Clean, location, breakfast, family operated

Bathroom: specifically the shower. It flooded the bathroom and when I discussed with owner, they said they were aware of issue, and offered no solution or accommodation. We asked to be switched to another room, and they said they were unable to move our room. Each time we showered we had to go to desk and get multiple towels to put down on the floor to keep floor somewhat dry and safe. This was very disappointing considering they were aware of the issue and put us in this room anyways.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άψογο το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλικό. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό. Όλη το κλίμα εξαιρετικό και θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε το νησί. Μακαρι σε όλο τα ξενοδοχεία να νιώθαμε τέτοια καλή φιλοξενεια. 10/10 .

Struttura molto accogliente, proprietari squisiti, camera ampia, pulita e letto comodo. Colazione ottima e varia. Hotel a 3 minuti dal porto / centro con ristoranti e bar.

We were on floor -1 which was a pity

Sicuramente il valore aggiunto per noi è stato lo staff: i due ragazzi che si alternavano alla reception erano sempre disponibili a darci consigli e dritte su dove andare e quando, per evitare la ressa di turisti. In generale, tutto lo staff è sempre sorridente e premuroso, facendoci sentire a casa. La camera era sufficientemente spaziosa per entrambe le nostre valigie, ben organizzata e pulita. La colazione offriva opzioni calde e fredde e non mancavano le scelte sia di dolce che di salato ed erano sempre molto attenti a far si che non mancasse nulla. La posizione è comodissima perchè in meno di 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono bar e ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo, mentre in 10 minuti a piedi si è in centro ad Adamas ed è anche vicino agli uffici delle varie compagnie di noleggio.

Sostanzialmente nulla. Tenete comunque presente che seppur sia fattibile trovare un parcheggio davanti l'hotel (per macchina o quad), non è così scontato. Forse il prezzo della camera è un po' alto, considerato che si tratta di un 3 stelle in una piccola isola, ma sicuramente giustificato dalla qualità.

El personal súper amable, molt atent i sempre disposat a ajudar. Les instal·lacions perfectes, tot molt net i molt ben situat. La nostra habitació amb jacuzzi a la terrassa era ideal! Súper recomanable!

O hotel é muito bom, super bem localizado, perto do porto, dá pra ir a pé do porto ao hotel. Fomos muito bem recepcionadas pela equipe, todos simpaticíssimos! Quarto bom, limpo e confortável. O hotel tem uma hidromassagem com vista para o mar, que os atendentes preparam pra gente quando queremos usar. Mas o melhor, sem dúvida nenhuma, é o café da manhã! Fantástico, delicioso! Foi o melhor café da manhã que já experimentei, muita fartura e diversidade, frutas frescas, todo tipo de pães e bolos, absolutamente tudo divino!

The location was ideal and only a short stroll to the main port, cafes, restaurants etc. The staff were amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful with anything and everything that you require. Special mention for the breakfast each morning, lots of options and all very fresh and delicious..

Todo estuvo perfecto. Atendida por sus propios dueños, se nota el cariño con el que hacen su trabajo. Se esfuerzan por mantener todo impecable y cuidan los detalles. Bien localizado, estratégicamente cercano al puerto, las instalaciones están renovadas. Tienen un rooftop divino, un jacuzzi (aunque no usamos), una terraza para desayunar perfecta. Cuentan con un pequeño parking propio (también alquilan coches por si necesitas. La guinda del pastel ha sido el desayuno 🤩 súper variado (como de un 4*), todo perfectamente localizado y excelente presentación, la mayoría casero y de buena calidad. Hotel recomendable al 100%. Si regreso sería a este hotel. Teodoro (gracias por todas tus recomendaciones) y sus padres súper encantadores.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Ostria Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milos. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, restaurants, shops and car hire, making it the perfect base for exploring the island. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, our room was extremely comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast each morning was exceptional with delicious homemade dishes. A special thank you to Nikolas, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always happy to offer advice and recommendations. We would also like to mention the wonderful lady who prepared the breakfasts, whose food was absolutely first class. The genuine hospitality from everyone made our stay even more memorable.

Honestly, nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Le déjeuner varié, frais, des baklavas au déjeuner! Le café Nespresso. Pas trop loin du centre-ville. Ça se fait à pied sans problème. Bain tourbillon agréable. Le personnel est vraiment souriant et amical. Le meilleur lit-matelas de tout notre voyage, nous y avons tellement bien dormi!

A beautiful family run hotel who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was wonderful and we loved that it included some traditional Greek foods to try. The room had everything we needed. We would come back time and time again!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel in Milos. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the owners, who were incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel was spotless, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh, homemade options that made every morning special. The peaceful atmosphere and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Milos. I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was really friendly, they gave us a lot of Tipps where to go, what to do in Milos! They were always with a smile to answer your questions and to help you as much as they can. The breakfast ear really good, tasty and you could eat whatever you want from sweet to salty snacks, food, fruits. The variety was big. There were als traditional greek cakes and pies. There is also a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view of the port (see photo). Everything was really good!

Ein kleines Familiäres Hotel.Wir fühlten uns sofort aufgenommen.Super nette Menschen,sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Das Hotel liegt super 5 Minuten vom Strand und Restaurants entfernt. Die Dachtetasse ist einfach nur wunderschön 🤩 Wir nutzten sie jeden Abend und sogar zum Frühstücken.

The staff are so lovely and helped us make the most of Milos by highlighting some things to do and suggesting which beaches to go too depending on the wind! The breakfast buffet was also amazing - such a good varied selection of things to eat for everyone! The room was very spacious, clean and had everything you need! Would 100% recommend staying here :)

Ein familiengeführtes sehr angenehmes Hotel, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, 5-10 min zu Fuß zu guten Restaurants und zum Hafen und Zentrum gelegen. Es hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht. Das Frühstück hat alles, was das Herz begehrt.Die beiden jungen Besitzer sind immer präsent und bieten Hilfe und Tipps an. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Täglich gab es Zimmerservice, sogar mit Handtuchwechsel!

Family run business, all of them lovely. We felt so welcomed, many special touches through our stay, (aperitives on the balcony compliments of Thodwris from reception) whilst we enjoyed a wine. Lovely buffet breakfast and ocean views. Many great restaurant, winery and sightseeing recommendations too. Location was excellent, close to everything (few minutes walk). Highly recommended 👌. Thanks guys for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Lovely place to stay. Family owned. Heartwarming welcome, all info explained about the town and the island. They offer buffet style breakfast which it was quite good.

Tout était parfait pour notre séjour de 9 nuits. Proche du bord de mer et de ses restaurants sympa, du port, des commerces. Extrêmement propre, la famille adorable et serviable à souhait. La terrasse avec vue sur la baie et le jacuzzi après nos excursions étaient top.

Déjeuner copieux et varié. Superbes restos à proximité, distance de marche. Aussi une belle plage à distance de marche. Le personnel souriant et toujours disponible. Je recommande à 100%.

Hôtel proche du port à pieds. Le personnel est au petit soin, nous avons eu un problème avec notre douche ils nous ont directement changé de chambre. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner sucré/salé

Lovely family hotel. Mom was very warm and added new items everyday to breakfast buffet which was very good. All staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and extremely well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel! Close to all the restaurants. They even reserved 4x4 vehicles for us and had them delivered to the hotel! Great way to see the island. Great breakfast spread each morning. Spacious rooms as well.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but overall the entire experience there was fabulous.

The hotel is family run, and everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating to our every wish. They were helpful with information on the island as well as transfers and car hire. We had a fantastic time and would come again without question. Close to the port and town.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and made to feel “at home”. The hotel is great and the staff could not do enough for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay - everything from organising transport options to fabulous restaurant recommendations. Overall amazing! - we were sad to be leaving.

Un chouette séjour dans cet hôtel bien placé entre le port d'Adamas et la plage. Le personnel nous a super bien conseillé (ils sont tous très gentils !) le petit déjeuner était superbe et les lits sont très confortables.

Le fait d'être en sous-sol (à côté de la lingerie et de la machine à laver qui tourne parfois la nuit) n'était pas forcément idéal au regard du prix de la chambre (même si celle-ci est considérée comme la chambre "économique") heureusement, tout le reste s'est bien passé.
