お部屋がきれいで広かったので過ごしやすかったです。お風呂にタオルがたくさん用意してあるのも、気持ちよく使えてよかったです。お風呂も気持ちよかったです。

アメニティが豪華で嬉しい。ただ、化粧箱も豪華で、、、もったいない。エコ観念からして、もっと簡素化していいのにと思いました。

다들 친절하시고 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

スタンダードの和室だったのですが、居心地、広さはもちろん、ウェルカムドリンク、おもてなしのお菓子(煎餅、コハクトウ)も充実してましたし、お部屋のお水も無料で、お布団も敷き布団のマットレスも新しそうでへたりもなく、大変快適でした。朝食も豪華で、明太子やだし巻き玉子、自家製湯豆腐、ゆずゼリーなどが印象に残りました。

조용하고 오래된 건물이 고즈넉하고 편한했어요. 직원들이 아주 친절하고 정원이 너무 아름다웠어요. 조식,석식도 일본식 가정식으로 너무 맛있었어요 배려받는 기분이 너무 좋았어요. 여왕이 된 기분이였어요

비가 와서였는지. 이불이나 방에서 냄새가 좀 났어요. 예민한 사람은 좀 꺼릴것 같아요. 냄새는 좀 익숙해지면 괜찮은 정도. 그래도 냄새가 안나면 좋겠어요

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel est juste parfait. Le personnel est très professionnel accueillant, prêt à aider les clients. L'endroit est soigneusement décoré, avec les objectifs de très bon goût! C'était un grand plaisir de passer notre séjour ici et je vais retourner.

You can come directly from the airport by taking an express bus. It's a shame that it's a bit far from the subway when traveling to other regions afterward.

The staff, particularly Koga-san and Fara-san were very helpful. And of course the unseen staff managing the ryokan facilities. Very warm hospitality. Facilities were amazing, exceeded expectations.

The inn and gardens around it felt like you were far from a city. The staff was very courteous and helpful, with many assigned to help non-Japanese speakers like us. The highlights were our large tatami room and dinner and breakfast.

Les cadres de porte étaient un peu bas mais c'est plus un problème de moi qu'autre chose.

El hotel es hermoso, tradicional, tranquilo. Los baños son muy cómodos. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La gente extremadamente amable, aunque no hablan mucho inglés.

Está ubicado en una zona muy cercana a la autopista. Salir a caminar por los alrededores no es una tarea sencilla ni confortable. A veces, el ruido del tráfico se cola también en el jardín.

The staff at the reception during night time is not able to understand English. We are trying to ask for help but he doesn’t understand not until we say ‘danger’ In fact we are seeking help to close the bathtub tap as the water is unstoppable. But the staff keeps saying no English ==

It's a great place where just a super great staff, with its own hot spring and onsen. Judging by the history of this ryokan, it is very ancient and the imperial family itself stayed in it. We really enjoyed stopping there.

The guest room was very spacious and clean. There were two different sitting areas. The toilet was very cute , and there was a private bathroom with a wooden bath tub by the window so we could enjoy the bath and the view of the garden. The public baths were fantastic. We used it twice a day. It was not busy and very clean. The natural thermal water was fantastic. The changing area was very clean and well organised. The best thing about this hotel was the meals. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautiful. Also the Japanese garden was quite big, pretty and relaxing.

The entrance of the hotel is located on a busy road. There isn't any shopping area nearby

The meals and private dining room were amazing! The room was so spacious and relaxing. It was my first time using the baths/hot springs in Japan and it was the perfect way to unwind on my last day of vacation!

Had problems finding the entrance when I mapped the directions. Had to call the staff. They were very helpful and came to find us!

When dropped off by bus, feels like arriving on a motorway. Fortunately it's a short walk but no easy crossing apart from the very kind drivers who stopped in traffic to let us cross.

The staff are super nice and takes good care of us, the onsen hotel is having 160 years anniversary! Full of beaut and charm of history. Loved the Japanese garden the bath (unlucky their family bath is in renovation ), their coffee place too…..overall very satisfied !!

직원응대부터 숙소컨디션 크기 인테리어 모두 만족입니다. 노천탕은 없고 공용목욕탕만 있지만 물도 너무 좋고 아침 식사도 정갈하고 좋았습니다.

한국매니저가 있어서 소통하기 편했고, 직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 체크인도 일찍 했었는데 시설 이용할 수 있도록 신경써주시고 배려해주셔서 감사합니다.

객실 안에 있던 히노끼탕 앞쪽에 약간 곰팡이 같은 것이 있어 아쉬웠습니다.

A wonderful experience at a legendary ryokan! We stayed during their 160th anniversary, and the atmosphere was so lively and festive. The decor is beautiful, and the central garden is a must-see. We also really enjoyed the famous indoor hot spring. The staff were very attentive and kind. A truly grand and historic stay!

We enjoyed staying in the hotel with such a long history and full of traditions. I was impressed by authenticity & atmosphere there. The onsen was huge & beautiful. The garden was amazing.

We had half board - dinner and breakfast there, but we did not like the food. The serving room and staff were fantastic & very helpful, but the food just did not taste great.

The service is excellent, attentive and the breakfast & dinner were superb. We have been to many Ryokan in Japan but Futsukaichi Daimaru Besso has one of the best foods

It’s a bit dated. The hot water in the room wasn’t functioning properly so it was pretty cold when we have showers
