Reviewed Aug 7, 2026I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and even helped with my friend's bicycle, which was much appreciated. The hotel is modern, well maintained, and has a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, a great option for a stay in Hamburg. I would happily come back and can definitely recommend it.
