Everything was fine but a small refrigerator in the room to keep cool water during the very hot summer would have been nice.

Las instalaciones están genial: las habitaciones, la piscina y la terraza. Todo está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. El desayuno es muy bueno, con productos caseros y todo preparado al momento. Además, el personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable. ¡Repetiríamos!

The staff was absolutely kind and helpful, and helped us with everything we asked for. The place is located close to the entrance of the souks (markets), maybe in a 10 minutes of walk, also the place is close to one of the main gates (Bab Yacout) which is a great location as a pick up and drop off point if you want to book programs via Getyourguide (as we did). We ordered the room with breakfast and we got traditional Moroccan breakfast and was always a bit different each morning which made us eager to see what new things we are going to try out the next morning. Also we ate in the restaurants which was also delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, large, and had a modern AC system, the cleaning staff always made sure on each day that the place was clean. The Riad is also offering shuttle services which we took and was always great, punctual, and well equiped for 5 people. The breakfast is served at 8 in the morning, but we had some booked programs at early, but the Riad could managed to preapare a small breakfast and coffee for us at 7:20 so we would not leave the place for the program with an empty stomach. After checking out, they were really kind to let us leave the luggages till we came back for the ordered shuttle ride. Thank you for everything, wish we meet in the future again!

The Wifi in the rooftop rooms was a bit weak, but nothing really significant comes to my mind, everything was great!

Wow! What a great accommodation! Close to the Medina gate, making it super easy to access taxis and explore the area without getting lost. The riad itself is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful courtyard pool, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff who made us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!

El trato esquisito del personal, siempre muy atento con nosotros, preguntándonos por nuestros planes y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo. Por otra parte, el desayuno fue genial, así como la piscina.

Quizá está algo lejos de la parte más monumental de la medina, pero está bien.

Piscine dangereuse car mal entretenue : nos enfants se sont blessés à plusieurs reprises car les carreaux étaient très ébréchés Cafards dans la chambre Vétusté dans la chambre et humidité Clim dans une pièce qui fuyait sur la tête de lit. Nous avons dû l’éteindre. Fuite sur un robinet de la salle de bain Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous entendions tard le soir nos voisines comme si nous étions dans la même pièce alors qu’elles ne parlaient pas spécialement fort

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Riad! Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen und der Pool war auch sehr angenehm Das Zimmer hat eine absolut ausreichende Größe gehabt!

As a family of five this was an incredible experience due to the the decor and design and amenities. After experiencing the hot weather this was the perfect place to come back to with a delicious breakfast and relaxing pool area. Not to mention the staff were absolutely lovely and careful when catering to our needs. Loved it and will revisit!

The air conditioning was stronger and cooler in other rooms compared to others.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. L’accueil a été chaleureux et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Un grand merci à Lahcen et Ali pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Merci également à la cuisinière pour ses délicieux repas, ainsi qu’à la dame de chambre pour son excellent travail et sa discrétion. Toute l’équipe a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, legnagyobb bajban is segítettek. A szoba tiszta és tágas volt, a reggeli pedig egyszerűen csodálatos. Maga a szállás gyönyörű, minden apró részlete igényes és hangulatos volt. Külön pozitívum, hogy kicsekkolás után is bármikor visszamehettünk, továbbra is használhattunk mindent, és a csomagjainkat is szívesen megőrizték. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, biztosan visszatérünk még!

Kifejezetten nehéz lenne bármi negatívumot mondani. Minden a legnagyobb rendben volt, semmi olyat nem tapasztaltunk, amit másképp szerettünk volna.

Le personnel était parfait. L’accueil chaleureux. La piscine bien appréciée par les enfants. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était très agréable. La décoration charmante. Le calme général de l’espace intérieur.

La troisième chambre de la suite familiale manquait d’éclairage et était moins isolée pour le bruit. Le lit de la chambre principale était très dur. Et malheureusement nous avons rencontré quelques coquerelles dans le logement lors de notre départ au petit matin.

Lugar encantador, estuvimos en dos habitaciones y preciosas las dos, es un lugar con mucho encanto.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, estuvimos super cómodas y tranquilas, todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico también. La instancia se hizo mucho más amena gracias al recepcionista Hassan, sabía español y era muy simpático y servicial, una experiencia muy bonita.

Prachtige riad, heerlijk klein zwembadje voor de benodigde verkoeling, mooie kamers, goede airco. Lekker bed.

De ligging. Het ligt wat verder van het Fna plein af .. half uurtje lopen.. na een minuutje of 8 wandelen loop je zo de souks in . De riad zit ook zodanig dicht aan de rand van de medina dat je er makkelijk met de taxi kunt komen, dus als je niet wilt lopen dan kun je je makkelijk per taxi laten vervoeren. Kleine taxi 30-40 dirham enkele rit

De gastvrijheid van Hassan de gastheer. Wafae van de keuken en huishouding. Hasna van de keuken. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Geen lopende buffet, het eten werd aan je tafel gebracht en als je iets extra wilde hebben is hen niets te veel. In de avond was het geen probleem om koffie of thee te vragen.

Personnel très agréable et accueillant ! Toujours très propre, très agréable lorsqu’on est dedans et très joli. Petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux ! Plutôt bien placé, à moins de 25 minutes de marche de toutes les activités touristiques et à environ 15 minutes de route de l’aéroport. Je recommande !

It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful traditional Riad, nice decoration and lovely little birds flying around. Staff were always happy to help and very friendly.

It was just unfortunate as they were having some building work done which affected the ambiance but I would not want this to put anyone off as everyone has to have building work done sometimes.

Stupenda struttura a soli 20 min a piedi dalla medina, in una zona molto tranquilla e più godibile del centro. Colazione ottima servita sul terrazzo. C’è una piccola piscina di cui abbiamo usufruito ed è inoltre possibile fare massaggi e hammam direttamente in struttura.

Se devo trovare una pecca, abbiamo fatto un massaggio rilassante di 30 min che forse è stato troppo « morbido »/ semplice per i miei gusti. Al mio ragazzo invece è piaciuto!

El Riad y el trato personal

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce riad. Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et l’ambiance est très agréable. Gros plus pour la piscine accessible directement depuis notre chambre, un vrai bonheur. Un grand merci à Hassan pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous sommes repartis avec un petit pincement au cœur tellement nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce riad. ❤️✨

Es ist ein romantisches sehr schönes, traditionell eingerichtetes Riad. Das Personal ist eifach super nett und immer für einem da. Vom Hotel aus ist sehr vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Hotel selber kann man entspannen und sich erholen, alles ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage im Sindibad. Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder.

La struttura è davvero splendida: camere nuove, sempre pulitissime e dotate di aria condizionata. La zona è tranquilla e sicura, ma allo stesso tempo comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque, perché si adatta perfettamente a ogni età ed esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alì, un padrone di casa eccezionale: sempre disponibile, accogliente e pronto a darci consigli utilissimi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, super consigliato!

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Het personeel is zeer gastvrij en aardig. De riad ligt aan de rand van de medina en is beloopbaar naar de medina. Wij hebben buiten de goede bereikbaarheid veel gebruik gemaakt van een taxi geregeld via de Riad. Mohammed heeft ons overal naar toegebracht waar we maar heen wilden en was steeds strak op tijd aanwezig. Bedankt Mohammed voor de gezellige ritjes. Ontbijt heerlijk op het dakterras en klein zwembadje in de Riad om af te koelen. Kortom een heerlijk zeer gastvrije Riad.

Le calme, la piscine, l’accueil, le petit déjeuner, la disponibilité de la réception, le rooftop 🌞 Belle chambre et très beau Riad globalement. Super rapport qualité prix ! Un petit +, le nettoyage est fait quotidiennement dans les chambres.

De vriendelijkheid van de Hosts is zeer wenselijk. Ontbijt ook prima geregeld van 7:30 tot 10:30. Goede locatie vlakbij de Souks. Valt aan te raden.

Le séjour ici était super, rien à dire. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. Lahcen a été super en nous donnant plein d’information sur agadir merci à lui

L’emplacement et le personnel sont au top toujours à l’ecoute. La cuisinière Hasmane est parfaite, le petit déjeuner et dîner sont copieux. Je recommande sans soucis cet Riad.

La atención fue excelente, así como los servicios de desayuno y transfer. Nos invitaron a té y pastas al llegar mientras hacíamos el check in, y nos guardaron nuestras maletas hasta la hora en la que podíamos entrar a la habitación. También nos recomendaron buenos sitios para comer, encargándose ellos mismos de realizar la reserva. Las instalaciones estaban impecables y, aunque pueda estar algo más alejado del centro, es un paseo agradable durante el día y por la noche volvimos en taxi sin problema. Te permite explorar más allá del núcleo de restaurantes y tiendas. Además, el Riad es precioso, con un ambiente tranquilo y decorado con mucho gusto, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Si tuviese que ponerle alguna pega, sería que por la noche entraba algo de ruido a la habitación, puesto que daba a la calle y al ser fin de semana había bastante movimiento a las afueras de la Medina.

Beautiful Riad in an excellent location for walking into the busy Medina and also outside into the rest of the city. The roof terrace was fabulous with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and great access from our rooftop room! Breakfast was delicious, simple and traditionally Moroccan and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to Jamal who provided exceptional service to us.

La struttura era bella e la camera pulita. Lo staff gentile. Colazione buona e abbondante, cosi come la cena. Ho trovato molto comodo che ci fosse la possibilità di cenare presso il riad. Ho usufruito anche dei servizi spa e le ragazze sono state molto brave, professionali e gentili.

L'acqua della piscina era un pò torbida e in camera si sentiva odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno.

Camerele de la ultimul etaj erau puțin private de restul cazării. Facilitățile nu sunt multe. N am avut un feon, fier de călcat. Totul era contra cost. Inclusiv spa. Nici zona nu e foarte bună.

Nuestra experiencia en ese Riad fue increíble, en todo momento te hacen sentir como en casa. Gracias a Lancen y Mustapha por el trato recibido! El desayuno es típico de Marruecos y muy completo y la habitación muy cómoda. Volveremos sin duda!
