Clean rooms. Great location on the beach fruit. The staff were amazing.

If these are the worst things then I am nitpicking but I found the coffee to strong and only a two slice slow toasting toaster. I don’t like not having a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool, the water container in my room was half full and I wasn’t sure how long it had been there so I didn’t use it.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Problemen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und man kann morgens den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Vom Hafen läuft man nur 10 Minuten.

Frente al hotel hay una barrera de coral en la arena que no permite bien el acceso al mar. Es una gran ubicación pero no tiene fácil acceso al mar como en otras partes de la isla. La ropa de cama o almohadas conservaban el olor de otras personas.

L’emplacement en front de mer est son principal atout. On peut voir des tortues sur les plages en face de l’hôtel. La chambre est assez grande et il y a un étendage sur la terrasse. Le personnel est sympathique.

Il y a un manque d’entretien global au niveau de la salle de bain, serviettes et draps tachés. Les joints de la douche sont à changer. Je n’ai pas eu de ménage pour les deux jours sur place et j’ai du demander une recharge de papier toilette. J’ai également trouvé un cafard mort à côté de ma table de nuit, je comprends que c’est le climat de l’île qui veut ça mais c’est assez effrayant pour moi.

La camera era molto trasandata, il condizionatore colava la condensa sulla parete che era diventata ormai verde e marrone, doccia con acqua salata, non è proprio un problema dell hotel ma su tutta l isola di Gili Meno l acqua è salata, non c è acqua dolce. L hotel ha fornito un contenitore grande di acqua potabile da bere tuttavia. Prezzo delle BinTang più alto mai visto in tutta Bali

Udsigten, flot solopgang. Altid smilende og servicemined personale. Leje af cykler på stedet. Maden og morgenmaden var super. Booking af snorkeltur i glass bottom båd til skildpadder og skulpturer i vandet. Cykeltur rundt om øen. Der var vandbeholder på værelset med drikkevand.

Dårlig wifi dækning. Dårlig rengøring. Skulle selv bede om rengøring og toiletpapir. Toilet ved reception mgl generelt rengøring. Måtte selv bede om små håndklæder til badeværelse. Opfyldning af sæbe på badeværelset og kaffe mangelfuld. Strand foran hotellet kræver strandsko og der er mange huller når man går ud i vandet. Hvis man går efter snorkling er det et perfekt sted. Bagsiden af hotellet trænger til oprydning. Der er saltvand i haner og i bad. Der var ikke køleskab på værelset. Der manglede tjek af pærer i lamper på værelset. Ingen køleskab.

Lo scarico del bagno non era dei migliori, molto spesso si intasava e la sera c’era puzza.

La vue est superbe sur la mer. La gentillesse du personnel et du big boss. La literie très bonne. Les repas sont bons et le petit déjeuner généreux.

Le manque de nettoyage tous les jours. La chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois sur les 3 nuits et les serviettes qui sont un peu vieillottes avec quelques tâches qui ne partent pas. Attention parfois coupure de courant donc plus d’eau également mais c’est sur toute l’île. Hôtel pas doté de groupe électrogène.

La locacion es buena porque puedes caminar directamente desde el port, la playa directamente enfrente del hotel es muy bonita y hay bastante coral y tortugas.

Desgraciadamente hubo muchisimos detalles que hicieron que nuestra estadia no fuera buena: - El bano despedia un olor a drenaje muy fuerte todas las noches. - Las sabanas y fundas de almohada estaban sucias y tenian hongo. - En medio de la noche se fue la luz y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. - La comida del restaurante era muy basica y no tan apetecible. Mi pareja y yo optamos por caminar todos los dias al otro lado de la isla donde la calidad de restaurantes es mucho mejor. El staff trato de ayudarnos en todo lo posible cuando les comentamos lo anterior y fueron muy amables por eso me da pena poner este review pero no me gustaria que alguien mas pase por la misma experiencia que nosotros.

Lo staff era molto accogliente e disponibile. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al mare e al porto. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il servizio di noleggio bici (utile per spostarsi sull’isola).

Abbiamo dovuto farci combiare gli asciugamani in quanto sporchi, ma anche la seconda volta risultavano ancora non puliti. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare i nostri asciugamani personali.

Frendly staff

Basically, everything was wrong. The price was far too high for such an old and poorly maintained room. Many things didn’t work properly, and there was mold and rust everywhere. No hair fan in the room. The shower water was very salty. The air conditioner was dirty and gave off a bad smell whenever it was turned on. The room door also barely locked, which made us feel unsafe. The surroundings were quiet during the day, but at night there was constantly loud music playing. We also ordered breakfast the evening before because we had to leave early. However, the staff lost our order, so the breakfast arrived 30 minutes later than requested. We were in a hurry and this caused additional stress. Another strange thing was the inconsistent pricing. One evening, the same bottle of water cost 12k, while the next day it cost 14k. :) Overall, the room was overpriced, poorly maintained, and the service was disappointing.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en stonden altijd voor je klaar. En super goed ontbijt! Boek een snorkeltocht om schildpadden te spotten via hun.

La struttura deve essere completamente da rinnovare, inclusi gli asciugamani e i sanitari. La notte non vi era acqua nelle camere.

La gentillesse de l'équipe de Chriest, le site est très bien.. snorkeling, tortues.. et vivre un coucher de soleil de dos, la lumiere qui se reflete sur les montagnes de Lombok.. impressionnant !

Tout a été deja dit.. un peu de propreté derriere l hotel serait une excellente chose..

Pretty view right at the beach with a beautiful sunrise, clean floors, free drinking water and refill on request, friendly staff

The bed sheets and towels were quite dirty and the towels even partially torn, where I think at that point just toss them and get new ones. We asked to get them changed but received supposedly "fresh and new ones" (see pictures for the "clean" ones). If you charge this price per night you should afford that. The bed was rather uncomfortable and there was really loud music until 2 a.m., the drain in the sink was not draining at all so we had gross standing water throughout our stay. Mold and dirt on the walls.

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Le cuisinier cuisine très bien, la serveuse est d'une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est très bien placé avec vu sur la mer.

Dans les chambres il y a une odeur épouvantable. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig, man hat unmittelbar vom Balkon einen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war freundlich und höflich.

Die Fotos entsprechen in unseren Augen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand des Zimmers/Badezimmers. Es wirkt, als ob in den letzten Monaten/Jahren die Instandhaltung der Unterkunft einfach nicht ausreichend erfolgte.

Le staff est adorable et aide pour toute question, tout besoin. Idéalement placé pour voir des tortues.

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo cómoda que era la cama, la cercanía a la playa y la amabilidad del personal.

En comparación con otros hoteles, es una habitación muy básica y la limpieza no está mal pero tampoco es al 100% la más limpia. En cuanto a la comida, no probamos nada por que viendo las condiciones de la cocina (demasiado sucias a nuestro parecer) perferimos no arriesgarnos

Fijn hotel op prachtige locatie, heel aardig personeel, persoonlijk. Bedden lagen erg fijn, kamer netjes en ruim, badkamer ook goed met fijne douche. Wel brak/zoutig water. Ontbijt was prima, via lijstje zoveel je wilt. Fietsen huren via het hotel is handig dan ben je zo op elke plek op het eiland. Bijvoorbeeld aan de andere kant om te snorkelen naar bij Black Nest (beelden) of op de kop voor schildpadden. Deze hebben wij ook voor de deur gezien, advies iets verderop links de zee in gaan en voorbij de branding snorkelend richting hotel terug. Tip: Wayong The Backyard is top! Wat luxer en duurder zit aan de andere kant oa Pomona of Bask, super leuk met zonsondergang! Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad die veel langer voelde.

Nadeel is dat de zee hier soms een stuk ruwer is, omgeving is erg rustig en stil (kan plus of min zijn).

Väldigt bra läge med stranden några steg ifrån sängen. Sängarna var sköna och personalen var otroligt härliga.

Åtgärda fuktskador i väggarna, det luktade. Mycket rost och förkalkade delar på toaletten. Hade önskat att det inte var saltvatten i duschen.

Le foto non rispecchiano la stanza che ci hanno assegnato. Mancava il mini frigo per l'acqua, la pittura nelle pareti era scrostata, abbiamo avuto problemi con la luce che andava via e con l'acqua del WC che spesso non si scaricava. Il prezzo è stato veramente alto per quello che abbiamo trovato.

Die Lage ist super und die Leute Vorort sind super hilfsbereit. Sie helfen bei allem, was Ihnen möglich ist. Unser Transfer von als auch nach Bali und zu unserer Unterkunft war von den Jungs organisiert. Das war wirklich spitze.

Ich hatte mir bei den Bildern etwas ganz anders versprochen und war enttäuscht. Besonders bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken, auch wenn sie gewaschen waren. Die Scheibe der Balkontür war sehr dreckig und auch auf dem Boden konnte man Fußabdrücke und Flecken sehen. Auch im Bad hätte man nochmal mehr putzen können. Vieles ist sicherlich auch dem Blakwasser zu verschulden.

Nous avons moins aimé : .l’eau salée dans la douche, très désagréable au bout de deux jours .le mobilier rouillé du fait de la corrosion .la distance avec les bons restos de l’île et les couchers de soleil qui se trouvent à 20mn (côte Ouest)

The location next to the beach

The location is amazing. Beautiful sunrise from your room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Ample of drinking water provided. Showers use diluted salt water which wasn’t bad at all. Staff are very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast included which was a mistake not too many breakfast places nearby and breakfast provided is very nice. You can swim with the turtles early morning. Very cool

Nothing really we loved the place

Staff gentile, camera bella e pulita, qualche crepa sul soffitto, ma per due notti non era certo quella la parte importante. Bagno bello e pressione dell’acqua okay, talvolta si sentiva un po’ di odore di scarico ma andava via subito dopo Possibile vedere tartarughe marine direttamente tuffandosi davanti la stanza, barriera corallina molto bella, ristorante buono! Vibes ottime e relax assicurato!

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht den Fotos respektive positiven Bewertungen auf booking.com. Wir wurden von der Hygiene/Sauberkeit bis über Ausstattung und Personal sehr enttäuscht. Es ist im ganzen Hotel überwiegend dreckig. Auch waren im Essen ständig Ameisen, die Küche ist extrem schmutzig. Das Personal machte nur das nötigste.

That is was right on the beach where we could snorkel amongst turtles, fish and coral every day and the staff were just lovely.

The rooms were a little dated and could probably do with some maintenance. However they were large, had hot water and plenty of drinking water available.

The room had a very strong and unpleasant odor of camphor (mothballs) that spread throughout the living room and bathroom. It made me feel physically uncomfortable. This is a safety hazard for anyone allergic to camphor. To make matters worse, the shower water was very salty. It felt impossible to get clean, leaving my entire body feeling sticky. 房間有很濃厚不好聞的味道，是樟腦除蟲藥，客廳浴室到處都是，聞到身體不舒服，如果有客人對樟腦過敏怎麼辦？ 浴室的洗澡水是很鹹，身體沒有洗乾淨，全身還是黏黏的

Het personeel was werkelijk geweldig. Ik heb me nog nooit zo welkom en op mijn gemak gevoeld tijdens een verblijf. Het waren vijf fantastische dagen, mede dankzij het ontzettend behulpzame, attente en zorgzame personeel. Ze deden er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken en gaven me het gevoel alsof ik ze al jaren kende. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht. Hoewel het gebouw wat ouder is, heeft het een authentieke charme. Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf en zou hier zonder twijfel weer terugkomen.

De villa is helaas echt toe aan een grondige renovatie. Tijdens ons verblijf zagen we meerdere muizen en veel onderdelen van de accommodatie waren verouderd, versleten en kraakten. Ook de badkamer van het beach-appartement had dringend onderhoud nodig. Zo waren de flexibele slangen van de kranen sterk verroest, wat geen frisse indruk maakte. Met een renovatie zou deze accommodatie weer veel aantrekkelijker kunnen worden.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING with the guy in front of the hotel. He sells boat tours, snorkeling masks… His prices are more expensive than the places next door, we found out too late. We booked a boat tour with him and afterward he demanded more money than the price we had agreed on. When we told him that wasn’t our agreement, he started yelling at us in front of everyone and tried to intimidate us. A day later, we saw him arguing with another couple, so apparently that’s common. I don’t know how the hotel allows someone like that to work with them. It almost ruined my impression of Indonesian people. It was my first stop in Indonesia and I was worried I would have similar problems during the rest of my 3 week trip. Thankfully, he was the only rotten apple. You can rent snorkeling masks, fins, and book boat tours at the two bars next to the hotel, both sides of the hotel. Don’t be fooled by his friendly attitude.

The location was perfect ! View perfect! The tap water is salted water btw . Is a very very quiet island . Please bring water shoes with you can’t go in the water without it !! The snorkelling is unreal too i couldn’t believe my eyes !

Personeel zeer behulpzaam accommodatie voor de zee. Leuk restaurant maar ook andere eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Zeer hygiënisch personeel maakte kamer schoon wanneer je wilde. Goed ontbijt en tussen de middag gratis snacks voor alle gasten. Goed in alle opzichten. Ook mooi snorkel rif in zee voor je accommodatie. Mooie vissen schildpadden en soms kon je ook een haai spotten. Voor terugreis naar Balie kregen we ook op ons eigen verzoek een goed lunchpakket mee zonder extra kosten. Geen probleem. Ik beveel het aan aan iedereen om er te verblijven in combinatie met Lombok

Odeurs de remontées des canalisations très fortes dans les chambres qu’ils essaient de masquer avec des parfums, très forts et très écœurants. Une rénovation s’impose : il faut mettre des siphons pour éviter les odeurs. Propreté douteuse : pas de ménage alors qu’on est resté quatre nuits et trois jours pleins. La douche est mal construite : l’eau ne part pas vers le trou l’évacuation et reste donc dans le bac. Nous avons trouvé une culotte sous notre lit (avis aux précédents locataire nous l’avons laissé !)

La posizione direttamente sul mare che potevo vedere direttamente dalla mia camera. Lo staff sempre sorridente, super gentile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta.

Ich war für 7 Nächte im Meno Mojo. Schon Wochen vor meiner Anreise hatten wir über Instagram schriftlichen Kontakt weil ich einige Fragen hatte. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht wie viel Zeit man sich nahm um mir meine Anliegen zu beantworten. Ich freute mich also auf den Besuch und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Anfangs fühlte es sich für mich befremdlich an als Frau unter so vielen Männern zu sein und keinen weiblichen Ansprechpartner zu haben - das legte sich aber schnell. Die Angestellten sind so unglaublich lieb und fürsorglich. Ihnen ist es wichtig, dass es einem gut geht. Sie nehmen sich Zeit für intensive Gespräche, fragen immer wieder nach dem Wohlbefinden. Sie sind den ganzen Tag gut drauf, immer am Strahlen, lachen mit einem - man hat irgendwie das Gefühl dazugehören, nicht nur irgendein Gast zu sein. Oftmals wird man mit Namen angesprochen, was ich auch sehr schön finde. Sie arbeiten viel und hart und tun alles dafür, dass man einen schönen Urlaub hat. Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück kann man sich wirklich viel bestellen und wird satt. Zu Abend gegessen habe ich hier mehrfach und war ebenfalls immer zufrieden. In meinem Zimmer gab es Schwierigkeiten mit der Elektronik - sofort wurde sich darum gekümmert. Da man es aber nicht so schnell beheben konnte, bekam ich das Zimmer nebenan. Der Elektriker und ein Angestellter halfen mir - ohne dass ich darum gebeten hatte - meine Sachen in das andere Zimmer zu tragen, was ich sehr nett fand. Was die Sauberkeit anbelangt, ist es wie überall in Südostasien. Das Regal war nicht gewischt und auch die Ablage unter dem Waschbecken nicht. Aber ganz ehrlich - wer europäischen Standart möchte, muss daheim bleiben. Und für so geringes Geld kann man sich nicht beschweren. Das Bett - was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist - war sehr sauber. Keine Haare, keine Flecken. Es gibt bequeme Sonnenliegen mit Tischen dazwischen, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten.

Wofür es für mich ein wenig Abzug gibt, sind der Balkon und der Strand - der Balkon kann bei starkem Regen nicht genutzt werden, was ich nicht nur schade finde, sondern auch ärgerlich - man konnte nichts aufhängen zum Trocknen. Beim Strand, direkt vor der Tür, liegen haufenweise tote Korallen, was es schmerzhaft macht ins Wasser zu kommen. Und schön aussehen tut es auch nicht.

Ce qui nous a un peu gâché le séjour, c’est le fait de s’être levé pendant la nuit parce que la clim ne fonctionnait plus on a eu du mal à contacter quelqu’un dans l’hôtel mais après ils ont fait du mieux qu’ils ont pu du coup ils nous ont changé de chambre mais arrivé dans la nouvelle chambre on a eu les draps humide et on a eu terriblement froid avec la clim.. c’était une nuit, pas au top du tout. On s’attendait à avoir un geste commercial au lendemain, mais pas du tout.

Do quarto ser em frente ao mar. De ter um terraço com mesave cadeiras no quarto. Da vista maravilhosa para a areia branca e o mar turquesa. O snorkelling é espetacular. Facilmente nadamos com tartarugas e peixes coloridos lindos

Da falta de limpeza e de higiene do hotel a começar nos quartos. O que podia ser maravilhoso, tornou-se desconfortável de tão sujo. Do lixo acumulado à beira mar. Não sei porque não mandam os funcionários limpar a praia. Parece que os locais acham tão normal que nem reparam.. choque cultural à grande

Beautiful accommodation right on the beach. You have breakfast with a view of the sea. The large water container in the room was a very nice.

Location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I felt right at home here. The room was spacious, with everything I needed. Arranging a bicycle for use around the island directly there was also really helpful. Turtles were right in front of the accommodation in the shallows - that was super special!

A foot wash bucket at the edge of the patio would be helpful to wash sand off from feet.

Odeurs d’égouts dans certaines salles de bain, et odeur de renfermé dans les 5 chambres de notre resa. Le service du restaurant est laborieux , lent et il manque toujours quelque chose , mais…. C’est les vacances !!! Le ménage est effectué uniquement sur demande.

We saw turtles right next to the hotel. The location is quiet, convenient. A speedboat will take you to the door, but the port itself is also a 10-minute walk away.

We had a room with a sea view, but in reality there is one room from which you could see a little of the sea, because in front of the hotel there is a restaurant roof that covers this view. The cleanliness of the room was 50:50, there was no shower head and toilet paper. This situation was resolved upon request.

El restaurant esta molt ben ubicat però el que cuinen es molt sencill i no massa bo. La neteja només la fan si ho demanes per tant molta dies fins casi abans d'anar a dormir la habitació no estava feta.
