As we didnt have a car the hill back from the beach was quite a chore at the end of the day

La pendenza della strada per salire su in albergo è ripida e faticosa, specie per noi sessantenni al rientro dal mare. Comunicazione scarsa, abbiamo mandato due richieste di informazioni e non ci hanno nemmeno risposto. Di taxxi da aeroporto in hotel e viceversa abbiamo speso 130€, poi abbiamo visto che hanno un pulmino per accompagnare i clienti ma a noi nn hanno detto niente,. Infine la donna delle pulizie che ogni mattina alle 9.00 suona a tutti non mi pare che sia educato per chi sta in vacanza. Mancanza di bottigliette d’acqua giornaliere in frigo.

Kedves és mosolygós személyzet, segítőkész recepió. A csomagokat becsekkolás előtt letehettük, sőt idő előtt volt szabad szoba, és azokat hamarabb elfoglalhattuk délután kettő előtt. Finom reggeli, tiszta szobák, jól működő klíma. A medence vize tiszta és jó hőmérsékletű. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek! 💙

La posizione è ottima. Lo staff è gentile, cordiale e disponibile a risolvere le problematiche. La piscina e il bar adiacente sono un bel plus.

La colazione deve essere seriamente rivista e migliorata in termini di qualità. Il servizio di pulizia nel nostro caso ha lasciato a desiderare. L'ho fatto presente ed hanno preso provvedimenti.

Gyenge wifi, sok darázs, amik ellehetetlenítették a kültéri étkezést, de szerencsére másban nem zavartak

The view was the only thing we liked.

Very old facilities, used. Dirty room with a strong mould smell. Bad food. No AC in the lobby and again old and dirty. Very uncomfortable (and old) bed and pillows. We only stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t resist more. Person at reception very u friendly, speaking over the phone when dealing with customers. The rest of the staff were very friendly.

Water in the shower was terrible. Going from hot to freezing in seconds and running weak. Bed was noisy from every move and not so comfortable. To get to the hotel you need to walk up a hill, not easy at all.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and attended to immediately. Reception staff was informative and as we had two bookings back to back approved our request to remain in the same room without having to check out and then check in again. The manager was very helpful and personally addressed a maintenance issue by having the maintenance person attend to our issue on his day off. The grounds and pool are well maintained. Life guard on site and pool bar was well priced. Rooms are very clean and comfortable A/C and fridge working and are quiet. Nice balcony with amazing sea views Breakfast buffet had a good variety and was constantly replenished by attentive and polite staff. Breakfast room is air-conditioned so quite comfortable. Outdoor dining areas with amazing views are also available Ample onsite parking under cover of trees.

Staff veramente gentile e disponibile, sopratutto la ragazza al ristorante. Posizione buona vicino la spiaggia di milos a 20 minuti da lefkada town e 40 dall aereporto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto parcheggio per la propria auto.

Purtroppo non mi e piaciuto che siamo stati messi in un ala separata dell'hotel, la poca varietà dei cibi a colazione e cena. Camere assolutamente da modernizzare. Climatizzatore che faceva cattivo odore.

Overall, this hotel has some decent basics, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like very little thought was put into guest service and comfort. The Pool is nice and enjoyable (though unfortunately, it closes quite early). The staff is generally fine and does their job. But The hotel feels quite neglected overall and is in desperate need of a renovation. For example, the bathroom features a shower straight out of the 90s. The breakfast is poor and lacks variety. They serve the exact same limited selection every single day. There is literally only one high chair in the entire dining room! This means that if another family is using it, you will find yourself trying to eat with your baby on your lap. It is highly inconvenient. Bottom Line: It’s just a shame. With a bit more thought for the guests and some investment in the facilities, this could be a great place. In its current state, it requires significant improvement.

Convenient location, and the apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. A big plus is the private area with its own parking

Big and comfortable room, nice view to the sea. Really enjoyed swimming pool and friendly staff. The breakfast was acceptable. The only minus for me were the pillows ( too high and hard for my taste). I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for staying in peaceful environment just few minutes walk from Agios Nikitas village.

Prijs kwaliteit was prima en we hadden dit hotel uitgekozen voor het zwembad. Personeel was erg behulpzaam om een achtergebleven knuffel naar Nederland terug te sturen, eeuwig dankbaar voor.

Je zou zo iets gezelligs kunnen maken van dit hotel, het is sfeerloos. De kamers zijn ruim en echt goede bedden. Er zitten nog stickers op de vloer voor 2m afstand uit de corona tijd en de ontbijtruimte is ongezellig.

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our experience at Santa Marina was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had several heavy bags, and despite clearly seeing that we were struggling, he did not offer any assistance whatsoever. A little courtesy and hospitality would have made a big difference. For a hotel, especially in a tourist destination like Lefkada, I expected much better treatment. Sadly, the attitude of the receptionist left a very negative impression on our stay.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Μόλις 5' με τα πόδια στα στενά του Αγίου Νικήτα καταλήγοντας και στην συγκεκριμενη παραλία. Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό. Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο! Θα ξανα έρθουμε με την 1η ευκαιρία.

Το πρωινό γενικά ήταν πάρα πολύ φτωχό. Θα μπορούσε να είχε κάτι παραπάνω σε όλα...

Bell'hotel, camera spaziosa e pulita con un piccolo terrazzino. Buona la colazione a buffet. Bella la piscina anche se chiude alle 19, mentre il pool bar rimane aperto fino alle 23. Per il prezzo che ha potrebbe avere più accortezze al cliente e rispondere ai messaggi e richieste.

Servizio clienti pre arrivo inesistente. L'hotel è su una collina e per raggiungere agios nikitas si deve fare 5 minuti in salita.

We left our swimsuits on the balcony of this hotel, and even though we contacted the hotel and went back to get them, they told us they couldn’t find anything. This was very disappointing, as we were sure we had left our swimsuits there.

The personnel in the hotel reception, named herself Maria ( her duty was on the 10th of august in the morning till launch) was rude and acted irritated by simple questions - dose she needs my documents to complete the checkin, and is there any arrangements for launch in the hotel. Most important - the room was provided by her was not corresponding to the one booked through the booking, we ordered Standard room with one double bed and one single bed, instead she given us room with one double bed, and told if we are not happy we can cancel the reservation ourself, it was a fraud, in order to charge me 50% of the price of the room that i was not living in. I told her that she needs to cancel, then she disappointedly obeyed and called the booking to cancel the reservation from the hotel side. My son is 5 years old and was trying to rest in the lobby, the receptionist was intentionally speaking laud to disturb him in his rest.one more time her behaviour was completely unacceptable not hospitable, and completely disrespectful.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν μετρια και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρινόταν στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε. Το μόνο πραγματικά θετικό ήταν η πισίνα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ παλιό και το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Δεν μπορούσαμε καν να ρυθμίσουμε σωστά τη ροή του αέρα, καθώς οι περσίδες δεν λειτουργούσαν, με αποτέλεσμα να προσπαθούμε συνεχώς να βρούμε τρόπο να δροσιστεί ο χώρος. Η καθαριότητα επίσης ήταν απαράδεκτη. Όταν χρησιμοποιήσαμε την τουαλέτα για πρώτη φορά, διαπιστώσαμε ότι υπήρχαν ακόμη ακαθαρσίες από προηγούμενο πελάτη, κάτι που είναι εντελώς απαράδεκτο. Επιπλέον, την επόμενη ημέρα, παρότι έγινε καθαρισμός του δωματίου, οι πετσέτες μας δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν. Δυστυχώς, η συνολική εμπειρία δεν δικαιολογεί σε καμία περίπτωση το κόστος της διαμονής και δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Ολο το προσωπικο ηταν ευγενέστατο και καλοσυνάτο!

Τις απογευματινες ωρες-νωρις το βραδυ,δεν ειχε νερο! Εσταζε ελαχιστο απο την βρυση και μαλιστα καυτό! Με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορουμε να κανουμε ουτε μπανιο εννοειται, αλλα ουτε καν να πλυνουμε τα χερια μας! Τις υπολοιπες ωρες ετρεχε κανονικα!

Μεγάλο και καθαρό δωμάτιο με υπέροχη θέα. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα πολύ καλή. Ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Χώρος πισίνας προσεγμένος και καθαρός. Παροχές πισίνας (σνακ και ποτά) πολύ καλές. Πρωινό που καλύπτει όλα τα γούστα. Χώρος καθαρός. Ένα δείπνο είχαμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν μπουφές και ότι δοκιμάσαμε ήταν πολύ καλό και νόστιμο. Χώρος στάθμευσης μεγάλος. Με τα πόδια στο κέντρο του Αγίου Νικήτα. Προτείνετε.

Η μη ύπαρξη ανελκυστήρα ίσως να δυσκολέψει κάποιους ιδιαίτερα για τον 2ο όροφο. Οι πολλές σφίγγες είναι παρούσες. Σε όλη την περιοχή όμως.

Struttura accogliente con personale gentile e sempre disponibile. L’hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, leggermente in salita, ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax. La camera era spaziosa, molto bella e perfettamente pulita. La piscina, dotata di un bar, è perfetta per sorseggiare un cocktail o gustare uno spuntino in totale tranquillità. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e ci tornerei volentieri.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Lager überhaupt: man ist in Gehdistanz unten im Dorfzentrum mit seinen Läden, Restaurants und natürlich rasch am Strand. Super, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, da das Hotel über ausreichend private Parkplätze verfügt (im Dorf unten ist es nahezu unmöglich, einen Platz zu finden). Achtung: Einfahrt stellenweise etwas steil, also Vorsicht bei Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit.

Tutto perfetto. Staff gentile e disponibile. Stanza grande, pulita e fresca. Terrazza panoramica meravigliosa. Piscina tenuta benissimo e attrezzata, con un bar aperto anche di sera.

A lovely,new tastefully decorated room in a little annexe with nice balcony and lovely view of the sea but not in the main hotel. . Equipped with excellent Aircon and large fridge and shower. The pool was well-maintained with a bar making excellent cocktails. The breakfast on a lovely terrace overlooking the sea was continental with a limited choice of hot food but it was perfect to start the day. All in all it was very good value for money.

The steep hill back to the hotel would be a challenge for anyone with problems walking. However there was a minibus to take people up and down to the lovely village and seaside of Agios Nikitas.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Agios Nikitas Beach and the surrounding restaurants. There is lots of car parking available. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was quite nice.

It could do with some refurbishments to make stays feel more comfortable. The breakfast was really lacking, we simply ate the only fruit available - oranges and watermelon - and had to purchase our breakfast in town each day. The bed and pillows were also not very comfortable compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

La struttura è esternamente bella ma poi dipende da che camera ti capita.

La prima camera che ci hanno dato era orribile, tipo scantinato, umidissima. Ho dovuto attivare l’assistenza di Booking per avere una stanza al secondo piano. La colazione è abbondante ma la qualità è bassa. Il personale è gentile ma è tutto molto impersonale. La struttura è molto più grande da come appare.

The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and hospitality made our stay very pleasant.

The only downside was the breakfast. While the quality was good, the selection was exactly the same every morning. Adding some variety from day to day would greatly improve the overall experience, especially for guests staying for several nights.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Aussicht einfach schön. Der Pool war sehr sauber und geöffnet. Man konnte zu Fuß zum Strand laufen, der auch sehr schön ist.

Bed en handdoeken werden iedere dag verschoond. Koelkast op de kamer, badkamers zijn gerenoveerd en prima. Kamer is heel schoon, leuk balkon. Geen geluidoverlast van buren. Ontbijt buffet, koffie, thee, yogurt, tomaten, feta, fruit, cake, gekookte eieren, spiegeleieren, ommelet, diverse vleeswaren en kaas. Alles werd telkens aangevuld. Hier is echt niets mis mee en ja het is iedere dag hetzelfde maar keuze genoeg😉 Leuk dorpje, gezellige restaurantjes. Klim naar Milo beach is pittig maar dan kom je ook op een heel mooi strand.

Viel niet tegen maar de klim vanuit dorp omhoog is pittig en dat terwijl wij 4x in de week intensief sporten. Ligging en dorpje zijn niet voor mensen die slecht ter bee zijn

Zwembad is top

Ontbijt is niet best, huisje had een airco die veel te veel lawaait maakte. Gelukkig bleven we maar 3 nachten.

Bella e grande struttura ricettiva, camere grandi e spaziose, la nostra aveva anche un terrazzino molto ampio con vista mare e dove presente uno stendino per stendere i panni. Bella anche la piscina utilizzabile fino alle 19. Pulizia camera ok, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, colazione onesta. Personale cortese. Ottima anche la disponibilità di parcheggio, merce rara in zona.

La posizione un po' elevata rispetto al centro rende scomoda la discesa (e soprattutto la salita) volendo muoversi a piedi.

Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Hotel je vrlo čist i uredan. Doručak je jako dobar. Parking mesta ima dovoljno i većina je u senci drveća. Bazen nisam koristio ali je na raspolaganju, a ima i mini bar pored njega.

Jedinica u kojoj sam ove godine odseo nije imala baš dobar raspored električnih utičnica, ali ovo je jako mala zamerka,nije mi pokvarilo boravak. Ko bude hteo da odsedne u ovom hotelu, treba da očekuje mali kardio trening ako bude išao peške do centra, ali meni ni ovo nije predstavljalo problem.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Nuestra habitación Tenía un balcón con una vista hermosa hacia aggios nikkitas y el mar. Desayuno muy completo y personal atento. Pasamos 3 noches excelentes.

Schöne Aussicht, ruhig und kein Verkehrslärm

Dusche musste erst auf Anfrage gangbar gemacht werden.

Top Lage mit traumhaftem Meeresblick. Der kleine Fischerort Agios Nikitas mit vielen Tavernen wäre zu Fuß in 10 Minten erreichbar. Der wunderschöne Milos Beach in ca 30 Minuten. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel mit dem Mietauto zu erkunden. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Den Weg in den netten Ort haben wir leider nur einmal zurückgelegt.  Grund war ein äußerst aggressiver, freilaufender Hund, der uns attackiert und fast gebissen hätte.  Der Besitzer von insgesamt 2 dieser aggressiven Tiere ist ein Mann, der in einem alten Wohnwagen auf einem zugemüllten Nachbargrundstück der Hotelanlage "haust", welches nur teilweise und schlecht eingezäunt ist.  Das ist ein absolutes No Go neben einem Hotel, wo auch Familien mit Kindern wohnen. Schade, dass die Hotelbesitzer nichts dagegen unternehmen können. Ist keine gute Werbung für diesen sehr netten Ort und das tollgelegene Hotel.

A szoba, a kültéri medence és annak környéke mindig tiszta, rendezett volt, a takarító és kiszolgáló személyzet előzékeny, udvarias volt. A reggeli és a vacsora minőségével és mennyiségével is elégedettek voltunk. A medence miatt gyermekes családoknak is ajánlom.

Nem a két főépületben, hanem egy különálló kisebb épületben voltunk. Itt két szinten 4-4 szoba található, ami közvetlenül a szállodához vezető út mellett van. A szoba, a falura és a tengerre néző kilátás rendben volt, csak a szálloda mellett lévő, kissé rendezetlen baromfiudvar rontott kissé a dolgon, főleg az onnan jövő illatok és a kora hajnali kakaskukorékolás miatt. A járműforgalom miatt is jobb lett volna a főépület.

От терасата имаше прекрасна гледка към морето,има басейн,широк паркинг и лесен достъп.

На много места на Лефкада ни направи впечатление,че има доста оси,които кръжат по време на хранене.Един съвет:избягвайте да се парфюмирате защото това ги привлича и е доста неприятно.

Micul dejun același în fiecare zi și destul de sărăcăcios. Cafeaua și apa oferite la micul dejun lasă de dorit. În cameră era un miros neplăcut și puternic în prima zis

Prima basis hotel bij, maar niet in een klein toeristisch dorp. Goede uitvalbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Ontbijt is prima. Zwembad is prima en rustig. Kamers zijn vooral basis maar schoon. Wij zaten in het bijgebouw, wat nieuwer en luxer is.

Enig veroudering is wel zichtbaar. Vanuit het dorp is het lopend een stevige klim, vooral naar de ingang. In het naseizoen veel Oost Europeanen, die een wat luidruchtiger vorm van vakantie houden hebben.

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce zarówno na pobyt we dwoje jak i na rodzinne wakacje. Jedzenie dobre, lokalizacja super.

The hotel is close to beautiful beaches as Milos and Kathisma, and the nearest Agios Nikitas beach. There are good garden and green. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleanliness is on high level. The towel are changed everyday.

The breakfast could be more diverse. The hotel is big enough in order to have good chef in my opinion (may offers pancakes, various croissants, different cheeses, more fruits, teas, etc.). There is a strange man (maybe homeless) which seem to be drunk every day, and he has a dog which stay on the road and barking everyone. Also there is a chicken coop right to the road to the hotel which is not the most appropriate location for domestic farm. There is a cam right to the location where the homeless man resides, but would be better to have better street light because the walking late at night on the street is not best experience, if in the dark some dog start barking you or hear strange sounds coming probably from that man.
