Hotel magnifico in mezzo al verde, molto curato. È una villa stile anglo-indiano nata come tenuta di campagna di un generale nel 1928. Diventata hotel nel 1978, conserva ancora gli arredi e l'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Belle le camere, la sala dove viene servita la colazione, magnifici i giardini gli spazi interni ed esterni ben arredati e la piscina.

The hotel is incredible. The historic building is gorgeus and the grounds are very calm and well mantained. The staff is a high point of the stay. They made us feel so welcome and were ready to help with whatever we need. It made our stay truly special!

I think generally all went well.

The garden area could be a bit more cleaner and greener. There should also be safeguards for snakes as the rooms openend out to the garden area. If a person comes out to smoke at night, there should be some sort of lighting on the room porches.

Rooms were good sized and comfortable; breakfast & dinner was good; swimming pool is full size; lots of peacocks and birds in the garden; peaceful and good location to all major attractions in the city

Rooms were not cleaned everyday; the AC was leaking water on the bed; No cultural entertainment due to off-season; mosquitoes made it difficult to sit outside in the gardens

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, very close enough to enjoy everything in Jaipur, while it is incredibly quiet and peaceful at the same time. It is the ideal escape from the busy city. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens, a spa, a swimming pool, several excellent restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The atmosphere throughout the property is calm and relaxing. What truly made our stay good was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. They were always friendly and greeted us with smiles. The food was outstanding. Both Shikaar Bagh and Bar Palladio are very populair among people in Jaipur. The dishes were delicious, and Bar Palladio in particular is incredibly beautiful and a good photo spot. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower was great, and the amenities provided were very good. Everything was clean as well! Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, peace, outstanding service, and fantastic dining. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur and would love to return in the future.

The hotel stay as well as the good have been such a delight. For , what we considered reasonable amount of money, we have been spoilt by a divine space. Food is brilliant, rooms are beautiful, everything has been five star. Suraj helped us for dinner and was a delight. We are located close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms and the space have been emaculate and clean. The atmosphere is also a vibe and there are great bars and other restaurants close by.

This was a great hotel with top-notch service. The breakfast each morning was superb and worth every penny to include. I especially appreciated service by Gyan, who took time to show me how to properly eat my masala dosa, which Punas made to order so deliciously. Vishamvar and Rogit always made sure I was comfortable and full before starting my day. Highest recommendation for this hotel!

It’s a wonderful hotel, I loved everything about it. The staff is very kind and attentive, the room is gorgeous and quiet and the garden and the pool area are absolutely fantastic. You’ll see squirrels and beautiful peacocks walking around the garden… I also enjoyed the breakfast options, a lot of local dishes but also pancakes, fresh fruits, pastries, etc. I’ll be back for sure.

Size of the room. It was not what looked on the website. Bathroom was horrible and very old. Very small size toilet and shower needs to be separate. Did not have anti skid mat. Very concerning

What a gorgeous place to stay. An old family palace converted to a stunning hotel for the lucky guests. Not only is the actual hotel a treat but it is the staff that always make the experience a joy. They have been charming, humourous and absolutely lovely! Guan and Visimvar along with others have looked after us beautifully and made this experience a joy and an oasis in the chaos of India.

The rooms are clean and give you a palace-like experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they cater to your needs very quickly. We personally enjoyed the service and hosting by- Mithilesh, Vishal, Bhupinder, Vikram, Prem, etc. The only thing that could be improved is the customization of meals, which has almost been a standard in every 5-star hotel in my past experience. But overall, it's an experience worth a shot, with a massive pool to be enjoyed alongside a drink. The hotel has a range of restaurants to choose from, each offering a completely different vibe and feel - ranging from Pan-Asian, North Indian, multi-cuisine, bar & Italian. The property is huge, with different paths to explore, surrounded by greenery and trees that could tell stories of their own. There isn't a dedicated walking trail as such, though. The place is super safe for solo women travellers as well, with some event or the other happening every now and then, yet with zero disturbance to your stay. I hope you get to experience this at least once.

Hotel Narian Niwas is a perfect blend of great heritage experience with modern facilties. Hospitality is really amazing and one of the guy ( Suraj) was so helpful throughout our stay. The dinner we had was amazing, will recommend for Lal maas for sure. Looking forward to visit again.

Since we were traveling with my family and two small kids , the staff and the hospitality team’s promptness and eagerness to accommodate us with our special request was very welcoming and reassuring. The stay became very memorable because of the people of the palace. We would definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends .

We had a great time at the hotel. The park and pool area is beautiful and the restaurants which are part of the resort can definitely be recommended. Nuraj at the breakfast was really nice also!

The vibe of the place was majestic and the staff was really helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean with all the amenities available. The best thing was the delicious food. The manager (Mr Ajay Shekhawat) was very polite, helpful and made our stay wonderful.

Love coming to Narain Niwas palace. It is a hidden away gem in the heart of Jaipur. Great breakfast and exceptional service by Gyan ji and Karan. Will definitely be coming again.

incredible stay -- palace is so big you can get lost easily. beautiful architecture and interior. bonus points for the pool. well maintained and the pool guy went out of his way to make us comfortable, literally running to get us towels as a neck pillow (we obviously didnt ask for this) but such a sweetie, made us feel so special. For birding fans: the pool is an incredible place where you can spot cool birds like hornbills from the comfort of the poolside patio. Also, we had incredible food at imperial lancers.

We had an amazing experience dining in Narain Niwas . Everything ranging from food, ambience and service was top notch. Mr. Rana and Mr. Parmanand were very helpful and courteous which made our experience more wonderful. Must visit in Jaipur ☺️

Amazing heritage location! Waking up to peacocks roaming in the trees by our rooms is life changing. Suraj, Bharat, Ashok, Karan were so sweet at dinner along with everyone other person in all the restaurants. Including check in and the concierge. The level of service and actual care and attention they put in their jobs is at a level of standard the whole world could benefit from.

Great pool and gardens, which were well maintained. Nice room with plenty of space and storage. Friendly staff. Easy to get to by taxi - About 15 mins from airport. About 10 mins into the centre of the old town. Beautiful heritage hotel.

Service around the pool was very slow. Almost impossible to order drinks and difficult to find staff. The little cafe (which was beautiful) also suffered from slow service at times. Food and drinks were a bit expensive. Certainly more like European prices.

Excellent central location makes it very convenient to go around the city. The heritage structure and the surrounding greenery makes a great combination. A great choice of restaurants and very good service. Total value for money.

This being a heritage property, the atmosphere is beautiful. There are many courtyards between the rooms, with lots of greenery even in the summer time. Food is great and the choice of restaurants is unbelievable. Service is excellent with courteous and smiling staff all around. Thanks to Gyan Singh, Suraj Singh and Rohit Sharma, even the breakfast experience was wonderful.

The room was lovely, and very large. The building construction was such that I could not hear my neighbors in the room next door. Definitely a huge plus!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Narain Niwas Palace. The property is absolutely beautiful and has a very charming atmosphere. The café was excellent, and the food was a highlight of the stay — especially the poha and pyaaz kachori, which were amazing. A special thanks to Suraj Singh for his warm hospitality and helpful service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur.

The hotel experience was truly amazing! The hotel and its decor are very well kept and well taken care of. All rooms and beautiful common areas were always clean. During the stay the staff were exceptional, extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and Suraj Singh, Gyan Singh, and Rohit Sharma made our meals very pleasant. We felt taken care of and no request was ever a problem. We truly recommend this hotel. Such a peaceful, quiet oasis in the middle of a busy city!

It get quite confusing picking amongst all thr hotels names as palaces but we really loved this. Nestles at the heart of the city. It was an easy fldrive to many attractions. The entire team including Vishambhar singh and Gyan singh were attentive and welcoming. The restaurant Shikaar Bar was excellent too ( special thanks to our server Jitender). Will be def coming back. Oh there are peacocks and bamboos and cats.

The building is very nice and the swimming pool as well, confortable sunbeds and shadows. Good breakfast with good cafe in a nice room well decorated and a nice terrace. The bar is a good place as well. Room was large and bathroom as well, confortable bed all clean.

I am sorry to say that but the hotel cheat us 3 times, first with the taxes, when we pay the price of the room. Second time when we paid the final bill for the meals and massages we have the taxi waiting for us so we didn't check the total amount, I paid it and when I checked the bills they have charged us more money. And also with the 10% discount in the meals, at the end it was only in 1 of the restaurants not on all of them, there are 3 and a bar with meals, and they didn't do the discount directly when I asked for the discount they say it was too late because the bill was made and give us 2 coffees as complementary. Our room was an old one, nothing extra more than a bed and basically decoration expensive for the room and place, we booked for the family room but it was a normal room it were not place for a 3rt bed. So we wander if it was the normal room or the one we booked, we don't know for sure.

Historical building and accommodation which was well conserved.

Mainly the bathroom was less comfortable. Less place to keep your personal stuff and it requires some attention on shower and toilet.

Excellent service! Felt like royalty throughout the stay. The coffee is very nice! The breakfast spread might seem limited but the items available hot are very tasty! Rooms are good. They keep some tidbits to snack on. Cleanliness was never and issue. Their service was always prompt. A shout out to the breakfast support team Suraj ji, Gyan Singh ji, Rohit ji and Vishambar ji

Location! everything is not far and convenient. We had a room with the terrace, was lovely but seems all rooms have access to garden from which i saw. very comfy. Loved the pool and all. Breakfast , seems like in few hotels we stayed in, nothing to die for but was enough to eat for breakfast. Coffee shop on grounds and a lot of restaurants if you like something else, all weee good! highly recommend! garden grounds beautiful!

Spa.. outdated and could be improved to match the hotel. Hooks for towels in the bathroom.. nowhere to hang towels (hand and after shower). Water was hot and hot only ...

Awesome hotel with veey warm staff and all kind of services

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely lovely — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area was a real highlight — a great place to relax and cool off. On top of that, the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again!

Very good location, nice grounds and large rooms. Comfortable and clean

The hotel is beautiful and has great gardens and a nice pool. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety of food. The hotel is located outside the chaos of the old town and is also on the direct road to the airport. Took just 15 to 20 mins from the airport. TIP order an Uber to and from the airport. The cost is good and it's easy. Otherwise for other journeys, you'll generally find the locals aren't too keen to take your uber fare and you might pay a lot more for a taxi / tuk tuk around town.

There wasn't really much service for food and drink around the pool area. It was quite difficult to find staff sometimes. The menu prices exclude taxes so things cost more than you think.

The location is at a brilliant location within the palace, with a mix of local feel and luxury as well. We tried the palak, and sangri ki sabji in vegetarian section, and it was so fresh and amazing to eat. So fullfilling and heart like everything else. Would definitely come here again, maybe to try their laal mass as i came during navratre. Shaam lal and Devender ji were brilliant with the service and behaviour. Their recommendations with the food, helped as well. Thank you!
