Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Para mí lo más importante la amabilidad de Moha, por parte del hotel como encargado y del resto de el staff y Hamed por parte del servicio en el restaurante, cafetería y pool bar, muchas gracias. El hotel increíble, tanto por la calidad en las habitaciones, ducha aire acondicionado etc … como por la piscina, y el restaurante, un diez! Nos resolvieron todas nuestras inquietudes y nos ayudaron en la continuación de nuestro road tryp de vuelta a Agadir. En si el hotel ya es una maravilla, por si solo ya es un espectáculo disfrutar de su palmeral, y espacio donde te puedes perder y descansar, un lujo!

De petits détails négatifs comme sèche cheveux inopérant ou tuyau de douche qui fuit. Attention donc à l'entretien des lieux.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte qui volendo visitare il deserto Erg Chegaga. Ho contattato la struttura che ha organizzato il tour con il 4x4 e la cena in un bivacco nel deserto (con camera d'appoggio). È stato divertente e lo consiglio.
Qualche blatta in camera, ma con il verde intorno credo fosse normale. Stazionavano di notte nell'acqua rimasta dopo la doccia.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, sehr gepflegt. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und die Suite war unglaublich schön. Der Pool ist kalt, aber schön. Aziz, der Angestellte vom Restaurant hat uns den Aufenthalt versüsst. Er war extrem hilfsbereit und für einen Scherz zu haben. Sein Frühstücksei muss man probiert haben. Wir haben den Wüsten-Trip über das Hotel gebucht. Leider konnte der Fahrer weder Englisch noch Französisch, das war nicht ganz einfach. Die Unterkunft in der Wüste wurde gerade renoviert und der Baulärm hatte uns genervt - aber sonst war alles tipptopp. Danke :)

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025un endroit idyllique aux portes du désert un cadre somptueux dans la pure tradition marocaine se relaxer autour de la piscine en attendant notre expédition du lendemain au camp Aladdin et le must, un séjour inoubliable dans le Erg Chegaga, en compagnie de notre "ami" Hamza, un guide hors pair pour nous faire découvrir le désert dans son authenticité : rencontre avec les nomades, une vraie leçon de vie et d'humilité, des paysages à couper le souffle !!! un camp en plein milieu du désert un accueil exceptionnel et toujours aux petits soins pour nous faire plaisir un moment inoubliable dans notre vie grand bravo et félicitatitons à tous pour sur je reviendrai bientot
tout était parfait, petit bémol pour Le Pacha, le restaurant n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Hôtel vraiment super sur tous les points. Une belle piscine accessible même la nuit tombée, très chouette ambiance musicale avec Mohamed, cocktails alcoolisés proposés au bar. Petits déjeuners très copieux et variés. Les logements sont bien disposés au milieu d’une oasis et d’un jardin très arboré qui respire l’exotisme. Le personnel est au petit soin et prend beaucoup d’attention à ce qu’il ne nous manque rien. Nous avons également eu l’opportunité d’être surclassés dans des suites, ce qui a vraiment rajouté un plus à notre séjour. Nous nous sommes essayés au massage tonifiant, c’était super avant d’affronter le désert!
Rien à dire, nous reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain voyage pour le festival de musique. Attention au mois d’octobre à la nuit tombée, des scorpions peuvent se montrer, prévoir de se déplacer uniquement en chaussures et avec sa propre lumière

Reviewed May 5, 2025I've visited this hotel multiple times—each with a different group, and it's always been a hit. The hospitality is outstanding; the staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even coordinate to have the bus drop us off right at the entrance when we're coming back to Marrakesh in the morning. The rooms are generous in size, the pool is beautiful and refreshing, and the bar has a great atmosphere. After time in the desert, it truly feels like a peaceful retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Reviewed May 5, 2025I've stayed at this hotel several times (five or six) with different groups, and everyone always loves it. The staff consistently treat us exceptionally well. They even arrange for the bus to stop right in front of the hotel when we return to Marrakesh in the morning. The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is large and inviting, and the bar is excellent. It's a true oasis of calm—especially after visiting the desert. I definitely recommend it!

The Restaurant. The staff never know what they have or how much it costs. The food is not very good, the bread was not fresh and for the quality too expensiv. Next time I would choose a different place.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2023Beautiful stay nearby M’Hamid. It was really quite during low season. Probably people think it’s too hot in June but our stay was lovely. The swimming pool with bar is a welcoming way to cool down and the employees help with everything. We were allowed to choose or own room as there was plenty of availability. We wanted to do a quad tour through the dessert during the morning but they advised us to arrange it during sunset so it was cooler en more exiting. And that definitely was. The hotel arranged an awesome trip. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.

Reviewed May 3, 2023Excellent stay at Chez Le Pacha, the staff were very helpful, it want very busy which was good for us. We had 2 dinners and a lunch and they were very good.
The sheets supplied had some holes in them. WE had 3 rooms and the cleaners failed to service one of the rooms after the 1st night (but did th other 2 rooms)?

Excellent service for the breakfast even for people coming late. Very flexible and helpful staff willing to support when needed. It was easy to upgrade a reservation and make early check in. The pool area was exceptional and probably the best in M'hamid. Beautiful garden behind. It was also very calm and we were feeling like having everything just for us. Probably our best stay during our trip to Morocco. Strongly recommended :-)

The pool area is beautiful with view to the palms, and there are plenty of other relaxing areas to curl up and read a books and with a high free Wi-Fi. The staff were excellent,.
