Falta una rampa de acceso a recepción, para maletas y sillas de niño o ruedas.y barandillas más elevadas en las terrazas de las habitaciones superiores. Nada mas que señalar, aunque hay zonas más antiguas que otras.

Reservé dos habitaciones, una doble y otra individual. En la habitación individual no había agua de cortesía, café o albornoz. No me gustó que hubiera esa diferencia entre habitaciones.

Der Empfangsbereich war unordentlich, dahinter lag Kinderspielzeug herum, die Rezeptionistin konnte kein Englisch, oder etwas anderes als portugiesisch. Zuerst sah es so aus als läge unsere Reservierung nicht vor. Im Zimmer dann nur ein Kissen für zwei Personen, auf dem Kissen eine gehäkelte Blume ( also nicht waschbar) der Kleiderschrank stand offen, darin eine wilde Kleiderbügelsammlung, unten verschiedene Decken, ein großer Balkon, allerdings mit den Klimageräten von 5 Zimmern. Im Frühstücksraum steht ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte, alles macht einen schmuddeligen und unsortierten Eindruck. Wir waren in einigen Hostels, die besser waren.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026O pequeno almoco com muitas frutas, frutos secos, croissantes, pao escuro, etc..bem bom. Quarto espacoso, casa de banho remodelada e moderna, cama confortavel. Mesmo a beira de uma das portas da vila muralhada e perto da estacao de comboios. Adequadamente climatizado, sem barulho excessivo. Atendimento competente e simpatico.
De inicio, acha-se o predio, o hall e corredores feios e velhos (o carpete velho impressiona mal) e espera-se quartos desgastados mas ficamos bem agradados com o restante.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock mit einer riesen Terrasse, für uns war es perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Bad hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Das Hotel liegt genau am Jakobsweg, über die Burg runter bis zur Brücke. Können wir gerne weiter empfehlen.
Da gibt es nichts zu berichten.

The hosts welcomed me like a friend, the location excellent, shower was hot and strong force, my king bed was comfy and pillows great, so clean. the lounge area for a drink in evening but converts to a nice breakfast in morning.

Todo cambia cuando entras en la habitación que es de tamaño correcto y muy actual. Televisión y cama gigantes. Personal muy atento, se aparca muy bien pese a la cercanía de la fortaleza (en abril, hablo) y el buffet es acorde al precio. En mi opinión muy buena relación precio (80€ doble con desayuno). De las mejores en las que he estado. Si vuelvo a la zona repetiré.
Nada en especial. Algunas cosas tienen sus años pero está todo muy limpio. Se nota que tienen un buen equipo de limpieza.
