Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The location was the perfect and centrally located within the city walls of Rothenburg. It was the perfect preserved medieval town . The room was a good size, nice bathroom and shower and bed was very comfortable. The restaurant hotel provided a wonderful morning breakfast. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner of German cuisine.
Nothing, it was absolutely a wonderful stay.

お部屋にあるお水のボトルに値段が付いていて、有料なのかサービスなのか分かりませんでした。確認すればよかったけれど、その時間もなく終わってしまいました。別館のお部屋のドアの入り口にかなりの段差があり、出入りには気をつけました。

acesso. devido as obras que estão sendo executados pela cidade, prejudicou em muito o acesso de veículos. o carro fica num estacionamento longe do hotel, recomendo organizar a logística em relação as malas.

Le coût du parking 18€ et le fait qu’il faille être accompagné pour y accéder car c’est à quelques minutes de l’hôtel. Il ne faut donc rien oublier dans la voiture… Les bouteilles d’eau facturables 2,5€ : cela pourrait être un cadeau de bienvenue. Et puis du jamais vu nulle part : la Clim peut être activée sur demande moyennant 5€. Heureusement que les douches ne sont pas facturées

la mancanza dell'aria condizionata è un punto dolente. Nessun canale italiano in tv. Non c'è un parcheggio anche se sul sito indica che esiste un parcheggio, ma bisogna andare in quello pubblico che è fuori dalle mura e non custodito.

I booked the Junior Suite based on the photos online. Upon arrival, the suite I was given was not in the main historic building but rather in a modern annex building that has no historical charm. No photos of the modern room I was given appear on the write up of the Junior Suite .

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026本館と新館があり、私は新館にでした。新館は本館から少し北にありますが、至近で、ロケーションは申し分ありません。朝食はとても美味しかったです。昼食はテラスでヤコブ教会を見ながら、とてもいい時間を過ごしました。出発の日は07:30からの朝食よりも早く出なければなりませんでしたが、サンドイッチなどのランチボックスを作ってくれました。お勧めです。
コンプリメンタリーのミネラルウォーターの用意はなく、かなり高めでした。私は近くのグローサリーストアで購入しました。

Die organisation der Anfahrt bzw. die Zuweisung zum Parkplatz ist etwas chaotisch.Man kann vor dem Hotel nicht parken muss aber vorher einchecken.

I thought we had booked a room with AC based on the booking.com listing AC (it was really hot the day we visited so AC was a top priority), but they only have it in one part of the hotel and had us booked in the other non-AC building. They moved us to AC with an extra charge.

Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz gab uns während des Aufenthalts ein gutes Gefühl und wir wurden mit viel Infos zur Stadt und zu den gerade stattfinden Reichsstadttagen versorgt. Beim Frühstückbuffet gab es einige vegane Auftstriche.
Das Restaurant könnte gerne mehr vegane Optionen anbieten. Es gab nur eine Hauptspeise zur Auswahl (die sehr gut war, keine Frage!) aber hätte es meh Auswahl gegeben (auch an Vor- und Nachspeisen) wären wir bestimmt öfter gleich bei uns im Hotel Essen gegangen. So mussten wir uns immer nach einer Alternative umsehen (was in Rothenburg auch nicht leicht war)

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Haus liegt ganz im Zentrum von Rothenburg, es ist toll ausgestattet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz, der abgeschlossen wird, so ist auch das Auto sicher verwahrt.
Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: der Parkplatz liegt 150 m vom Hotel entfernt und man braucht jedes Mal einen Hausmeister um den Parkplatz aufzuschließen, wenn man etwas vom Auto braucht.. Ideal wäre ein Zutrittssystem für die Gäste, um nicht jedes Mal einen Mitarbeiter behelligen zu müssen.

Da ich zwei standart Doppelzimmer gebucht habe erwartete ich zwei Zimmer mit Betten von 1.6 Meter und nicht ein Zimmer mit einem schmalen Bett von 1.4 Meter für 2 Personen.

De kwaliteit van de keuken viel tegen, en dat zeker voor de prijs. Bij een Wiener schnitzel van 39 euro verwacht je iets goeds. De schnitzel was droog, taai en er zat alleen matige patat bij. Geen saus, geen groente of iets dergelijks. Erg kaal. Het ontbijt de volgende dag viel ook wat tegen. Het brood was erg vast en viel zwaar op de maag, het fruit was zuur en niet vers meer. Jammer! Je verwacht een goede keuken bij deze naam en prijsklasse.

Der var begrænset adgang til gårdhaven. Kunne ikke gå derud om morgenen og formiddagen. Ville være dejligt hvis man kunne sidde ude og drikke morgenkaffen. damen der sad i receptionen ved afrejse virkede som om hun var træt af at være på arbejde.

Het bed kraakte als je je omdraaide. Je moest voor de airco betalen. Ook voor water op de kamer . Maak de hotelprijs dan wat duurder. Je moest opgeven hoelaat je komt ontbijten. En je mocht vooral niet zelf bepalen waar je ging zitten voor het ontbijt. Alles kwam wat streng en controlerend ( en dus minder gastvrij ) over.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Our room was on the top floor. It was very quiet, well equipped, and very generous in size. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We stored our rental bikes in the clean, convenient garage. Perfect location, just steps from all the sights.

Important information was not presented clearly, and the attitude of the staff was very disappointing. I booked a Standard Double Room but was placed in the Viktoriahaus annex, a separate building from the main hotel. This possibility was only mentioned in the extended room description and was not clearly highlighted during booking. The room also had two completely separate single beds, although I had never requested separate beds. Most concerning was the reception. I was initially told that I had personally requested to stay in the annex. When I asked them to show me this request, they admitted that it actually belonged to another guest and that they had made a mistake. Mistakes happen, but trying to blame the guest first is unacceptable. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. We waited almost 30 minutes to be seated, were given a menu offering desserts and coffee, and were then rudely refused when we tried to order exactly that because it was “dinner time.” In addition, with temperatures around 32°C, the room had no air conditioning. Overall, what disappointed us most was the lack of courtesy, respect and hospitality. Instead of feeling welcomed, we repeatedly felt dismissed Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again. I strongly recommend that future guests confirm in advance which building their room will be in, the exact bed configuration, and whether the room has air conditioning, especially when travelling during the summer

bez parkovania, čo nebolo pri objednávaní zjavné. zvon kostolu oproti odbíja každú hodinu, pri otvorenom okne, čo je v lete nutné, je to veľmi rušivé, taktiež hluk z blízkych reštaurácií. Kto preferuje ticho a kľud, tak toto nie je ideálne miesto

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt, geräumige und saubere Zimmer sowie ein gutes Frühstück mit stets gut gefülltem Buffet. Auch der Service rund um den Parkplatz war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Als kleinen Verbesserungswunsch würde ich die Bereitstellung einer kostenfreien Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer nennen. Gerade bei hohen Temperaturen und in Anbetracht der Zimmerpreise wäre dies eine schöne und angemessene Serviceleistung.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Fijne centrale ligging. Fijne ruime kamer in een dependance dicht bij het hotel. Lift aanwezig en ontbijt was beschikbaar in het hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Geen airco, vooral vervelend als het erg warm is, zoals toen we er logeerde.

You have to book the AC separately for 5 Euros per night.

Airco op de kamer kan alleen aan als je extra betaald per nacht. De twee flesjes water die op de kamer staan bij aankomst kosten €2,50 als je ze gebruikt.

Vi fick betala extra för luftkonditioneringen. Ingen minibar på rummet.
