Goede ligging, dicht bij het station.

Het was een beetje shabby allemaal. Inchecken kon pas om 5 uur, met als gevolg een rij. Restaurant dicht, ook geen ontbijt mogelijk.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Preis war günstiger als bei vielen anderen Hotels in Meiringen und der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel! We had a reservation for a triple room but were given a double room instead; after a long discussion, they set up a very uncomfortable folding extra bed in the small double room. There was no question of refunding the price difference between the triple room we had already paid for and the double room we were actually given (which was much smaller and lacked a proper bed, using a folding one instead). Upon check-in, I made an additional card payment covering parking and the tourist tax. Later, I discovered online that I had been overcharged by 50 CHF. The hotel manager on duty that evening refunded the 50 Euros in cash without offering any apology

I disliked everything about it; aside from the location, it is very hard to find anything I actually liked!

Egy sztenderd hotelszoba volt alapvető felszereléssel, saját (fizetős) parkolóval és jó kilátással a közeli hegyre.

A harmadik ágy lehetett volna kényelmesebb, de nem volt rossz az sem.

Todo estaba bien: tamaño adecuado, limpieza correcta... pero nada resulta especialmente destacable.

God beliggenhed og rummelige værelser.

Det var ikke muligt at få morgenmad den pågældende morgen, selvom der reklameres med morgenmad som en mulighed på hotellet. Der var dog en god cafe overfor, som løste problemet.

Everything went well during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. I had a pleasant experience overall.

The hotelroom was very dirty and full of bugs and insects.

Personal

Ich war auf Wanderung. Das Zimmer eignet sich zum Übernachten.

Die Reception war um 16.30 h nicht besetzt, obschon ich explizit nach der Ankunftszeit gefragt wurde. Zwei weitere Personen waren auch da. Auf einem Zettel stand, dass erst um 17 h jemand kommen würde. Ich musste auf Englisch intervenieren, damit jemand uns alle schliesslich etwas früher eincheckte. Die Sauberkeit ist ungenügend. Der Matratzenüberzug des Betts, das ich in der Einzelbelegung nicht benötigte, war fleckig. Ebenso fanden sich Haare darauf. Ich meldete dies, worauf dieser von der Matratze einfach abgezogen wurde. Ein neuer Überzug wurde nicht aufgezogen. Die Dusche war völlig verkalkt, die Armaturen matt und die Glaswände voller Wasserflecken. Grobfahrlässig ist, dass Fluchtwege und Notausgänge für den Brandfall nicht bezeichnet sind! Der Fluchtplan lag unter der Liste der TV Sender. Ein Fluchtplan gehört gut sichtbar an die Innenseite der Türe geklebt.

Ich war nach einigen Bewertungen über Sauberkeit und Personal zunächst etwas skeptisch. Vor Ort war mein Eindruck aber genau das Gegenteil: sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde wiederkommen.

Zentral gelegen und in der Not gut über booking guthabt, aber das war alles.

Es wurde ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Zugang zur Terrasse gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und eine Etage höher als die gemeinschaftlich zu nutzende Terrasse. Die Treppe war Horror für Besucher mit Koffern. Umtausch war leider nicht möglich.

Begrüßung und Personal Frühstück.

Die Zimmer sind gross und haben ein eigenes WC mit Dusche.

Das Frühstück war miserabel und das Ambiente ohne Dekoration, einfach nur schrecklich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sehr sauber. Es war auch sehr unpersönlich. Ich würde es nicht mal meinem grössten Feind empfehlen.

Mooie ruime kamer , en badkamer. Niks op aan te merken, gewoon goed.

The hotel is clearly not well-maintained and the fact that one part is older does not mean that it may be less well-preserved.

Great location.

The side stairwell of the building has the smell of a very damp and moldy basement - health hazard and not the best first impression. The hotel in general is very old. I have never had to take a shower on my knees before, but the shower head was mounted at an odd angle and much too low. It was nearly impossible not to get water all over the floor. The wall are very thin here too. You can very easily hear your neighbors and anything in the hallway.

The sink in the bedroom had a major leak. We were told, in no uncertain terms, that the cleaner said that everything was functioning normally. The receptionist came in to mop up. No apologies. One of the shared bathrooms on our floor was out of order. There was no breakfast available. Just told that there was a bakery across the road.

Gar nichts

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Besonders schlimm war, dass wir Würmer in der Dusche vorgefunden haben. Aufgrund dieser unhygienischen Zustände haben wir das Hotel zwei Tage früher verlassen. Außerdem war weit und breit kein Hotelpersonal anzutreffen, sodass wir bei Problemen keinen direkten Ansprechpartner hatten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund der hygienischen Zustände und des fehlenden Personals können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

The location of the hotel is the only positive thing about it

Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was poor, the beds were dirty and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the hotel was far below what I expected. Honestly, I did not feel at all like I was staying in Switzerland, where I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. I am genuinely surprised that a hotel can operate with this level of poor maintenance and so many basic issues. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Dismissive and rude receptionist. They try to fob us off to a different hotel, without explanation just by handing us a key and directions on how to walk there no pictures of the room we were supposed to be staying or any other info. I went to check the room in the other hotel and it was crap, so I wasn't happy about this arrangement. She says there was nothing they could do my only options were take the room provided in the other hotel or walk away with no cancellation fee, great customer service, so we left and they marked us as a no show... We went to another hotel in the area, but the way we were treated was just dire.

Struttura carina, abbiamo soggiornato nella parte retrostante che crediamo essere più recente che oltretutto è ben tenuta. Comoda la posizione rispetto a ciò che c'è da visitare nei dintorni ed è ben collegata con i punti principali. Vista dalla nostra camera piacevole sui monti retrostanti.

Note dolenti da migliorare. Abbiamo pagato il parcheggio per due notti, 30 fiorini e la seconda notte non avevamo il parcheggio che abbiamo pagato e abbiamo lasciato la macchina in posizione non di certo ottimale. Pulizia del bagno da eseguire in maniera più attenta sicuramente, i vetri della doccia erano pieni di calcare.

Im Preis war kein Frühstück inbegriffen. Da gibt es aber auf der anderen Strassenseite eine sehr gute Alternative

Die Reception war nicht besetzt und auf telefonische Anfrage kam in einer Fremdsprache die Antwort, es käme jemand innerhalb der berühmten 5 Minuten. Der Zugang zum Zmmer war auffindbar, auch wenn es vom ersten Stock des einen Gebäudes zunächst über eine Dachterrasse mit Treppe in ein anderes Gebäude und dort schliesslich in den zweiten Stock ging. Das Zimmer war klösterlich eingerichtet, was ja noch sympatisch sein kann, aber mit einem derart kaputten Tisch in der Mitte des Zimmers wird man schon eher an eine Bruchbude erinnert

欺骗。 前台没有人。写的是22点前入住，但是21点45分已经没有人了。 没有床头插头。手机无法充电。全屋唯一的插头就是门口，为什么在门口？？？

Staff did not speak French or German No one was here when we arrived at around 3pm Reception only opens at 5pm! I had requested an early check in! Very bad communication

Bien situé pour visiter la région. Chambre agréable et lits comfortables. Accueil chaleureux, même si qu'en anglais. Bonne boulangerie en face pour le petit-déjeuner.

Het was erg warm in de kamer. Wel was er een fan aanwezig, maar dat was niet voldoende.

Centre ville. Chambre spacieuse. Le salon de thé en face pour un bon petit déjeuné.

Restaurant fermé : pas de repas ni de petit déjeuné. Prix excessif du parking et du supplément chien .propreté légère. Pas de drap house ou très épais type alèze.

La amplitud de la habitación y la ubicación era perfecta. Lo tienes todo a mano

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Rebstock. The hotel has a nice traditional character, and I liked the overall atmosphere of the building. My room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared when I arrived. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the room felt tidy and cared for. I also found the bathroom facilities clean and in good condition. The hotel may have a more classic style in some areas, but everything felt welcoming and well maintained. I personally liked the combination of the traditional appearance and the comfortable rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the condition of the hotel and would gladly stay here again.

La ubicación y el precio

Habitación pequeña, mal aislado, sin servicio de limpieza durante la estancia. Sin equipamiento de cocina en la habitación. Cocina común justa y descuidada. Era un segundo piso solo ascensor hasta el primero

Location was good, near the railway station. Pleasant girl on reception who was doing work experience for MSc in Hospitality. No other staff except for 2 cleaners/chamber maids. No one on the desk most of the day, even at checkout time.

No breakfast which I was looking forward to. Kettle and cups but only 2 sachets of coffee to last 5 days.Room was only serviced once in 5 days. I was in the room getting ready to go out while the two ladies made the bed. No social spaces to meet other guests. Restaurant closed.

La dame à la réception était plutôt aimable

Pour commencer le check-in était ce jour là à 17h et vous avez la surprise à votre arrivée! Ensuite la chambre est salle: poussière, cheveux partout, porte qui ne colle pas au mur! La seule chose acceptable était la literie qui était propre ! Sur un étage avec les espaces comment une des deux salles de bain était hors service! Salle de bain commune salle. Rapport qualité prix qui ne va pas du tout ! 85fr pour ça! À refaire je paie volontiers plus cher pour un logement propre.

Sehr unfreundliches personal zimmer war boden nicht sauber .wie schmierseife. Kùche war man am renovieren .nichts zu essen.auch kein frùhstùck. Trivago sollte das hotel aus liste streichen.bin sehr eteuscht .schade.gruss m.spiess.

Die Lage war gut. Das Bett in Ordnung.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. Kommunikation auf Enclisch. Personal konnte fast kein Deutsch. Erst an der Reception haben sie uns gesagt, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, obwohl vorgängig zugesichert. Uns nicht informiert. Sie haben Gruppen im Nachhinein den Vorrang gaben. Ich habe das Zimmer bar bezahlt. Sie konnten mir kein Retourgeld geben. Hatten nicht genug Kleingeld in der Kasse. Abgemacht war, sie geben mir 4.- am nächsten Morgen. Niemand war dann da. Schlüssel mussten wir in ein Körbchen deponieren. Nach Anruf haben sie nir 4.- getwintet.

La stanza piccolissima. Avevo chiesto se c'era il bollitore e mi è stato risposto di sì. Arrivo in camera e non c'era. Torno alla reception e l'avevano chiusa anche se dal sito indicavano che era aperta.
