المفارش غير نظيفه ومستهلكه جدا بعد استلامنا للشقه تم إغلاق الكهرباء من الداخل مما تسبب بتلف الاطعمه بالثلاجه ازعاج النادي الليلي لا يجعلك تنام رغم السكن بالطابق الخامس

Spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff. Specially the F&B manageress Ayomi and her team. Even the place was packed they managed the flow and assured everyone is being taken care of.

We shared a suite and only had one key. It was bit inconvenient as there were two families when using lifts.

The rooms were huge and clean. Special mention to Ms Maritess who was very attentive to our requests and greeted us with a smile.

The electric stove was outdated and it takes time for us to cook

الإزعاج بسبب النادي الليلي و كذلك إغلاق الكهرباء من الطبلون عندما يتم تنظيف الغرف و لدينا عصيرات و شوكلاتة في الثلاجة

الفندق مكانه كويس وقريب من كل شي والغرف واسعه والحمامات نظيفه لما دخلنا والاستقبال متعاون وبالنسبه للمبلغ مناسب جدا للموقع ومساحه الغرف

لا يوجد تنظيف يومي مستمر لازم كل يوم تطلبون التنظيف والا محد بيدخل حتى الزباله لازم طلب عشان تنشال وبرضو المواقف بعد 11 ماعاد تحصل مكان

كل شيء المكان وصخ وقلة ادب في كل مكان والفندق وصخ وكل شي وصخ وتعامل الموظف الافريقي جداً قليل ادب

من اسوء الفنادق اللي سكنتها اول شي السرير طلبت كنج كبير جداً و اللي شفته صغير حق نفر و نص ثانياً اسمع اصوات الغرفه اللي جنبي و اسمع اصوات اللي برى ثالثاً الغرفه صغيره جدا غير اللي في الصور

Ms. Mary and all staff had been very helpful and accommodating. The entire apartment was marvelous and she ensured all the comfort that can be provided during our stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location, room, and breakfast were very nice.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. We had to wait a while for breakfast items to be replaced after they ran out.

مواقف سيارات لا تكفي . سكنت في غرفه 516 المكيف مشترك مع الاسياب لدور الخامس ما تقدر تتحكم بنسبة البروده او الحراره + صوت قرقعه ما خلاني انام . بالعربي غرفه مستحدثه من سيب الدور الخامس (لدي مقطع فديو لصوت القرقعة ) ازعاج السيارات كني نايم بالشارع . تعامل موظفة الاستقبال غير جيد لا تريد تاجيري اقول لها ابي اشوف المكان قبل لا احجز تقول فل وحجزت عن طريق بوكنق ورجعت لها وليتني ما لقيت حجز عن طريق بوكنق اول مره واخر مره استاجر عندهم كانت تجربه فاشله (( غير مرحب بك )) الستاير لا تغطي الشبابيك الشمس عندي بالغرفه كل شي مشي حالك متهاااالك

the parking is crowded especially in the evening

Excellent facility and location as well as the staff.

I am staying in Bahrain during weekend at least twice a month .and i tried different decent and luxurious hotels To be honest, I have never felt as welcomed and spoiled as i felt in safir tower...the staff are great ,they show warm care and respect Their response to my needs is very prompt and impressive They show appreciation for choosing their property in many different ways I remember once i arrived 9 Hours earlier than chick in time .. and they let me in smoothly with no extra charge At safir tower i have never experienced any disturbance or any annoying calls to remind me of check out time ..unlick other places that i stayed in and that cost trippel the amount i am paying at safir tower.. Thank you safir tower staff Mary and the african gentleman at the reception ♥️ And all housekeeping staff who are doing a great job to maintain the place clean and comfy ♥️ See u soon Nouf dous

Room size and Hotel location

The electricity has repeated trip and they only provide one room during check in time and the other room they give me late night

Property is in prime location but the staff @ reception was rude

Staff were friendly and the room was big and spacious.

Nothing to do with hotel, but there was too much noise from outside.

Location, price, availability. It was a busy weekend in Bahrain and We were looking for a convenient place in a last minute. The hotel gave a good price for the spacious room. The bed was firm and big.

There is a hotel next to it with similar name, so don’t get confused 😅

Breakfast need more vegetarian variety

The parking is hard to find.

- The location - Very polite housekeeping staff - The Room View - Good option for a solo traveler for a short stay and not suitable for families - Good value compared to the cheap price

- Check in process was very slow, and the receptionist wasn't friendly - maybe due to the hotel being busy - Furniture is a bit old - Walls need to be repainted properly - Too much noise

We were welcomed by Mary when we arrived. She was helpful,explained everything we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay 😀

I can't think of anything,we stayed for 1 night.

The location was great and staff was very friendly and cooperative also. Rooms were sound proof and suitable for families.

The living room near kitchen the air condition vent was leaking and when we woke up the whole living was filled with water. Please try to maintain the property as it's getting a bit old and things need maintenance.
