Majoitus oli kaunis hanok hieman hiljaisemmalla sijainnilla hanok kylän alueella. Viihtyisä paikka ja mukava henkilökunta. Näyttää jopa paremmalta oikeasti kuin kuvissa.

オーナーのホスピタリティと施設の清潔さ、立地の良さ。 オーナーは英語が話せないと言っていましたが、事前に用意されたわかりやすい説明資料、身振り手振りで伝わる温かさと優しさで、言葉の壁は感じませんでした。 施設はきれいに掃除されていて不安を感じる部分はありません。メインストリートにも近いので観光にも便利でした。 布団については、私は日本人なので慣れていると思っていましたが、オンドルに適応した韓国の布団は日本とは違いました。薄めなので慣れないと少し体にダメージがあります。それも含めて韓屋宿泊ですね。 食事は周辺にたくさん飲食店があるので心配不要です。

Great location and beautiful hanok

The traditional futon is not comfortable - it’s thin and there aren’t many sheets. The room is a little run down too with no real amenities, and the bathroom is very basic.

you can feel what traditional house in Korea is like, and a bathroom per room, cozy yard. staffs are kind, easy to go anywhere in Han Ok Village.

it is typical thing about Han Ok, quite noisy. Unless you book a whole house. nice try to stay a night, thanks for the AC! Hope to stay another night in winter.

La ubicacion y la limpieza, ademas los dueños son encantadores, te ayudan en todo, te piden un taxi para lo que necesites, puedes dejar la mochila/maleta sin problema, no hablan ingles pero son majisimos, la estancia es genial, y la experiencia unica, yo hago yoga por lo tanto no es un problema dormir en el suelo.Volveria sin dudarlo.

Abbiamo trovato una signora gentilissima ad accoglierci che ci ha spiegato tutto con grande disponibilità. Già su Booking avevamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere facilmente la struttura. La struttura è davvero bellissima, tradizionale e immersa nel verde: un ambiente molto tranquillo e suggestivo, perfetto per vivere un’esperienza diversa dal solito. Abbiamo dormito nei futon tradizionali e devo dire che, nonostante inizialmente pensassi fosse molto più scomodo, abbiamo dormito senza particolari difficoltà! Essendo completamente immersa nel verde, è normale trovare qualche zanzara, ma nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e caratteristica. Consigliata a chi vuole provare l’esperienza di soggiornare in una struttura tradizionale.

Il condizionatore troppo rumoroso

Soggiorno impeccabile! I proprietari sono persone eccezionali, gentili e incredibilmente premurose. Ci hanno accolto con una lettera personalizzata e, vedendo che eravamo in tre, ci hanno assegnato spontaneamente una stanza più grande per farci stare più comodi. La mattina la signora mi ha persino offerto delle pesche fresche. Un'accoglienza e un rispetto davvero unici. Esperienza bellissima, consigliatissimo!

Sarangroo is beautifully located in Jeonju, close to most of the attractions, as well as the Hanok Village. The room is of decent size, and I really enjoyed the Hanok living experience! The owner is very kind and well prepared as well! Thanks so much Sarangroo

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Die Kommunikation (im Vorfeld zur Anreise und vor Ort Tips für einen Tagesausflug) war schnell und zuverlässig. Das Hanok hat eine super Lage, um Jeonju zu besichtigen und zwischendurch auch mal eine kurze Pause im Hanok einzulegen (besonders, wenn es sehr warm ist). Wir haben außerdem ohne zu fragen einen zweiten Futon bekommen (koreanische Futons sind sehr dünn), damit haben wir gut geschlafen. Die Hanoks sind generell wegen ihrer Bauart sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden am Anfang darauf hingewiesen und auch alle anderen Gäste waren rücksichtsvoll, sodass es nicht störend war.

Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber völlig ausreichend.

We had a warm welcome at the reception, and the facilities were really in good condition, even though they are traditional houses.

I am not used to the futon bed style, it was a bit uncomfortable but it was a good experience!

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, perfetto per visitare il Villaggio. I padroni non parlano inglese e sono gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check-on.

Avrei aggiunto un phon e degli asciugamani grandi per asciugarsi dopo la doccia.

Bellissima esperienza in un hanok nascosto nel silenzio e nel verde. C'è tutto quello che serve, i futon sono comodi e lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Prima dell'arrivo ci hanno consigliato i posti migliori dove parcheggiare e appena arrivati ci hanno dato una mappa del luogo e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni che gli abbiamo chiesto. Eccellente la pulizia. Il posto è vicino alle attrazioni principali dell'hanok village e a svariati negozi, caffè e posti dove mangiare.

Very beautiful old Hanok. It’s simple but everything you need is there.

It was an amazing traditional Korean experience. The staff was verry kind. We enjoyed our stay very much. Keep in mind that it is a traditional hanok and you sleep on the floor. It takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but overall superb stay, and we actually slept very well and would do it again 100%.

Our 2-nights stay at Sarangroo was very pleasant. The place is beautiful and the perfect occasion to live a traditional hanok experience. The hosts were very kind and accommodated us when we asked for an extra thin mattress to make it more comfortable, at no extra charged. We specifically loved how quiet and peaceful the place is; nice to relax and get away from the big city chaos!

If you’re not very used to sleeping on a futon, this might be challenging. We found it slightly uncomfortable for our backs, as we thought the futon would have been slightly thicker (it was just the duvet). But we requested a small mattress and they provided it to us with no problems, so the issue was solved.

De locatie is super, aan de rand van het centrum. Aardige eigenaar. Fijn dat er een koelkastje in de kamer staat. Prima badkamer met warm water.

Slapen in een hanok is iets dat je een keer gedaan moet hebben. Maar comfortabel is het niet (vonden wij).

Alles sehr schön und wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Ein einfaches, schönes und ordentliches Hanok in sehr guter Ausgangslage. Nicht von dem Touristischen Hanok Village täuschen lassen, Jeonju hat sehr viel zu bieten. Einem sollte bewusst sein, dass man auf einem Futon schläft. Das gehört zum Erlebnis dazu.

詳しい場所が、最初は少しわかりづらかったです。あと公共交通機関で行きずらいのが難点といえば難点です。

The stay was super close to the Hanok village and was very peaceful.

I really loved my stay at Sarangroo! It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and in the perfect location for exploring Jeonju Hanok Village. Vibe/room – Absolutely gorgeous! The property is in the traditional hanok style and is surrounded by a pretty garden and other houses in the same style. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with sleeping mats, a small cupboard, a fridge with free water, and a TV. There was also an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, and basin. The room also has adjustable ondol (underfloor heating system) which kept the room nice and toasty even when it was around 2ºC outside. The whole place also felt very safe and secure. There is a padlock on the outside of the door and a lock on the inside. I was travelling alone and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Staff – The staff were super lovely! I didn't see them very much, but they looked out for everyone and made sure all of the guests were happy. One night it suddenly started raining, and the next morning everyone's shoes had been moved under the steps outside our rooms to protect them from the rain. The owner also left umbrellas at everyone's doors the next morning, which was very sweet. Location – On the edge of the Hanok Village, very close to the river. It was very peaceful and quiet, but also only about a 5-minute walk into the middle of the village.

This isn't a drawback, just something to be aware of: this is a traditional hanok stay with a sleeping mat on the floor and pillows filled with buckwheat husks (they feel a little like firm beanbags). I absolutely loved it and felt it added to the experience; however, if you are worried about your back and/or neck, it might be worth bringing a standard pillow (or maybe a soft sweater to roll up)!

Very pretty location, a little bit of a walk from bus stops but not bad. We grabbed a taxi on our way out rather than walking to the bus stop. Host was kind!
