Reviewed Sep 18, 2026お湯（鳥越の宿、美人の湯）がとても良かったです。食事も最高です。お刺身を能登の塩、おろしポン酢、ミョウガ、生姜の薬味色々でいただくのが新鮮でした。クラフトビール🍺も、ご飯も全て良かったです。足が悪い母の為、お部屋、食事のお席、車椅子など、お気遣いいただき感謝申し上げます。母娘の良い想い出になりました。
お風呂のある階がエレベーター使えないのが、不便でした。バリアフリーにしてほしいです。

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Location was incredible - it's a bit of a journey to get there, but absolutely worth the experience of being away from busy cities and escape more into the rural side of the country. The staff were excellent - very helpful, kind and accommodating - they even drove us back to the train station when we checked out, which was especially nice of them. The room was large, comfortable and had a private bath in the room which was a major plus. Lush!
Booking included dinner and breakfast, which is nice as long as you're a big seafood fan and adventurous eater. One dinner course was three whole firefly squid, which was a nice local touch, but not to our personal taste. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Exquisite room and stunning view. Felt like we time-traveled to a Japan of the previous century. Marvelous staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Exceptionally beautiful inn. Ease of getting to it via the Inn's shuttle bus from the station and the kindness of the staff was so appreciated.
There's no real outdoor bath. If that matters to you, then you might be a little disappointed. They have two baths and water is silky with a high mineral content, but neither is outside, though one is open to the outdoors.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Near bus stop if you take bus 23 from shin takaoka, this bus continues to boat cruise visiting shogawa! Hotel offers free shuttle to and from tonami, if they can offer free shuttle from johana will be better as heritage bus has a stop here!

Reviewed Oct 30, 2024-The staff are so kind and polite🧡 Since we parked the car she come out to help us take care of the baggages(so strong 💪🏼✨ Thank you) and They helped us a lot even we cant speak Japanese. -The food is also amazing, they explained throughly on every detail about the dishes. I also like to Yuzu Sake 🧡 -The Onsen is not that large but have three different ponds. Recommend for those who love to have quiet ,nice, calm and relaxing experience here

Limited frequency and timings of the Tonami train station pickup shuttle (but the shuttle itself was excellent - invaluable).
