Venezia Hotel and Suite

I initially stayed at Yeosu Venezia Hotel & Suite for several days during my trip to Yeosu, and after checking out, I ended up booking another stay here because I had enjoyed my first one so much. I had a lovely room with a beautiful sea view, the hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and its very convenient operating hours. I also really liked the café and bar on the first floor, which was a lovely place to stop by for a dessert or a cocktail. Breakfast deserves a special mention as well. It was genuinely delicious, with enough variety to appeal to both Korean and international guests, while still being very reasonably priced. One small detail that I appreciated more than I expected was that I never once had to wait to be seated for breakfast. Whenever I came down, I could simply walk in and enjoy my meal, which made the mornings feel pleasantly effortless. But what really stood out to me throughout both stays was the people. I was impressed by how consistently warm, attentive and welcoming everyone was. Sometimes even at a very good hotel, you encounter one department or one part of the experience that feels noticeably weaker than the rest. Here, I honestly didn’t. Every member of staff I interacted with left a very positive impression. I particularly want to thank the Front Desk team. 김라연 was very kind and helpful, assisting me with an early check-in and later managing to arrange a late check-out until 5 p.m. for an additional charge. I especially appreciated this as it was a Friday in the middle of the peak summer season and the hotel was fully booked. 전형진 stepped in during the process, helping guide the arrangements in the system and communicating with me in excellent English, which made everything very smooth and easy.

조식이 굉장히 훌륭했고, 콜택시도 부르면 3분 이내에 도착해서 여기저기 많은곳을 편하게 다녀왔음. 호텔로비에서 근처 아쿠아리움 입장권도 할인받아서 큰 세이브가 되었음.무엇보다도 뷰가 정말 끝내주는곳임.

Great location as a base for exploring Yeosu for a few days, including proximity to the fish market area, cable car station and O-dong Do Island. Lovely views out to the water. Fantastic facilities to enjoy on-site. Room was a good size, with space for us to unpack our suitcases and stay comfortably for a few days.

Can't really fault it - if I had to name a couple of small things, it's a little dated, and the lifts can be very slow during peak times.

위치가 완전 바다 옆이라 바다 보기 좋아요. 해상 케이블카 빅오 분수 쇼 다 걸어서 구경할 수 있는 거리에요. 유람선 탑승도 바로 옆에 있어요. 침대 매트가 편안해요. 이용객이 많은 호텔이에요.

호텔 근처에 식당이 많이 없어요.이불이 좀 오래된거 같아요.

방에 있는 테라스도 오션뷰를 감상하기 넘 좋았어요. 넓직한 침대와 샤워실. 그리고 스타일러도 생각했던 주변 호텔 보다 만족스러웠습니다.

It seems no one take care of the hotel, it is outdated and overpriced. Swimming pool was not attractive without any shade...

Swimmingpool muss extra bezahlt werden, Morgenessen eher teuer, Lift lange Wartezeiten. Wohnung war ein bisschen abgenutzt. Betten nicht sehr komfortabel.

The location! Superb view across the bay and the sea. Very quiet. The structure is new and has a nice little caffè at the entrance. 5 minutes away from the train station and to Yeosu expo. Room is spacious and was cleaned every day.

Breakfast was good but could improve the fruit selection. The pillows were unconfortable for me as they would slim down very thinly as you would lay your head on them.

Die Lage ist direkt am Wasser, aber dafür ist es morgens auch etwas lauter, wenn die Schiffe aus dem Hafen ausfahren. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet sogar ein "Steamer" ein Schrankgerät, das Hemden etc. auffrischt gab es. Kühlschrank und Teekocher waren vorhanden. Parken war kein Problem und kostenlos. Cafes und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff were super caring. I broke my ankle about a week before the trip and showed up with the boot and they went out of their way to accommodate me and go make sure my stay was comfortable. It's also possible to watch the fireworks show from your room, albeit with them being very small.

Somehow it was not-quite-close to most of what I was trying to do/see. Might have been ideal if I was able to walk comfortably, but given the mobility issues, it ended up being a bit of a challenge. I'll have to go back and reassess when I'm well again.

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 바다가 잘 보이는 곳이었고 아쿠아플라넷이랑도 가까워서 관광하기 좋았어요. 위치 대비 룸 대비 가성비 좋은 숙소임에 틀림없습니다. 가성비 생각하시면 이 곳으로 선택하시면 좋을 것 같아요. 전체적으로 만족합니다.

청결이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 온돌방이 딸린 룸에 묵었는데 온돌방 벽에 얼룩 같은 게 있었어요. 그리고 화장실 걸쇠가 고장이 나서 와서 고쳐주셨는데 그 후에도 잘 안 되더라구요. 룸을 한 번 전체적으로 체크하시면 좋을 것 같아요, 그리고 체크아웃 할 때 직원분께서 무표정으로 응대하셨습니다. 청결과 걸쇠 고장 등은 그러려니 했지만 프론트 직원분이 조금 더 친절하셨으면 좋았을 거 같습니다.

드라이기 바람 약함. 퇴실시 엘레베이터 정말 타기 힘듦. 몰리는 시간이 10시30분~11시라고 하나 10시 전부터 몰림. 호텔 내 편의점 진짜 작음

아버지제사라 호텔에서자고 시골집에 갔는데 따뜻하고 아침일출을봐서 좋았습니다.

호텔측에 얘기하는건 아닌데 겨울이라 바닷바람이 엄청났네요.

깨끗하고 위치도 좋았고 바다뷰 선택했었는데 너무 만족했어요. 2층에 노래방 게임방 세탁시설 깨끗하고 너무 유용했어요. 내년에 다시 오고싶어요

아침조식이 시설에 비해 좀 부족했어요. 커피는 블랙커피만 있어 좀 아쉬웠고 신선한과일종류도 좀 늘리면 좋겠다라는 생각이 들었어요.

이틀동안 동백섬 옆으로 떠오르는 예쁜 일출을 볼수 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 청결하고 조용했어요. 성인 4명이 지내기에 충분한 사이즈였고, 매트리스도 정말 편안했습니다. 위치도 정말 좋았습니다.

조식 메뉴가 다양하지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 직접 조리되어 제공되는 음식들은 맛있었지만 빵과 케이크는 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 전날 미리 예약해 할인 된 금액에 조식을 이용 했지만 재방문하고 싶지는 않았습니다.

Un hôtel à la hauteur du prix, situé à quelque pas de la gare et de la station de télésiège. Accueil avec un excellent anglais et professionel. Chambre gigantesque avec vue sur la mer. Très propre, très luxueux. Un distributeur avec des produits de skincare qui m'avait bien dépanné.

Tout est très agréable dans ce bel hôtel. Le bel accueil, la chambre spacieuse et très fonctionnelle,la vue époustouflante sur la mer et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Peut être la décoration des chambres, un peu anonyme et peu personnalisée pour ce standard d’hôtel

Location, location... Watching the sunrise from the hotel room was absolutely beautiful. If you’re a big fan of sunrises, take a walk across the bridge connecting Yeosu and Odongdo Island to reach the sunrise viewpoint, where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean. The walk takes only about 35 minutes from the hotel. Also, during my three-night stay, I could watch fireworks from my hotel room. They light up the sky every night from boats on the water—Yeosu knows how to enchant it's visitors. I felt so lucky to have such a perfect location to enjoy everything happening on the beautiful night sea of Yeosu.

Great facilities. Great view from the room and balcony. Clean washing machines and dryers. Staff were friendly. Parking was included. The clothes steam cleaner! I want one!
