The bathroom fan would click on and run every 30 seconds for 10 seconds, all night long. Needed earplugs to block it. The fridge had a working light but did not actually work to cool things. The a/c unit needs filter cleaning, perhaps, as the smell was terribly musty when it ran. Soiled walls in the room. Considering the price, I expected more.

while the rooms were for the most part clean, they could benefit from a little attention. The walls were a bit dirty in places, the lighting in the entrance vanity area was not great. Also it would have been preferable to be able to turn the balcony lights off at night as they are very bright. We would have loved to be able to sit and look at the night sky but it wasn't possible due to the light pollution. Also the light kept the room a bit bright even with the room darkening curtains. These are minor things, but for a 4-star and for the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail in these areas. Also, the pool side beds were an issue. For 3 of our 5.5 days we had no access to a pool side seat of any kind. Even with signage people placed towels early morning even though they did not attend the pool until several hours later. Also ground floor rooms with dedicated sun beds, still used the other beds leaving theirs unoccupied and unable to be used by others. Staff did not assist in deterring this behaviour which meant those not on a ground floor did not have seating. This was really our biggest issue as I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool but was unable to use it for a large portion of our trip. This may seam silly as the sea was also right there, but we did not want to have to rent seaside seats or spend the entire day on the beach. We wanted to be able to go out to the beach for a bit then spend time relaxing by the pool. Unlike the others, we did not put towels down, then go to the beach for two hours, taking up chairs we were not using. I would really suggest stocking up on sun beds. There was plenty of room to add several more. I would also recommend more umbrellas as everyone was racing for the beds that had them. 4 sun umbrellas is not enough. They could have had umbrellas set up in the grassy area as well. Overall we were happy with the stay, and we would return if we knew some of these minor issues were...

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We have stayed at this hotel five times now over the years, and we always love coming back. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The beachfront rooms have amazing sea views, and waking up to the view in the morning is just beautiful. There are also lots of great places to eat nearby. Carlos, one of the waiters, is always very helpful and friendly and really makes you feel welcome!
While the bedrooms have had new flooring, the main thing that could be improved is the overall condition. Some areas are starting to look a little dated and could benefit from further refurbishment, including a fresh coat of paint. Having stayed here five times, we would love to see the rooms brought up to the same standard as the fantastic location.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Great location not far from airport on beach, very quiet. Our plane arrived late and immigration was 2 hrs so it was great that they served us a meal at 6 pm. Great sea view for rooms and meals. Good food for small hotel. Excellent breakfast. Good staff.
Bathroom is odd. Very difficult to turn shower knobs with wet hands. Light for mirror was very backlit and difficult to see face. Small poorly laid out room. Seemed somewhat overpriced.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Mir gefiel das Hotel, obwohl es etwas abgewohnt ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Aussicht großartig egal vom Balkon oder sogar vom Bett dank großer Verglassung, und das Personal freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert.
Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt. Allerdings wären Renovierungsarbeiten angebracht. Die Fußleisten und Möbel sind stellenweise beschädigt. Ein Matratzentopper wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Und die Zimmerreinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Selbst direkt nach der Reinigung spürte ich noch Sand unter den Füßen. Aber insgesamt überwiegen die genannten Vorteile die Nachteile.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Das Hotel lebt nur von seiner Lage und ist keine 4 Sterne Wert. Liegen so durchgelegen dass man sie nicht Nutzen kann, Besuch der Rezeption brachte keine Lösung. Minibar hat nicht funktioniert, trotz dreimaligem Besuch der Rezeption nur vertröstet worden. Zudem machten sie einen desinteressierten Eindruck. Zimmer mangelhaft gereinigt. Bett fällt halb auseinander. Personal sehr durchwachsen - ein Teil schaut als wäre man nicht willkommen. Für ein 4Sterne Hotel absolut frech und der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pour un hôtel à ce prix là en Espagne c’était franchement abusé. 10 transats qui se battaient en duels autour de la piscine et la moitié été cassée. Le frigo dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien et ne fermait pas bien également et le joint tomber de la porte. À 240€ la nuit c’est vraiment abusé sans petit déjeuné. Très très déçu de cet établissement.

Des personnes se permettent de se réserver des transats en posant une simple serviette dessus puis de s'absenter. J'étais déjà venu il y a 2 ans, il y avait plus de choix au petit déjeuner et des articles de salle de bain étaient fournis (brosse à dent par exemple...). Or ça n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui.

Para lo que cuesta el hotel las instalaciones podrían mejorarse, nuestra terraza tenia 2 llamas de madera del suelo rotas y otra que se rompió al caminar, la cortina medio descolgada. El personal del hotel bastante impertinente los únicos que eran agradables los de recepción Cuando llegamos al check in que es a las 14h, nuestra habitación no estaba lista y tuvimos que esperar como 20 minutos, no me parece bien la verdad. Y el desayuno muy pobre, estaba todo bastante vacío

Loungers around the pool weren’t very comfortable and property needed some care there were dead bushes and grass that needed to be cut however didn’t really impact on our stay.

Nous étions déjà venue dans cet hotel et nous avions passé un super séjour. Mais il y a un gros hic cette fois. Les avions !! Nous n'avions pas eu ce souci la 1ère fois mais là, de 7h00 du matin à 23 h toutes les 3 minutes, un avion atteri à Barcelone El Prat. L'avion passe à 300 au dessus de vous. Le bruit est insupportable. Donc c'était la dernière fois que nous venions dans cet hotel. Vu le prix, vous ne pouvez pas ignorer ce désagrément.

Un detalle, no hay ningún perchero para colocar las toallas, nunca se secan…

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The gentleman at reception was really friendly. The location was amazing, basically on the beach and lots of places to eat on the doorstep. The room was spacious and the balcony had comfortable seats to relax outside. Great shower. Spacious swimming pool and good opening hours. Lovely rooftop to relax on when the sun is going down.
A lovely hotel but I think they could make more of the outdoor space. There's a massive swimming pool but limited loungers and parasols. It would be good if the bar/restaurant staff could take some orders poolside as you needed to go inside to order a drink, yet the restaurant wasn't that busy in the day. The sun loungers were hard plastic, so weren't very comfortable.

The sun loungers and chairs were back breaking . We asked for cushion nothing Had a shower leak unfortunately . The balcony doors to the beautiful view were unclean sweaty hand n face prints where not cleaned at all. If you do not get a sea view rooms very warm and too small Not good value at all.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced several issues that significantly affected our stay. What was most frustrating was the response from the hotel staff. We reported these concerns, but they were either not addressed properly or no meaningful solution was offered. As paying guests, we expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers. A truly horrible experience.

La piscina andrebbe curata di più. Le sdraio utilizzabili con ombrellone sono 6, poi ci sono altre sdraio vecchie di legno sul lato giardino, ma sarebbero da sostituire.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Dobre śniadania , blisko plaży , basen z czystą i ciepłą wodą , blisko restauracja , bardzo ładna promenada wzdłuż morza , super na spacery i rowery, parking w podziemiu hotelu na samochód 20 EURO / doba , mógłby być tańszy dla gości hotelowych. W pobliżu restauracje i lodziarnie , na plaży snack bar czynny cały dzień , z przekąskami , piwkiem i drinkami .
Materace w pokojach do wymiany , zapadnięte i zużyte . Stolik na balkonie zardzewiały . Brak umywalki w toalecie, brak wieszaków na ręczniki. Mała ilość wieszaków i miejsca w szafie , oby powiesić ubrania . A najgorsze ; co dziennie od 8 rano do wieczora, ścieżka podchodzenia samolotów do lądowanie na lotnisku , nad samym hotelem , hałas nie do zniesienia .

Climatisation remise à 18 tous les jours alors que nous la remontions a 22. Il ne faisait pas plus de 25 degrés dehors, donc pas nécessaire de descendre autant, surtout a l heure où nous devons faire des économies d énergie

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Frühstücksterrasse und Zimmer mit Meerblick, bequeme Betten. Von den Liegen am Hotelpool konnte man direkt an den Strand bzw. ins Meer schwimmen gehen.
Keine Haken im Bad bzw. Zimmer, Beleuchtung beim Waschbecken/Spiegel eher ungünstig. Das Hotel liegt in einer Einflugschneise zum Flughafen: an 2 von 5 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts war es deswegen sehr laut.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Nuestra luna de miel no podía haber ido mejor. El hotel es precioso, muy limpio y cuidado, con unas instalaciones fantásticas. Los desayunos son espectaculares, con mucha variedad y productos de calidad. También comimos en el restaurante y la experiencia fue excelente.
Nada destacable. La experiencia fue excelente y cumplió todas nuestras expectativas.

Couldn't find "Do not Disturb" sign to put on door. No milk in room to make coffee or tea.
