The most important things were clean, but the spaces you only clean from time to time (like behind a tv) very, very dirty Bathroom smelled very strongly of dampness, visible mold Weird smell overall Dirty ashtrays Dogs hair in linen Only a short part of corner sofa was made for the whole grown-up third person No big bowls for soup, the small ones were broken Very dim lights, no chandelier, only wall fixtures, and not a single portable lamp to get some better lighting They wouldn't let us check-out any later because they had to "clean up immediately", which is fine, as long as the place is actually clean Beautiful collection of minerals in the hallway, but also very very dirty

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Lokalita je krásná, výhledy na rakouské kopce se nikdy neomrzí. Přijeli jsme chvilku po standardním checkinu, ale nebyl to žádný problém, recepční byla velmi milá. K dispozici je výtah a dostatek míst k parkování. V sezoně je k dispozici i restaurace, mimo sezonu je zavřená a snídaně jsou řešeny "košíkem" za 15 eur/osoba.
Fotky apartmánu jsou trochu zkreslující - vstup do pokoje je do ložnice a nikoliv do kuchyně/obýváku, jak bych čekala. Podivné je i umístění sprchy, která je hned vedle postele a dveře téměř netěsní, takž bacha na zaplavení. Zvukotěsnost pokoje taky není zrovna nejlepší.

Náš apartmán v podkroví byl jako z pohádky, krásně a plně vybaven, 2 koupelny, 1 s vanou a 1 se sprchovým koutem, velmi pohodlné a veliké postele, spousta míst k odkládání věcí, kuchyňka se vším vybavením. V budově výtah, takže 5.patro bez problémů. Paní majitelka velmi vstřícná a milá a při příjezdu jsme dostali kartu na všelijaké slevy.
Není naprosto co vytknout.

Pro mě komplikovaná orientace v objektu, dům je rozlehlý, ostatní problém ale neměli,jen já nedokázala najít pokoj ani poněkolikáté...ale to je spíš hodnocení mého orientačního smyslu než kritika.

Die sehr lauten Nachbarn welche die ganze Woche die ganze Nacht durchgefeiert haben und unser 6 Monate altes Baby deswegen die ganze Nacht munter war.

Es wäre super wenn auch im Appartement die Grundsachen wie Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden wären. Die Matratzen sind extrem weich, hätten lieber härtere aber das ist Geschmacksache

Deja nėra informacijos, kad patekti į šitą kaimą reikia keltis su traukiniu, nėra kelio. 1. Deja radom patalynę nepakeistą nuo buvusių svečių pilna šuns ir moters plaukų Aišku po to ją pakeitė , bet atnešė visą suglamžytą 🙈. 2. Deja visur reikėjo pavalyti , lauke terasos stalas visiškai nevalomas. 3. Voratinkliai kampuose 4. Baldai surinkti toks jausmas nuo gatvės visi skirtingi. 5. Daugiau nenorėčiau tokios patirties 😔

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Naprosto fantastické! Už při vstupu do pokoje byl wau efekt. Paní na recepci moc milá, hned ukázala s úsměvem kam na výlety. Půjčení kol na den zdarma. Snídaňový košík s donáškou na pokoj. Vodopády, jezera, volně pobíhající krávy jako z pohádek 🙂 Billa v blízkosti. Autovlak - zkrácení cesty o cca 2 hod.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We were beyond happy. We travelled with a kid, grandma and a dog and everyone was super satisfied. The apartment was huge, spacious, very well equipped, cozy and with an amazing view on mountains. The host was very energetic, helpful and overall great. She spoke German and English and she provided us with plenty of information about what to do around the area. The hotel is surrounded by magnificent mountains, great restaurants and peaceful atmosphere. I think everyone find something for themselves - famililes, couples, dogs .. :)

Zuhanyzó melegedési ideje és folyás intenzitását érdemes lenne növelni. Lehetne WC tető, annak ellenére, hogy mozgássérült wc volt, ami nálunk volt. Kilátás a teraszról: ennek a szobának nincs kilátása, füved falra néz, ezt lehetne kommunikálni a foglalásnál.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Wszystko zgodne z oczekiwaniami pani w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna.W pokoju wszysto co potrzebne ,aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony jak się chce to można upiec ugotować czego dusza zapragnie.Widoki z apartamentu piękne, nawet po przebudzeniu.Wszędzie blisko w ciągu tych 5 dni nie jest się w stanie wszystkiego zobaczyć.Jak się uda to za rok na pewno tu wrócimy .
Nie było nic takiego co by się nam mogło nie podobać.Wszysto Super.

La struttura è distaccata dal centro e serve la macchina per raggiungere il centro solo perché bisogna percorrere la strada principale. dista circa 1/2 km Appartamento spazioso, grande e pulito. C'è tutto quello che serve. Nel mio non c'era il freezer ma la signora è stata gentilissima e si è scusata mettendo i ghiacci nella cucina del ristorante. Il bagno aveva la vasca ed abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci, non avendola a casa. Letti comodissimi, addirittura dotati di top. Non posso dire nulla di negativo.. Anzi! Tutto perfetto ❤️

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Rodzinny pensjonat z przemiłymi i bardzo pomocnymi właścicielami, którzy przyjęli nas bardzo serdecznie. Świetna lokalizacja w Mallnitz, 5 minut samochodem do początku cudownego szlaku w dolinie. Na miejscu mały staw, który pełni też rolę basenu. W upalne dni idealne miejsce by się schłodzić nie tylko dla dzieci.

Hotel jest pięknie położony między górami, dzięki czemu można cieszyć się wspaniałymi widokami i spokojną atmosferą. To doskonałe miejsce na odpoczynek. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, a cały pobyt wspominamy bardzo miło. Z pewnością chętnie tu wrócimy.

Velmi příjemné bylo spaní, postel velmi pohodlná a spánek byl v dobré kvalitě, což u mě není samozřejmostí. Ubytování je velmi prostorné a vhodné pro páry. Nechybělo mi vůbec nic.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Eine sehr nette Familie. Direkt hinter der Wohnung fing bereits eine Klamm an. Sie hatten uns die Kärntenkarte empfohlen. Damit konnten wir bei unseren Ausflügen sehr viel Geld sparen.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026It was lovely; the location is wonderful, with plenty of attractions and incredible nature all around. The hosts are charming and helpful with everything. There is a beautiful town nearby, as well as a train and a flowing stream.
We stayed in the attic, and there was a window above our heads that didn't have a shutter to block out the morning sun; however, since we were having such a great time there, it didn't bother us—though it certainly would have been nice to have a shutter.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Byłem z rodziną tylko na jedną noc. Przywitała nas bardzo miła właścicielka. Apartament bardzo duży, czysty i klimatyczny. Posiada wszystko co jest potrzebne. Cudowne widoki z balkonów. Świetne miejsce na relaks, można usiąść na balkonie i wsłuchiwać się w szum płynącej tuż obok rzeki. Serdecznie polecam.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Ήταν όλα φανταστικά!!! Οι οικοδεσπότες σε υποδέχονται πολύ ζεστά, το διαμέρισμα καθαρό μεγάλο εξοπλισμένο, τα στρώματα πολύ άνετα, η τοποθεσία όνειρο! Κρίμα που δεν μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο! Ελπίζω να επανέλθουμε!!!

Nahe an der Bundesstraße Die Küche ist zwar mit allem ausgestattet, aber sehr eng und mit wenig abstell/arbeitsmöglichkeit Hat für uns aber trotzdem gut funktioniert weil wir nur sehr simpel gekocht hatten.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Pobyt v tomto zařízení doporučuji všem, kteří mají rádi klid. Apartmány jsou v krásném údolí a v noci není slyšet nic než lehce voda, která protéká nedaleko domu. Při zavřeném okně není slyšet ani ta. Majitelé jsou pohodoví lidé, kteří zajistí snad cokoliv. Hned vedle domu jsou 2 parkoviště a nebyl nikdy problém zaparkovat. Dům je situován jako skvělý výchozí bod pro turistiku. Z jedné strany podél řeky k vodopádům a ze druhé strany je městečko Mallnitz s výborně zásobenou Billou a hlavně mezinárodním nádražím. Dá se odtud dostat kamkoliv. Je možné také najet autem na vlak - velmi snadné (měla jsem z toho hrůzu, ale je to opravdu i pro začátečníky) - vlak projede tunelem a jste za pár minut v Bad Gastein. Autovlak jezdí každou hodinu od 5.50 do myslím 22.50. Na nádraží je to chůzí asi 10 minut. Vlaky slyšet nejsou vůbec. Kolem hotelu nejezdí. Je tam i skvělá kavárna jen tak posedět a pozorovat okolí. Všude je plno zvířátek: Lamy, ovce, kozy, krávy. Od majitelů dostanete kartu, kterou můžete využívat jako jízdenku busem po okolí, je to v rámci ekologické dopravy. Jeli jsme 5 minut na lanovku Ankogelbahn i s pejsky a odtud je nádherná procházka po rovince kolem jezera až k hospůdce a samozřejmě pro zdatnější i dál. V jednu chvíli vidíte i 4 vodopády najednou. Opravdu krásné. DOPORUČUJI. :-)

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026It was quite empty when we came (because of the weather) so we got upgraded to a gorgeous apartment with two bedrooms and windows that went from the tall ceiling to the floor. The views of the mountains, the creek, and the nearby farm with donkeys and goats were stunning and you could enjoy them directly from your bed (and from your balcony). The WiFi was very good, which allowed me to do some work from there as well. There are beautiful places to see close by. The owner was super nice and gave us great recommendations of what to see. The High Alpine Road is a must!
