Très bel hôtel, propre et très jolie avec sa piscine Le personnel est super agréable et gentil. Nous sommes particulièrement très satisfait de Hassan la réception qui nous a conseillé pour nos activités bien accueilli et très bien accueilli Merci encore beaucoup

Grande Hotel appena fuori da Rissani. La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita e con un staff assolutamente accogliente, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza/richiesta. Il ristorante di cucina berbera è assolutamente consigliabile e la colazione è stata ottima, abbondante e varia.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace à Rissani, à l’occasion du mariage de notre petit frère, qui était lui aussi hébergé dans le même établissement. Nous étions plusieurs familles venues à Rissani pour célébrer cet heureux événement, et nous avons été très heureux d’avoir choisi cet hôtel pour notre séjour. Tout était réuni pour passer de beaux moments en famille. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier le personnel pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa disponibilité, avec une mention spéciale pour les deux réceptionnistes qui nous ont particulièrement marqués par leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance, notamment Moustapha, ainsi que son collègue dont nous avons malheureusement oublié le prénom. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour à Rissani et nous sommes ravis que cette belle occasion familiale ait été accompagnée par une expérience aussi agréable au Kasbah Hôtel Ziz Palace.

Una vez más y un año después, sigue siendo un lugar espectacular donde alojarse y pasar unos días maravillosos: gran piscina, desayuno bufet super completo y variado, cama GIGANTE y cómoda, habitación muy grande, completa y limpia y una atención del personal excepcional. Seguiremos repitiendo siempre que podamos.

El personal molt amable. La piscina prou gran i l’espai agradable. Situat a prop de Merzouga i hi ha espai per aparcar a la porta.

Si vols sopar has d’anar al poble perquè no en fan, i l’esmozar bastant pobre amb comparació amb altres hotels, riads o kasbah que hem estat.

Le fait qu’une fête soit organisée sans prévenir et qu’il était impossible de dormir avant une heure très avancée de la nuit … Le repas proposé était décevant (même qu’il nous dépannait bien) Le wifi depuis la chambre était catastrophique car il y avait énormément de monde dans le bâtiment au même moment (en raison de la fête)

Hassan ci ha accolti col sorriso e con tutto il calore tipico dei marocchini. La struttura è comoda, in una posizione eccellente. Ottima la stanza, il bagno pulito con tutti i comfort.

La piscina è troppo affollata durante e l'acqua si sporca facilmente

Schöne Hotelanlage ein wenig ausserhalb des Zentrums in ruhiger Lage. Saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Dieses Hotel kann man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Bell'albergo in stile kasbah che circonda su tre lati la piscina. Camera ampia con due servizi (uno con doccia e l'altro con wc e lavabo). Arredamento bello e molto funzionale. Colazione varia e abbondante con torte semplici ma genuine e gustose.

Le soir où nous étions il y a eu un groupe d’étudiants qui fêtaient leur réussite de fin d’année. Donc le bruit et l’accès à la piscine étaient gênant.

Wir fanden gleich einen freien Parkplatz und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben. Den Pool haben wir auch genutzt. Die Dusche am Pool ist etwas versteckt.

Das Frühstück ist als Buffet gerichtet, war aber geschmacklich das fadeste in zwei Wochen Marokko Urlaub mit fast täglich wechselnden Unterkünften. Es hatte keinen Föhn.

Kein Getränkeangebot tagsüber.... Schmutzige Tischdecken, renovierungsbedürftig vor allem die Badezimmer!

Le logement est très bien situé. Une belle et grande piscine. Chambres spacieuses.

Comme souvent en arrivant on nous demande des passeports avant de rentrer dans la chambre. On a fait des centaines de kilomètres pour rester devant l'accueil. Pas de verre de bienvenue... Les deux chambres étaient sales. Les robinetteries ne tiennent pas. Petit déjeuner décevant. Jus d'orange coupé à l'eau. Viennoiseries d'un autre âge.. Galettes trop dures à manger... Bref, c'est un très joli lieu mais mal exploité. Dommage !

A estadia no Ziz Palace, em Rissani, foi uma experiência encantadora e daquelas que ficam na memória. O que mais me impressionou foi, sem dúvida, a beleza do espaço. O hotel tem uma presença muito elegante e harmoniosa, com uma envolvência cuidada e tranquila que transmite logo uma sensação de bem-estar. Ficámos em família, no quarto suite com 3 áreas distintas: o quarto principal espaçoso com uma enorme e cama de casal, muito confortável, um quarto com duas camas individuais, uma ampla sala de estar e dois WCs. As áreas comuns são também muito bonitas e bem cuidadas, reforçando a sensação de qualidade e bom gosto em todo o espaço. Destaque também para a piscina, cuidada e de grande dimensão. Pequeno-almoço muito agradável, num ambiente tranquilo e cuidado. Obrigado aos funcionários, sempre atentos e disponíveis.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer für 4 Personen, es war so schön eingerichtet und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Bei dem Frühstück hat mir etwas Obst und Gemüse gefehlt, das ist aber auch der einzigste Kritikpunkt.

Bien situé avec parking, belle court intérieur avec piscine, jolie vue sur la palmeraie. Grande chambre confortable et bien équipé. Bon accueil.

Repas un peu décevant (juste un plat de boulette de viande et du pain, pas d'accompagnement).

El hotel es muy bonito y la zona de la piscina está muy bien, resulta agradable para relajarse. El desayuno tipo buffet libre tiene bastante variedad, aunque en general todo es demasiado dulce. Además, el pan no estaba demasiado fresco y resultaba algo duro. Las habitaciones son bonitas, aunque la limpieza del lavabo podría mejorar. Por otro lado, tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban limpias, lo cual se agradece. Por último, destacar que el personal es muy amable y ofrece un buen trato.

.Como punto negativo principal, la insonorización es muy deficiente: se escuchan claramente las habitaciones de al lado y cualquier persona que pase por el pasillo, como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. También es un hotel muy orientado a grupos y familias, lo que no favorece el descanso.

The staff at Ziz Palace are very kind, friendly and helpful and make the stay very pleasant. The hotel itself is in a great location for exploring the area and is only 30mins from Merzouga. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with good beds and everything clean and tidy. The bathrooms are very good with good showers. There is aircon/heating which works well. The decor is very very nice. There is a great pool with chairs/loungers and sun shades, which is a nice place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was included which was really good. There is plenty of parking and the staff went to extra lengths to look after my motorbike which was much appreciated. There is a new mini supermarket/shop next door which is very convenient. This was my second visit to Kasbah Hotel Zia Palace Rissani and I hope to stay again in the future.

Super Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal.

Es gab keine Butter zum Frühstück, leider nur Margarine. Ansonsten war das Frühstück ausreichend, keine Wurst.

Sehr einladendes Ambiente. Zimmer war sehr großzügig und marokkanisch eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl.

A little oasis in the desert. We had a great dinner here, and the breakfast was excellent as well. There’s even a pool – a perfect place to relax.

La habitaciones están cuidadas con detalle, el personal de 10. Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado no daba calor y me cambiaron de habitación solucionando así el problema.

Cené allí y la cena era súper justa por lo que se pagaba.

Avondeten en ontbijt waren niet om over naar huis te schrijven. En was ook behoorlijk duur in vergelijking met wat je elders betaald en krijgt. Wifi was niet goed.

La struttura è un ottimo punto tappa durante il viaggio. Le camere sono confortevoli, i letti comodi, al riparo dal rumore dalla strada. Il personale è gentilissimo e questo aumenta molto il giudizio. I condizionatori non sono molto potenti (abbiamo provato 3 camere): in inverno riscaldano molto poso ma, nel complesso, lasciandoli sempre accesi, fanno il loro lavoro. Il ristorante interno è molto comodo e la cucina è abbastanza buona. Bisogna solo sapere che tengono le porte spalancate ed in condizionatori non sono adeguati alle dimensioni della sala, per cui in inverno fa freddissimo: abbiamo cenato velocemente e con i piumini addosso; la stessa cosa vale per la colazione. Non è affatto piacevole pasteggiare in quelle condizioni Quindi, in sostanza, nulla da dire sulla sistemazione e ringraziamo il personale per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, ma è bene sapere che, in pieno inverno, nei locali comuni fa molto freddo.

La temperatura nei locali comuni e nel ristorante. I condizionatori in camera vanno revisionati e potenziati.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo bell'albergo non lontano dalle dune di Merzouga. Camera quadrupla enorme e molto bella, arredata benissimo ad un prezzo assai competitivo. La città di Rissani, anche se priva di attrattive turistiche, ha un centro molto vivace e un mercato dinamico e pieno di vita. Ci è piaciuta molto questa mezza giornata a Rissani dopo le dune di Merzouga e il Kasbah Riz Palace si è dimostrato un'ottima struttura. Soggiorno che ripeterei senza dubbio.

El hotel tiene una bonita estética, bien decorado. Su piscina al iré libre dentro del patio central esta muy limpia y bien cuidada. El personal es muy amable. Tiene aparcamiento en la puerta.

No había agua caliente en el mes de diciembre, no funciona la televisión y el aire acondicionado no era lo suficientemente potente como para calentar la habitación. Pasamos frío. El desayuno pobre y de mala calidad.
