Reviewed Aug 24, 2026櫃台有台灣來的服務人員服務非常親切，房間空間相當寬敞，溫泉泡起來非常舒適放鬆，整體入住體驗十分愉快。 稍微可惜的是房內的 Wi-Fi 網路訊號不太穩定，以我這次入住的房間來說未來這部分能有所改善就更完美了。 餐點是經典溫馨的日式風味，主餐提供了美味的烤牛舌；早餐的自助餐品項相當豐富多樣,晚上消夜還有拉麵可以吃。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Dieses Onsenhotel ist zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber alles, was man zu einem schönen Onsenaufenthalt benötigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen (wir wählten das Buffet) war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Es gibt kostenlose private Bäder und einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns noch einmal beim Personal, dass dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir, als die Bahnlinie durch einen Sturm unpassierbar war, mit Bussen unser nächstes Ziel problemlos erreichen konnten.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Die Aussicht im 9. Stock war wundervoll. Die Onsen sind wirklich großartig! Es gab für Frauen viele Kosmetikprodukte innerhalb. Der für Frauen und für Männer getrennte, große Onsenbereich war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch draußen gab es nochmal einen kleinen, direkt am Hang gelegen. Die 4 privaten Onsen sind auch ein Highlight, weil man dort gemeinsam reingehen kann. Das Frühstück ist eine 10/10, sehr große Auswahl und frisch zubereitet. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist wirklich schön, man kann zu Fuß auch zum Katanuma wandern. Am getrennten Onsen gab es zur Freude aller gratis Eiscreme und jeden Morgen Yakult. Bei der Abreise wurden wir kostenlos vom Hotel-Shuttle zum Bahnhof gebracht.
- Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Es waren 2 Einzelbetten enthalten und einige Tatamibetten zum Selbstauslagen. Es gab einen kleinen Raum, den man zuschieben konnte, in den jedoch nur eine einzige Matratze gepasst hat. Somit hätte Person Nr. 4 einfach mitten im Raum schlafen müssen. Wir teilten dann die Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen hatte zudem einige Flecken. - Die Kopfkissen waren wirklich hart und sehr unangenehm, um darauf zu schlafen. - Es war sehr lieb, dass man täglich neue Kleidung für den Onsen erhielt, jedoch hatten manche davon ein paar (Fett?)Flecken drauf. - Die Fenster waren dreckig und müssten wirklich geputzt werden, besonders von außen. Eins der Fenster wirkte auch nicht ganz dicht. - Für den doch zu hohen Preis fanden wir das Zimmer unterdurchschnittlich.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Alles: das Zimmer, 4 private Onsen (keine Buchung nötig) und Essen. Zum Abendessen hat man Buffet mit unbeschränkten Getränken inkl. Alkohol. Unbedingt Schutle Bus vom Bahnhof zum Hotel nachfragen! Obwohl Google Maps zeigt nur 4min zu Fuß, ist es schon eine Herausforderung mit den Koffern dahin nur bergauf zu gehen.
Der Ort an sich ist tote Hose, aber deswegen ist er auch so charmant. Man bleibt bloß die ganze Zeit im Hotel und man genießt Ruhe, Onsen und Essen.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Ordered dinner buffet and they was very helpful with explaining the food and drinks. Private onsen and the public one was really cool and nice looking. I arrived here by night and woke up to a stunning view, reminded me about the mountains home in Norway. I just stayed a day but on return they kept my luggage while I was walking around outside, and the train they said I should go for was also a tourist train that during the winter have a furnace inside. A lot of stuff I did not expect to experience :3
