The breakfasts and dinners were very tasty. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming — many thanks to them! The location is also good: it is not directly on the beachfront, so it is quiet enough, but still not far from the sea.

The child’s cot felt a bit flimsy. The pillow was very old and lumpy - it felt like it was full of cotton balls, and it was impossible to sleep on. We had to make a DIY pillow out of towels. The lady at reception was a little rude. We also couldn’t immediately figure out how to use the laundry room - apparently this is some kind of sacred secret, and she didn’t seem very willing to share it :) The bathroom door in our room did not close at all. We had to prop it shut with the trash bin in order to use the toilet or take a shower. The soundproofing was very poor, although it didn’t bother us too much because we were exhausted after spending the day at the sea. The air conditioner was also extremely noisy. For some reason, setting 3 was quieter than setting 1.

la piscina interna e la vasca idromassaggio non funzionavano. la palestra era poco funzionale andrebbe rivisitata completamente. il cibo buono ma più incentrato su una clientela tedesca.. infatti eravamo gli unici italiani in tutto il complesso.

Wir waren für 4 Tage als Paar dort und waren rundum zufrieden! Ganz freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, sehr saubere Zimmer und eine gute Lage, wenn man abends feiern will. Es ist zwar nicht ganz zentral, aber alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen (Megapark ca. 5-10 Minuten maximal), dafür ist das Hotel aber sehr ruhig und man kann wunderbar schlafen - was auf Mallorca im Partyzentrum ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. An einem Tag hatten wir das Frühstück zugebucht - für 15 Euro pro Person nicht ganz günstig, aber auf jeden Fall sehr gut und reichhaltig. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excellent food, both breakfast and lunch, with a great variety of dishes. The only downside is that the drinks at the restaurant are really expensive. The room was excellent — quiet, clean, and comfortable. A great option for families and longer stays. The sea is only a 6-minute walk away. There is also a wonderful swimming pool. Overall, a very good choice for a relaxing family holiday

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das abwechslungsreiche Essen hat uns gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gute Lage und die ruhige Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein

Das Hotel ist ideal, um den Balllermann zu besuchen und trotzdem das Hotel an einer ruhigen Ecke zu haben. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer gross und sauber.

Schon sehr hellhörig, was am Ballermann besonders mühsam ist, weil die Gäste teilweise sehr laut sein können.

La clientela è prevalentemente tedesca e questo influenza lo stile del ristorante che ha poco di spagnolo, lo staff, anche in reception, spesso mi si è rivolto in lingua tedesca!

Gefallen hat mir die Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand dank Hinterausgang vom Hotel , 5min maximal .... Sehr sauber das Hotel . Empfang sehr nett und sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen der Herr ( was er nicht müsste) .

Das Personal in der Kantine ! Vorallem der Typ . Sehr unfreundlich . Schreibt ein vor wo man sitzen soll !! Auch einige andere , damit die Wege zum Tisch abräumen nicht so weit sind. Ich möchte gern alleine entscheiden wo ich sitze , es gibt Gäste neben denen will man nicht sitzen . Nicht in die äußereste Ecke ist normal , aber wenn ich zwei Tische weiter weg sitzen möchte dann ist das so . In keinem Hotel bisher hat man mir vorgeschrieben wo ich sitze. Und dann auf so einer unfreundlichen Art und Weise. Die meisten haben sich Mühe gegeben freundlich zu sein , aber der Typ dort geht garnicht. Nicht der mit Brille , der andere i*iot. Ganz unfreundlich sind sie alle wenn man 30-45 Minuten vor essen Zeit Ende kommt. Getränke zum Abendbrot gibt es keine , bzw nur gegen Bezahlung. Sie kommen am Tisch wie im Restaurant und fragen was du trinken möchtest . Sagst du das du nichts möchtest wird auch gleich die Karte mitgenommen , also umentscheiden ist dann nicht mehr. Also Kantine Personal muss man definitiv verbessern !!! Essen war okay , gute Auswahl , für mich allerdings alles zu lasch , gab nichts was ich nicht nachwürzen musste aber das ist Geschmackssache. Auswahl war top Wäre dieses Kantinen Problem dort nicht , wäre es ein Tip top Hotel . Der Rest ist wirklich gut dort . Sehr sauber. Kühlschrank im Zimmer 20 , DEFEKT.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Timor and really enjoyed our time here. We had half board and the buffet was fantastic – plenty of choice and something different every day, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant manager was especially professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the sea view was absolutely beautiful – definitely one of the highlights of our stay! We also loved spending time at the pool bar, which had a great selection of cocktails and really friendly staff. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely be happy to return!

Location Staff

It is not a dislike per say.More a not seeking information in more detail from our side. It was a shame that the indoor pool and jacuzzi is seasonal only.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the beach is just down the street, huge thanks to the staff for being so nice and so helpful. We had no issues with the noise and everyone spoke English. If one plans to travel to that part of the island this is a very good choice.

The hotel room was nice. The staff was kind and attentive.

The room was mostly clean, except that the floors had not been cleaned and there was lots of crumbs on the floors when I arrived, and therefore also ants. I asked them to clean the floors but the cleaning staff never did. The air conditioning also did not work well. It was put out warm air, which meant that the room was very warm during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Lastly, they seemed to charge for every additional service, including even chraging a daily rate for the key to use the safe in the hotel room.

Kellner(in)nen sind sehr nett, und lustig. Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. 3 min weit zu Fuss von Zentrum, aber leise.

Wände sind EXTRA DÜNN. Wir haben schon viele Hotels ausprobiert, aber hier… Man kann das Atemholen von Nachbarn klar hōren.

E’ una struttura molto datata (anni 70/80). Sulle scale ancora moquet. C’e’ un cattivo odore. La mia stanza emanava un cattivo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia non adeguata. Adatta ad uno standard basso. Frequentata prevalentemente da tedeschi.

Bei halbpension muss man am abend Getränke bezahlen. Bei der Abreise zum Frühstück nicht einmal Getränke zuverfügung. Tischdecken werden nicht mal gewechselt wenn ein Fleck drauf ist. Besteck fassen Sie zwar mit ein weisses Tuch an aber fassen die Bestecke zum eindecken an die spitzen an. Kaffeemaschine verkalkt die Gläser nicht mal poliert. Tassen waren einige noch dreckig. Badezimmer am Waschbecken sehr Staubig und es lagen Haare rum. Toilette hatte auch Flecken. Neben Bett lag Dreck. Kühlschrank kaputt,Lüftung ging nicht wirklich. Handtücher flecken, Balkon nicht sauber

En general hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la estancia. La habitación está muy bien, la comida tanto de desayuno como de cena estaba muy rica para ser un buffet. La ubicación genial. Todo el personal de restauración fue fantástico, mención especial a Juan que siempre estuvo atento a nosotros.

El horario de la cena enfocado al cliente alemán y las paredes de las habitaciones que eran muy finas, se escuchaba todo.

Price and location

Restaurant staff were not nice and friendly and even rude. Most of them doesn’t even speak any English so very hard to communicate. And use to rush people at the end of the service (breakfast and dinner) which is not super common in hotel Plus in our room towels were not change everyday The floor wasn’t clean And the AC PLEASE look older than the hotel.

Leider funktionierte in einem unserer gebuchten Zimmer die Klimaanlage (bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur) nicht und wurde erst am Tag vor der Abreise repariert. Preisnachlass gab es nicht. Im nachhinein leugnete das Hotel die kaputte Klimaanlage. Wörtlich: "Alle unsere Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern funktionieren".

Le petit déjeuner et le dîner

Ne pas avoir pu profiter des bain à remous , une Clim qui ne fonctionne pas bien on ne l’a sens pas, les odeur de remonter d’égout le soir quand on rentre dans la chambre et sans compter que le ménage n’est fait que si on le demande c’est un quatre étoiles cela ne devrait pas se faire à la demande mais en systématique. Je ne parle meme pas du sèche cheveux mise à disposition qui fonctionne quand il en a envie et pour quelque seconde. Ensuite impossible de se poser tranquillement autour de la piscine car les allemands ne respecte aucune consigne et sont très bruyant. De plus nous avons demander un taxi nous avons eu un chauffeur priver qui nous a fait payer 25€ pour 7min de trajet jusqu’à l’aéroport or qu’à notre arrivée nous avions payer un vrai taxi a 18€!

Klimaanlage hat in zwei Zimmern nicht funktioniert.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, direkt Ballermann 4. Ich fand es auch ruhig. Es wahr sauber und das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker, vorallem die Auswahl war echt riesig.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Timor. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the reception and bar teams. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back in the future. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn't have parking, but apart from that, everything was great. We would definitely recommend Hotel Timor!

Das einzige was nervig war, 2 kleine Lift die in jeder Etage halten (10Etagen)wenn wer gedrückt hat da braucht man viel Geduld wenn man runter oder rauf will, 1 war auch kurz defekt wurde aber rasch gerichtet 😉 aber das war wirklich das einzige was ein wenig störend war

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und ich war die meiste Zeit eh am Ballermann 6 - war schnell erreichbar und es gab nie probleme mit dem Hotelpersonal. Der Pool mit Poolbar wurde am ersten Tag ebenfalls genutzt und gibt nur positives zu erzählen

Lage toll, zu Fuß gleich am Meer. Halbpension sehr gut. Es wird auch direkt frisch zubereitet. Parkplätze in der Vorsaison kein Problem.

----Der Kaffee & Cappuccino aus dem Automaten hat nicht geschmeckt. Haben wir aber an richtiger Stelle direkt weitergegeben. -----Außenpool war um 18 Uhr schon zu, vlt. wegen Vorsaison Ende April?? -----Die Toilettentüre ist aus satiniertem Glas, somit scheint/leuchtet das Licht nach Sonnenaufgang früh in das Zimmer, schade!!! Ich hab meine Jacke über das Fenster gehängt, brachte bisschen Dunkelheit am Morgen.

In den Zimmern auf der Seite ist es morgens ab 7 Uhr recht laut(Lieferfahrzeuge oder Müllabfuhr). Getränke sind beim Abendessen nicht inbegriffen, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht hatten

Wir konnten spontan noch am selben Abend buchen und einchecken. Das Personal hat uns freundlich begrüßt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön , leider waren wir spontan nur über Nacht dort . Die Betten und Kissen super bequem . Top !!!

Auf dem Zimmer hätten wenigstens 2 Flaschen Begrüßungs-Wasser sein können . Sehr schlicht gehalten alles . Eigentlich ganz ruhig gelegenes Hotel, aber die Putzfrauen "wie in fast jedem Hotel" am morgen sehr früh am putzen und laut sein . Schade, da das Hotel mehrere Punkte mehr bekommen hätte , wenn wir endlich mal ein etwas ruhigeres Hotel am morgen gefunden hätten. Um 9 Uhr hätte das putzen auch noch gereicht .
