la posizione è bellissima. bel panorams dalla stanza cin terrazza spaziosa. si raggiunge dal porto e dalla zona ristoranti con una scala. se hai la macchina, c'è una stradina che porto fino alla struttura dove si può parcheggiare. quindi comodo e silenzioso. struttura molto datata ma la camera è nuova. tutto funzionale

non avendo il servizio colazione potrebbero dotare la stanza di un bollitore e un paio di tazze. per un caffè si deve scendere al porto dove si trova una bakery che fa anche da bar.

Het uitzicht was geweldig en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Ook werd het goed schoon gehouden. De studio was ruim.

Het hotel was gedateerd, ondanks dat er goed werd schoongemaakt zat de douchebak in de ochtend vol kleine zwarte vliegjes.

Καθημερινή καθαριότητα, ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, η παραμονή στο δωμάτιο των 35 τ.μ. που μείναμε είναι άνετη, η θέα καταπληκτική. Το wi-fi ικανοποιητικό με μερικές πτώσεις. Η πρόσβαση με το αυτοκίνητο είναι λίγο περίεργη, ίσως και ελαφρώς δύσκολη, όμως είναι δυνατή αλλά με λίγες θέσεις στάθμευσης. Για να κατέβεις στην παραλία ή το λιμάνι με τα πόδια πρέπει να ανεβοκατέβεις 70 σκαλοπάτια (δεν είναι λίγα, δεν είναι πολλά).

Location is excellent with a nice sea view from the room. Hotel is very old fashioned and not in a good shape. I would probably rate it as a 7 minus but the 10 goes for the old couple who runs it. Very sweet people and eager to help anyway they can. Excellent value for money.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Position of the air condition on the wall is all wrong, the cold air is hitting you all the time.

Lots and lots of steps / stairs and this was not clear on booking. I had a 23 kg suitcase which was heavy and lugging it up steps and stairs was not nice. No offer of help. Facilities very dated - bathrooms really need an upgrade - no view from back room other than a brick wall.

В нас виникли деякі непорозуміння про зміни в бронюванні, бо батьки господаря не говорили англійською. Рекомендую вирішувати усі питання заздалегідь через повідомлення в інтернеті

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The balcony view was wonderful and it was close to all amenities. The kitchen was adequate and kettle an added bonus!

The shower curtain wasn't really long enough so didn't really prevent the floor getting wet. There are a lot of steps up to the hotel - which some people would struggle with, but if fit enough it's great because the result is the wonderful view!

Ησυχία,Καθαριότητα και υπέροχη θέα.

La vista panoramica e il rumore del mare, l' esposizione ad est illumina in modo meraviglioso la camera al mattino. La posizione della struttura è centrale ma silenziosa, la dimensione della camera è ampia, letti comodi, due tipi di cuscini da scegliere. Proprietari gentili e amabili.

Abbiamo contato circa 80 gradini dalla strada per raggiungere la struttura; siamo arrivate nel primo pomeriggio con due bagagli da 20 kg a testa e non abbiamo trovato un servizio transfer o un aiuto per i bagagli, per cui abbiamo dovuto trasportarli a mano aiutandoci l' una con l' altra facendo più giri. Il servizio di transfer ci è tuttavia gentilmente stato offerto al rientro, lo abbiamo apprezzato molto! Arredo della camera e della struttura datato, doccia con tenda e proprietari che parlano solo greco.

Όμορφο παραδοσιακό κατάλυμα με άνετα και καθαρά δωμάτια. Το προσωπικό πολύ βοηθητικό και φιλικό! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ottimo albergo in posizione centrale e panoramica, che ripaga ampiamente di un po' di scale da fare. Le stanze sono semplici, ma confortevoli e pulite, dotate tutte di balcone, molte con vista mare. La coppia che lo gestisce è gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di tornare.

Manque de place de parking pour faciliter l'accès en voiture et éviter de traverser le village et ses nombreux escaliers.

Excellent location and a great beach by the port just below, all is within a short walk in town. Lovely owners with a beautiful garden. There are two other good beaches on foot within 20 minutes.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!!!!Πεντακάθαροι χώροι με απεριόριστη θέα και η κα Νίνα με τον κ Νίκο πάντα διαθέσιμοι!!!!Να πάτε οπωσδήποτε και στο εστιατόριο τους το Ακρογιάλι λίγο πιο κάτω από το κατάλυμα να απολαύσετε ποιοτικό και αυθεντικό φαγητό!!!!Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα!

Wir waren von 9.-17.Juli im Hotel. Alles hat uns gefallen,die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer,die tolle Aussicht ,das komfortable Zimmer mit grossem Balkon(Nr 13). Wenn möglich wollen wir gerne wiederkommen.Vielen Dank!

Perfect location and very clean!

Die Lage ist wunderschön.

Die Hotelbesitzer waren nicht sehr gstfreundlich. Sie sind auch schon recht alt. Uns wurde weder bei der Ankunft noch bei der Abreise (wir "durften" im Schatten sitzen) ein Kaffee oder ein Wasser angeboten. Das haben wir in Griechenland noch nie erlebt. Der Sohn machte auch keine Anstalten, uns mit dem Gepäck zum Hafen zu bringen.

The owners were very welcoming and were friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is well situated above the harbour with great views. The room was lovely and clean with a spacious balcony that made the most of the hotels location. The main centre with bars and restaurants were only a couple of minutes walk. The town beach is only a two minute walk down steps.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have been a welcome addition to the room.

We stayed in a top-floor room with the arched balcony, and it exceeded expectations. The room and balcony were surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable – honestly, it was hard to leave. The views were spectacular, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. You can tell this property is loved. It’s beautifully maintained, and the owners are warm, friendly people who make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is ideal for exploring the small port and its restaurants, with a beach just down some stairs right out front. It’s also easy to hire a motorbike or quad to explore the island further – we hired a quad and rode up to the old village, which we’d highly recommend, then found some small coastal beaches where we had the whole place to ourselves. A wonderful base for exploring Alonissos, and we’d happily stay again.

Καλή τοποθεσία σχετικά όλα κοντά αν εξαιρέσεις τα αρκετά σκαλοπάτια. Ευγενική η κυρία του καταλύματος. Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο.

Ζήτησα βρεφική κούνια και μου απάντησαν πως χάλασε 2 μέρες πριν πάμε…θεωρώ πως ΟΛΑ τα καταλύματα πρέπει να διαθέτουν βρεφική κούνια/παρκοκρέβατο. Η αξία τους είναι μηδαμινή

Being close to the beach, was a bonus.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια, αν και μικρό το δωμάτιο ήταν καλά οργανωμένο, φιλόξενοι ιδιοκτήτες. Η πρόσβαση είναι λίγο δύσκολη γιατί υπάρχουν αρκετά σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσεις, αλλά σε ανταμείβει η θέα και το καθαρό δωμάτιο.

Υπερβολικός θόρυβος παντελής έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης, παρά μα πάρα πολλά κουνούπια γεμάτο το δωμάτιο που έκαναν πανηγύρι μια κ ήρθα απροετοίμαστος για την επίθεση σμήνους κ δεν έκλεισα μάτι όλη νύχτα , σπασμένο τηλέφωνο στο ντουζ υποτονική η ρεσεψιόν με μεγάλους μέσους όρους κ ψυχολογία πολυκατοικίας 1970.

This is a traditional room that has been modernised. It is very well fitted with a modern dual shower, a fridge and air-conditioning. Huge, comfy bed. We had room 12, a sea view room with a huge, shady balcony. The balcony overlooked the port and town beach. Being high up made it very quiet. Location could not have been better. A short walk up a few steps from the restaurants, cafes and shops of Patitri.

There was nothing we didn't like. It's worth noting two things. Our room had only one conveniently placed electric point that we could use if we unplugged the television. We were glad to have taken multi-charging plugs. To get to the hotel from the port, you have the choice of a steep (up then down), step-free walk of about 500m or a shorter walk up steps. Either way it's worth it when you get there.

Chambre spacieuse, avec kitchenette. Balcon vue sur mer, splendide ( soleil le matin mais pas le soir), emplacement au calme mais proche du port (attention les 85 marches !😜). Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

La kitchenette pourrait être mieux équipée : grille-pain, machine à café… Il y a juste une casserole, une poêle et une bouilloire. Ceci dit, cela a fait l’affaire pour nous !

L'emplacement à deux pas du port, la gentillesse de nos hôtes, la propreté de la chambre et le confort des lits

On entend facilement le bruit des autres chambres et du couloir, mais c'était uniquement en journée et ça ne nous a pas du tout empêché de dormir !

The room was spacious enough, spotlessly clean and seemed recently renovated. The bed was very wide and very comfortable, the aircon was efficient and the shower good. The WiFi worked reasonably well and the TV had English and French language channels. The balcony was decent-sized and had an adjustable awning. The lighting was good. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

Only two electric sockets (plus one for the small fridge) which were not conveniently located. There was no proper drying rack for clothes, just a single line on the balcony. No electric kettle in the room (we were aware of this when we booked, though).

Position was great.

Great location overlooking the port. Close to good restaurants. Clean and cosy.

Quite a few stair, but then again this is a common situation in Greece.
