Hotel Palacio de Hemingway is absolutely stunning, inside and out. The moment you step through the door, you’re met with beautiful décor, warm lighting, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay: friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything. Their local knowledge and kindness made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more ideal. You’re barely a minute’s walk from the iconic Puente Nuevo, with breathtaking views over the gorge right on your doorstep. Whether you’re exploring the old town, heading to viewpoints, or simply wandering the cobbled streets, everything is effortlessly close. A beautiful hotel, amazing people, and an unbeatable location. Truly a five‑star experience.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel mit durchweg freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt an der Puente Nuevo, sodass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten perfekt zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Das Frühstück gibt es leider erst ab 08:00 Uhr, was für Frühaufsteher etwas spät ist.

Mit viel Liebe renovierter Palacio - erstaunlich, wie trotz moderner Ausstattung (z.B. Regenwalddusche) der ursprüngliche Stil des Hauses beibehalten wurde. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles à la Carte Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse. Ein Erlebnis in dieser per se schon spektakulären Stadt.

Emplacement parfait dans le centre historique, bâtiment de style, literie très confortable. Excellent restaurant et excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel d’accueil formidable.

J’ai trouvé le mobilier de la chambre un peu triste. La grande commode me paraît peu utile et gagnerait à être remplacée par une table et une chaise confortable…

La posizione è perfetta e la stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era magnifica. Un hotel pieno di charme.

Breakfast was just perfect -- whatever we wanted from the menu! Plus fresh orange juice, steaming hot coffee and great pastries. Lovely wine bar, too, with many tasty wines from the area at a wide range of prices.

Parking our car was a little tricky -- front desk staff facilitated. We had to unplug the night table lamp so we could recharge our phones. Little thing, but...

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa mit nur 12 Zimmern. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und ein außergewöhnliches a la carte Frühstück Sehr schönes Zimmer. Top Lage, direkt an der Brücke. Sehr empfehlenswert. Jederzeit wieder. Das Auto muss in einem 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernten Parkhaus geparkt werden, aber vor dem Hotel gubt es einen Kurzzeitparkplatz zum Be- und Entladen. Also kein Problem.

Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig: das Ausladen/Einladen des Gepäcks ist ein Problem, der Parkplatz in der empfohlenen Garage hat sehr geholfen

Gorgeous hotel and the restaurant was excellent

The location of the hotel was exceptional as it was just off the bridge that spans the gorge. It was a 5 minute walk to the bars cafes and shops as well as the Bull Ring. You could walk everywhere from here. The welcome was wonderful and the staff helpful in regard to parking and places to eat. The interior of the hotel was amazing and our room was really spacious - we had a separate sitting area at one end of the room and the bed at the other - as was the bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a coffee machine and water provided. The breakfast was superb and plentiful.

As the room was at the front of the hotel there was some noise from the road and the wine bar attached to the hotel but t wasn’t a real negative.

There was a slight audibility of the neighbors upstairs, but it was something moving. This did not spoil our stay.

Stunning property, the room was really quiet and pleasantly decorated. The staff were really polite and friendly. The place is kept very clean and tidy. Great location, steps from the bridge. The al la carte breakfast was delicious and the bar is a great place to hang out before dinner. Nice music.

Can’t fault much to be honest. The aircon was broken for a few days but the staff did everything possible to keep our room cool and compensate. These things happen and I’d absolutely stay again.

Beautiful hotel closed to the famous bridge in Ronda.

The room size was not big enough for a 4 start hotel. We had the bad luck the air conditioner was not working that weekend but they provided fan with ice and it was OK.

Absolutely terrible stay. The air conditioning was broken, and the room was unbearable hot throughout the night. We could barely sleep because of the heat, which made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again. Very disappointing. They gave us a 8€ bottle of wine in compensation.

Everything! This is the first time in over 20 years I have wanted to award an 11/10! Fantastic location 1 minute from Ponte Nuevo, immaculate rooms decorated beautifully with wooden furnishings, classic tiles and high end fixtures. Opulent bedding, luxury toiletries, excellent staff. A fantastic restaurant and bar on site which serves complimentary à la carte breakfast on a lovely terrace. Walking into this hotel felt like walking into a stately Victorian mansion of the 1900s. And although it is definitely a four star hotel, the price is not! An absolutely perfect place to stay in Ronda.

Hotel bellissimo al centro di Ronda. Tutto perfetto, la stanza grande ed elegante. La colazione alla carta buonissima. Il parcheggio ad € 15,00 a 5 minuti dall'hotel. Lo staff accogliente e professionale.

Room was nice, but a little cramped. Outlets pretty limited. I wish we were directed better to the place to unload bags and didn’t get stuck in the old town, trying to find a way out.

Het was fantastisch zowel locatie als het Hotel. Heel mooi in de oude stijl je waant je in het jaar 1920. De mooie moorse stijl , het personeel is kundig en engels is geen probleem shappoo. Voor ons een 10 met een griffel 👍

De ligging is super centraal. Het heeft ook een gezellig terras waar je kunt ontbijten/ dineren. Mensen zijn aardig, ontbijt gaat op onbeperkte bestelling ipv buffet (duurzaam!) en is goed

Het is een charmant ouder gebouw dus wat gehorig. Douchen in een ligbad is niet meer van deze tijd maar de authenticiteit gaat boven luxe in dit hotel en dat konden we ook wel weer waarderen. Het ziet er allemaal gezellig uit

Mooi kleinschalig hotel in het centrum van Ronda.. Om bagage naar het hotel te brengen is er een parkeerplaats tegenover het hotel. Auto moet verderop in een garage geparkeerd worden. Ontbijt is a la carte Zeer zeker een aanrader

Everything! I cannot give enough score to the hotel. The room was exceptional if a tad noisy due to overlooking the terrace. It wasn't an issue for our brief stay. Honestly one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed was heavenly and I slept so well. The bathroom should be in a magazine it's so beautiful. Location is a few minutes walk to the stunning gorge and busy shopping area with bars and restaurants. The breakfast was pure luxury and my husband and I enjoyed a leisurely morning eyeing up the bottles of wine in the breakfast room whilst enjoying the beautiful food.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio de Hemingway. The hotel is beautiful, full of character and very well maintained. Our room was beautifully decorated and we absolutely loved it. The staff was warm, professional and very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and we also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Ronda, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing significant. The parking is a short walk from the hotel, but this is understandable given the layout of the historic town. The hotel has a well-organized parking arrangement, so it was easy to manage and not an issue for us.

Beautiful ! Wow magnificently appointed with heaps of charm. Staff were great and the breakfast was superb, choose anything from their breakfast menu! Room was just wonderful with a mini bar. The bathroom was huge. Right in the middle of town but very quiet.

Purtroppo a causa di un guasto non era presente acqua calda in bagno e la riparazione non è stata istantanea; inoltre il giorno successivo si è ripresentato il medesimo problema causandoci disagio. Il personale ci è venuto incontro fornendoci una camera di supporto per farci la doccia però mi sarei aspettato un rimborso parziale per l'accaduto. Non credo di ritornare in questa struttura se capito nuovamente a Ronda.

Desk clerks were amazing from greeting with cold water to local recommendations. Room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and a lot of variety. The hotel is right by the bridge and while the days are crowded, night is truly the time to visit and get amazing photos. Would stay here again!

Parking was a bit trick and a bit of a walk to the hotel. We just left suitcases in the car and repacked our backpacks for a few nights and all was great.

Great breakfast, cooked to order. Outstanding staff members - always available. Perfect location to explore Ronda and local towns. The car park is walking distance and accessible.

The room was a little small once we had our luggage in there. Not a drama because we were out all day but it was a squeeze! Also, some confusion re address for temporary luggage drop off. Instructions could have been clearer but Marta was amazing - came to our rescue and talked us out of a back street. Thanks Marta! Also, staff members at breakfast and in the restaurant were a delight.

The hotel is small and very elegant, the decor of an older building we loved. Great position just across the bridge over the gorge. The staff were excellent and the added benefit of the restaurant and terrace for drinks, breakfast and dinner should you wish to dine there.

Nothing, The parking garage offered with a small discount from the hotel is a short 9 minutes walk, not a problem for us though.

Old world charm. Beautiful location close the the biggest bridge gorge thing Ever. Bed comfy made stay welcome on arrival and upgraded us to a suite, - which I imagine is only 2 more chairs than a standard room but still nice for my partners birthday. Added chocolates and champagne (pre arranged) were a bonus.

Water pressure not the best and they also tried to charge us for missing coasters.. £10 each which we didn't take...

Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen Personal begleitet. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Besichtigungstipps waren allesamt prima und wir haben so in kurzer Zeit das wesentliche gesehen. Das Zimmer und Bad waren zum wohlfühlen mit tollen Rituals Pflegeprodukten. Die Bar nebenan, zum Hotel gehörend, bietet einen entspannten Tagesausklang und einen gutem Start mit tollem Frühstück. Parken war im nahegelegenen Parkhaus kein Problem, entladen ist sogar gegenüber vom Hotel kurzzeitig möglich.

L’emplacement est top , plutôt facile à trouver . La chambre était sympa mais attention pour les plus sensibles , celle que nous avions, donnait sur la route et était très bruyante ( j’ai cru que la fenêtre était ouverte ) pas de souci pour nous Le petit déjeuner était très bien , servi à table , complet et délicieux . L’accueil parfait , en français , cela rajoute un plus évident quand on ne parle pas espagnol , et le personnel très professionnel L’hôtel est magnifique !
