COOP HOTEL PUTRAJAYA & CYBERJAYA

Selesa, strategik, tq bagi freegift kerepek sedap 👍

Aircond kena on lama sikit baru sejuk

Room dirty & smelly. booking family room but get small room like a store room. first & last check in at this hotel.

Good location. Room is comfortable.

Please check on the shower piping - Room 207. Toilet door cannot lock - Room 202. Heater not working - Room 205. TV not working - Room 206

The bed sheets appear as though they have not been changed before my stay. There were debris on the bed sheets. When I approached the staff to exchange a bedsheet, I was told that the housekeeping staff is off duty. So then am I supposed to put up with dirty bed sheets because you guys didn't do your jobs properly?

Near to PICC

The toilet wall is dirty, got molds. The toilet door is hard to open and close. The bed was very creaky, not comfy.

Tekanan air kuat, bilik bersih, selesa. Lokasi strategik banyak kedai, parking senang. Dekat KFC Pizza Hut dan Burger King.

Tiada lift dan aircond kurang sejuk

best for convo near PICC

have food venue

Staff is suuuuuper friendly, like suuuuuper duuuuper friendly. A good and friendly staff made everything easier to talk to or discuss with. Thanks for the free snack.

Room is slightly smaller for a double room, might not be everyone's cup of tea, but for us its all good and thats the pricing we paid for. 9.0 and not 10.0 is because the room we gotten actually got a lizard shit in the aircon and it dropped on the bed directly, not just one bit but quite a few and noticeable.

The location as convenient for me which is only 8 mins away from PICC. The facilities were better than the last time I was here.

Bersih.

bilik dan tandas bersih , facilities byk

Senang dpt kn mknn2 kg dan masih ada suasana kg yg tenang

Location near to highway Friendly staff Clean room

Strategic location, not far from our destination and easy to access.

Berpuashati dan keselesaan serta keselematan kenderaan terjamin

The room is clean and smell nice. The environment is quite during night time and comfortable to sleep.

Tv xbnyak channel Bnyak nyamuk

Hotel yang menarik dan sesuai utk menginap.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to find location, quiet room and close to the airport - perfect for transit through KL. Also good food options less than 5 minute walk outside, very easy.

dapat ground floor

pintu tandas ada masalah

The water pressure in the shower as well as the heat is very good. Staff is quite friendly. Got coway on ground floor and multiple other snacks you can purchase there. Include iron and iron board for everyone in the same floor. Include desk to do some work. Strategic location nearby lots of shops, dobi and uitm dengkil.

The room is much more smaller than expected but manageable. There's no obvious dirtiness anyway but I found one tiny cockroach on the desk. Have to use stair which is not that big of a deal but will be better if i get a notice beforehand.

Dekat dengan kemudahan kedai makan

bilik kecil tiada disediakan sejadah untuk muslim

Toilet kotor penuh rambut. Aircond tak sejuk Tv tak clear

Harga bajet jadinya semuanya serba bajet. Jangan mengharap terlalu tinggi bila anda bayar terlalu murah di kawasan berhampiran Putrajaya. Untuk keselesaan keluarga, sila pilih hotel lain. Jika anda menginap terlalu lama, sila pilih hotel lain.

Tiada tingkap.

Very clean. Smells very good. And we even got free banana chips from the receptionist ❤️

The receptionist was very easy to deal with and provided fast service. They also gave a free gift during check-in!

The bed was slightly dusty and the body wash pump was not working, which could be improved.

Staff has the initiative to help when asked to.

Cigarette smell was all over the place that even the air freshener won't do wonder. The floor was sticky and cockroaches can be seen crawling in the bed room as well as in the bath room. Bed sheets and linen have musky odour. Hopefully, hotel management can do something for better future experience

strategic location to Putrajaya

so many small cockroachs in the room.
