Reviewed Jan 30, 2025This was a hidden gem in a quiet part of La Serena. We were greeted professionally, efficiently and with friendliness. We were treated well by everyone and the feeling of safety and security was much appreciated. Thank you to Hotel del Cid!

Reviewed Feb 24, 2019Like the central location, the old house has a charm. Continental breakfast could be improved

Reviewed Feb 8, 2019The hotel is clean and comfortable and the owners are very friendly. The wifi in the newer section in the back is erratic. We were very disappointed in the town of La Serena. There is really not much to do or see, unless you want to go to the beach where all the resorts and hotels are.
