Having a kitchenette was definitely useful as the hotel doesn't provide breakfast or has a policy for breakfast which wasnt included within the plan. Wasn't quite sure but we were refused breakfast so had to buy our own groceries and cook our own breakfast.

The biggest downside of this hotel was the location. due to a lot of affordable hotels being shut down around the haram it was very hard to find something that was walking distance. A walk from here to haram is over 1 hr 15mins and the route is very unclear. So wouldn't recommend it. A taxi would cost us 10-15 riyal each way depending on the location of pick up and time for day. Mostly it was 15riyal. We spent over 300 riyal on just taxi. We tried to figure it out by bus but opted for just the taxi due to mere convenience. We weren't able to pray all 5 prayers in the haram because of thus. We'd be lucky to even pray 3 due to the inconvenience to get there. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the distance to the haram.

ハラムまで遠いので、いつもuberかtaxiを使わざるをえなかった。朝は20リヤルを切るが、夕方はもっと高くなり、uberがつかまりにくい。

لم يعجبني كثرة التذكير بموعد الخروج عند تسجيل الدخول وايضا رسالة الواتس اب اللي مذكور فيها ان التأخير في الخروج يترتب عليه غرامة باللغة العربية فقط والنسخة الانجليزية من الرسالة لايوجد فيها ذكر للغرامة واضح ان القائمين على الفندق يرحبون بالاجنبي اكثر من السعودي لذلك لن اعود ولا انصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق

الإدارة التي تكنسل الحجر على حسب مصلحتها ولا تحسب للناس أي اعتبار الاستقبال كله غير متعاون

يعنيني جدا حرفية طاقم العمل مع العميل.. الشاب في الاستقبال لم يبدي ترحيبا بالنزيل وتعامله جاف نوعا ما عامل النظافة الذي ساعدني في تغيير الغرفة بسبب التكييف أبدى نوعا من الانزعاج ،، هناك تفاصيل صغيرة تهم العميل فهو في ضيافتكم ولكن بقيمة مدفوعة!

Property is clean and stuff are friendly. Meet all amenities like restaurant coffee shops and shopping very good. Family friendly. I will stay every time when I am in madinah

It’s too away from main destination.

I stayed for 2 nights, starting from reception both men(Asem and others persons)were very welcoming and very helpful, and the porter who helped with the luggage. The room is very clean and widely equipped with all that u need. The linen and blankets with a pillow are super clean. Transport man to masjid alnabawi very polite 👌 Service comparison with price very good. Thank you all for being such as needed ❤️.

*Great staff, especially the friendly Islam – such a positive and welcoming person. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

We couldn’t check in right away, but we were kindly offered lunch while we waited, which was very thoughtful. It wasn’t a big issue. Medina is a popular city with many pilgrims and a vibrant atmosphere!

There is no value for money, I believe the price was very high.

The location and the fact it has the shuttle to the Haram and back is a very good option though i wish it would be during the five prayers not only to Al Asser

It was convenient from all amenities but the main issue was we paid for extra money with breakfast but they said we never offer breakfast so it's a rip off from expedia 2 days breakfast they charged us and other thing is we stayed only one day so i should get refund from Expedia for 2 days breakfast plus 1 day stay.

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant.

The mattress, pillows and sheets were very old and smelly. Also the mattress wasn’t comfortable.

Quite and place

Very hospitable and welcoming. They were willing to work around my horrible travel timing and offered great accomodation.

Shuttle bus was not in operation (they said for maintenance.) Kinda a big deal since it was quite far from Masjid. The public bus 402 line was able to help but there's a 18 mins walk from the nearest bus stop

Very good staff, good value for money. Clean. Smart TV with WiFi. Lettel, far from the HARAM, they have a bus to transfer to Haram with a definite time. I used Uper & Bolt for transportation to and from Haram because every time i missed the bus. Overall, it was good value for money at my visit time. A lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Room makeup should be every day without a call from the guests side.

Location was good, too many options for restaurants nearby. Rooms was comfortable.

Heater in the bathroom was only 100lt capacity was not sufficient for our family to use hot water togather.
