep was difficult as right above our apartment was a pigeon house. They were very noisy, you could hear them walking around, flapping the wings and also little squabs squeeking. The pigeons were housed right above our bedroom so you could hear them through the ceiling. The other bedroom was OK. This is the only reason why I didn't rate this property 10/10. Sleeping was tough.

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento hermoso, moderno, excelentes instalaciones. Suma mucho el lavarropas. Esta super prolijo y limpio. No habia visto que no tiene ascensor, pero no fue un problema mayor en nuestro caso.

Tienen problemas graves con el WiFi, nos dieron claves que no eran, y cuando lográbamos tener wifi por lo visto iban cambiando las redes y contraseñas sin avisar, y nos costó bastante la comunicación con ellos (no responden enseguida). Nuestro dpto tenía una sola puerta ventana en el living, que daba al centro del edificio (pero igual era luminoso) y en nuestro caso -con una nena chica- fue un problema que esa puerta/ventana no tenga proteccion ni baranda, es totalmente abierto de piso a techo.

Duiven nestelen in de goot en/of spouw. Dit geeft een heel storend lawaai van ´s morgens vroeg, waardoor sterke reductie van de slaapkwaliteit. Op de site van booking.com werd een mailadres en een telefoonnummer doorgegeven. Op beiden geen gehoor...

The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was nicely decorated inside, it we had keys to get in, which is a plus in Europe.

We barely slept the entire time we were there (4 nights) due to noise that went all night, we were there during the week and there were people, drinking outside all night every night. Our cab driver said it's like that all the time in this area. The apartment was really cold, the heating took hours to warm up and you had to have the same temperature in every room for them to work and the quilt was very light with no extra blankets. We also couldn't get hot water for our shower one day. The internet didn't work on arrival - which the host sorted out relatively quickly, and there were no house instructions. The coffee machine also wasn't working which was disappointing, and the shutters in one room weren't working completely so it let a lot of light in. I was sleeping with an eye mask and earplugs every night and still didn't sleep well, for what we paid I would expect it to be much better.

A localização do apartamento era excelente. 2 quadras da Gran Vía e diversos cafés e restaurantes nas redondezas. O apartamento nos agradou muito.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im obersten Stock mit Terrasse für die Entspannung. Braucht aber Kondition um sie zu erreichen, da das Gebäude keinen Lift hat. Tolle Lage alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum sehr ruhig. Würde wir sofort wieder buchen.

Kleines Detail. Die Kissen für die Liegestühle im Aussenbereich sind nicht mehr sehr schön und müssten ausgewechselt werden.

Centrale ligging, ruim appartement, het was erg netjes en schoon.

Bij het boeken werd er aangeven dat er een balkon aanwezig was, er zit alleen een groot raam voor waardoor je er niet bij kon. Ook was er een foto van een buitenruimte te zien maar deze was voor ons niet vindbaar en toegankelijk. Mogelijk zit deze alleen bij het panthouse.

Great location close to the Grand Via, easy access to the whole city centre in foot.

The street it’s on is very noisy, not so much with traffic but with groups of people chatting throughout the night. Bring ear plugs just in case.

Great little apartment in the the city center, but just enough away so that it was still a quiet building. Accessible to many attractions. Size was great for 3-4 people. Staff was very helpful with our requests.

Scala ripida e scomoda da salire e scendere soprattutto con bagaglio all’arrivo e partenza. Un divano sofà sporco che avremmo dovuto usare come terzo letto e che non abbiamo trovato pronto ma che avremmo dovuto preparare noi all’arrivo alle 3 di notte .

Good location waling distance to restaurants, supermarket and shopping, nice and comfortable apartment. Nice toilet and comfortable beds.

Washing machine not in apartment but in common area, and doesn't look clean so didn't use it. No Lift only staircase. So need to carry luggage using stairs to apartment.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la Gran Vía. Check in es por email, sin problemas! Es un departamento amplio, nos hospedamos en un dos ambientes que contaba con dos baños completos. Cero ruidos, tenía ventana al contrafrente, ideal para descansar. De cortesía hay cápsulas de cafe.
