Los desayunos son excelentes, la ubicación también, tienes paradas de metro cerca que te puedes mover fácilmente y a parte caminando esta super cerca el centro, el mercado centros comerciales y excelentes tiendas, hay un super a una cuadra y buenos restaurantes a su alrededor. El personal es super amable, te resuelven los problemas al instante, y son muy agradables.

Мы останавливались только на одну ночь между перелетами, нам сделали поздний чек-аут в 14.00, чему мы очень благодарны, так как наш самолет был в 18.30 и мы могли спокойно с утра пройтись по магазинам, собрать вещи и спокойно выехать в аэропорт

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα στην πόλη και έχει πάρκιγκ ακριβώς από κάτω με πληρωμή 30€ την ημέρα. Υπάρχει δωρεάν καφές μηχανής στο λόμπι.

Η πρώτη επαφή ήταν με μια νέα ξανθιά κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν απαράδεκτη. Ψυχρή και μας φέρθηκε σαν να μας έκανε χάρη. Βαριόταν να μιλήσει. Νοιώσαμε πολύ άβολα λες και της χρωστούσαμε σε προπληρωμένο ακριβό δωμάτιο. Ο δεύτερος ρεσεψιονίστ εξυπηρετικός αλλά απρόσωπος. Όχι τόσο καλό πρωινό. Μην διαλέξετε πίσω δωμάτιο γιατί δεν υπάρχει καμία ιδιωτικότητα όπως βλέπετε και στις φωτογραφίες.

Wände dünn und im Innenhof zu laut. Boden in den Zimmern extrem (!) rutschig. Lag wohl am Putzmittel, aber wirklich gefährlich, wie auf Eis.

Our experience at this hotel was unacceptable and we would not recommend it. We travel frequently and usually stay at Marriott hotels, always with very good experiences. Just before Frankfurt, we stayed at the Marriott in Strasbourg and everything was excellent. We have never experienced anything like this before. The pillowcases smelled unpleasant and the bedsheet was visibly dirty, so we had to use our own pillowcases and our own bedsheet. The corridor had a very strong cooking smell, the view and location were poor, and the attitude of the reception staff was very disappointing. Breakfast was terrible. We hardly ate anything and only had coffee. We had already paid about €250 plus €30 for parking, but the experience was so bad that we decided to leave and pay for another hotel. In our opinion, this hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. I strongly recommend considering other options in Frankfurt.

Prima groot hotel midden in centrum, goede lokatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne stortdouche, airco aanwezig. Prima gym. Leuke patio met uitgebreide bar en spelletjes (van Moxy hotel).

Gehorig. Midden in de nacht, schreeuwende mensen op de gang, slaan met deuren. Geen nachtwaker of controle. Ventilator badkamer kapot. 60 euro extra voor 2 nachten in parkeergarage.

As I was catching a plane I could not deal with him properly or take his name. 20 August 12.50 pm. dark skinned probably middle eastern-arabic (nothing racist I am middle eastern) late 20s thin guy was extremely rude, lectured me about his desk, (I am 54 yo) The only thing I did was took a mariott business card staying/prepared for costumers to write my invoice data to make it easier for him instead of spelling... he raised his voice with street slang, rudely lectured me for taking the card (staying there for us)... I am a diamond hilton member and staying in 5 star hotels before he was born. He is not Mariott cloth... shame. I will follow this... Rest of the staff was great...

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Frankfurt city centre. The staff were welcoming and professional, and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais très correctes pour un court séjour. La salle de bains est assez grande et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix dans un cadre plutôt beau. Petit patio intérieur pour prendre une boisson dehors si on veut, car accès à des boissons (café, thé) en libre service. L'hôtel est très bien placé, proche de magasins ou d'endroits à visiter et pas loin du fleuve.

Les ascenseurs sont très vite saturés et on peut attendre de longues minutes pour aller au parking souterrain.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable.

I booked the Studio with Terrace and City View room. At first sight, the room looked great, but unfortunately the toilet was filthy. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat, and unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. We contacted reception and they offered us a new room - Superior Studio with city view in addition to 2 drink vouchers at Moxy bar and a chocolate. The reception staff tried to be as helpful as possible but unfortunately, seeing the bathroom in that condition really ruined the entire experience for me. In the Superior Studio room - there was a low hanging lampshade across the coffee table which really just got in the way and was inconvenient and not necessary. Breakfast - the table set up was really not great. It was mainly communal tables - some had chairs and others had sofas which were quite low. The breakfast selection was quite good and the coffee was good too!

Ολα ηταν υπεροχα μεσα στο δωματιο! Ευρυχωρο, καθαρο, ομορφο! Σε πολυ κεντρικη τοποθεσια! Με πολυ ωραιο πρωινο!

Ο διαδρομος για να παμε στο δωματιο μας στομ 3ο οροφο, μας μυριζε κατι, οχι πολυ ευχαριστο...Ισως ηταν το χαλι του διαδρομου, δεν ειμαι σιγουρη δεν μπορω να προσδιορισω. Ισως καποιος μαγειρευε καποιο εντονο φαγητο...δεν καταλαβα... Η μυρωδια μεσα ατο δωματιο δεν υπηρχε ομως.🙏 Δεν ηταν κατι ομως που θα με εκανε να μην μεινω εκει ξανα. Ηταν πολυ καλη η διαμονη μου εκει, και οι παροχες του καταλυματος!!!

Frühstück war leider etwas enttäuschend. Säfte konnte man nicht als diese benennen (kamen aus dem Automaten und waren sehr wässrig) Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt. Geschmacklich war es gut, aber für den Preis dann insgesamt nur befriedigend.

No habia personal y la unica cafeteria abajo fueron del horario de desayuno no funcionaba y en la habitacion no habia. Las habitaciones aunque amplias eran muy oscuras.

Personelin hepsi güleryüzlüydü. Özellikle Rosi isimli personele çok teşekkür ediyorum. Odalar temizdi. Beklentimizi karşıladı. Lobide 24 saat ücretsiz çay/ kahve/ süt seçenekleri mevcut. Konumu çok iyi. Merkezi bir bölgede. Odada mikrodalga fırın, bulaşık makinesi, ütü bulunması güzel yönlerinden biriydi.

Kahvaltısı daha fazla milletten misafire hitap edebilmesi için biraz daha zengin olabilirdi. Her gün aynı çeşit var.

This was a return visit. Comparing, the staff were a little cold; maybe it is the hot summer. The location is great, and is closed to the shopping district and a 5 mins walk to Romer. Room is spacious, with good amenities. Kitchen is usable for simple dinners.

of 2 lifts, 1 broke down on the first day. On the 2nd morning, both lifts were down. Luckily, both were up by the afternoon. The handling of the situation and questions asked by many guests could have been better. Having a " I don't know when it will be up but hopefully by today when the person comes" is not very assuring. Breakfast is also a bit bland compared to the pervious visit; bread was a bit stale, and eggs were tasteless.

We didn't have garbage in the room. I understand there is something in Germany with recycling it should been told what to do with garbage.. I needed to put all in one corner in small bag . Air-conditioned is low not much cool room but was fine.

Unser Zimmer lag leider in Richtung einer lange sehr lauten Straße. Der Lärm ging bis nach Mitternacht.

Sauberes Hotel, welches auf den ersten Blick als Topp-Adresse ausschaut, jedoch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels nicht gerecht wird... Leider gab es jedoch einige kleine Makel, die der Grund sind, dass wir bei unserer nächsten Frankfurtreise nicht hierhin wiederkommen werden. Trotzdem noch positiv hervorzuheben: Die Ausstattung im Zimmer (voll eingerichtete Küchenzelle).

- Der Hotelmitarbeiter, der uns bei unserer Ankunft betreute, sprach sehr schlecht Deutsch und erschwerte die Kommunikation, - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ hochwertig, fällt jedoch sehr klein aus -Die Geräuschkulisse am Wochenende ist nicht zu unterschätzen (sehr lauter Verkehr, u.a. konstant Sirenen und Hupen) und sorgte bei uns für zwei schlaflose Nächte (deshalb auch Lage als schlecht bewertet) - Die Kissen waren nicht gemütlich - Das Parkhaus ist sehr teuer

Vieles: 1. kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, obwohl in der Vorschau angezeigt. 2. Business Center im Hotel nicht nutzbar. Der Tisch steht mitten im Frühstücksraum, nach dem Frühstück wird Musik gehört und laut gesagt - auch unter einem im Benutzung befindlichen Tisch - WÄHREND der Telko 3. schlechtes Internet 4. Fenster im Zimmer geht nicht auf 5. Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer - man hört jedes Wort und/oder Sexgeräusch 6. Frühstück war für den Preis auch einfach zu schlecht - günstigste Wurst, kaum frisches Obst. 7. keine eigene Bar- alles läuft über das Moxy Hotel Preis Leistung einfach ungenügend!
