Reviewed Aug 26, 2026El sitio de montaña espectacular, apartado del pueblo super tranquilo, con todo lo necesario, cocina pequeña, terraza, camas cómodas, el propietario gran anfitrión....todo de 10, Ioaninna es muy recomendable si se quiere estar tranquilo, con montaña y campo cerca y por supuesto Meteora a menos de hora y media
En Grecia hay muchos mosquitos en todas partes, la única pega pero no tiene que ver con el sitio ni el hotel

The place is exceptionally clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, and the area is peaceful and quiet, so I had a great night's rest. There is also convenient parking just across the street. A perfect place for an overnight stay during a trip. Highly recommended!

Miros foarte neplacut in camera, inclusiv lenjeria de pat si prosoapele aveau un miros greu. Curatenia lasa de dorit. Pret mare comparativ cu ce ofera. Am stat doar o noapte, dar nu recomand, din pacate. Galagie pana noaptea tarziu. Se aude tot de pe holuri.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Odličan smestaj. Sve je vrlo vrlo čisto i uredno. Vlasnik Dimitris nas je sačekao, sve nam objasnio, bio je vrlo ljubazan. Bilo nas je četiri porodice, Dimitris je imao smestaj za sve nas. Klimatizovana je svaka soba, preko puta vile je parking. Čista desetka!
Do grada morate kolima, ali to i nije neka mana, samo konstatacija.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale, essenziale ma comodo e confortevole. Pulizia eccellente, proprietario molto gentile. La posizione è fuori dal centro (10 min. In auto) e per noi che a viaggiavamo con la nostra auto è stata molto comoda per il parcheggio senza stress. Inoltre la struttura è dotata di telecamere. Zona estremamente silenziosa durante la notte. A due passi c’è la Perama Cave che vale la pena visitare.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Εξαιρετικός Ξενώνας, τα εχει ολα και συμφέρει, ο κύριος Δημήτρης και όλη η ομαδα σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι ομορφα και σαν στο σπιτι σου. Άριστη τοποθεσία επίσης, αν θες να εξερευνήσει όλη την περιοχή γύρω απο τα Γιάννενα και μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι απο το κέντρο. Αψογα ολα!

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer als eigentlich gebucht. Die Ausstattung war gut. Ich fand das Bett sehr bequem. Die Perama-Tropfsteinhöhle ist praktisch um die Ecke. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze beim Haus. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Tsironi war sehr freundlich , gut erreichbar und flexibel. Er gab uns auch Essens-Empfehlungen. Wir hatten durch unsere Reiseplanung einen sehr späten Check-In und sind sehr dankbar dass alles so toll funktionierte.
Uns wurde empfohlen, die Heizanlage immer auf 25 Grad Celsius zu lassen, was das Schlafen etwas unangenehm machte.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και άνετο πάρκινγκ. Άνετα κρεβάτια και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό δωμάτιο και πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός . Μας έδωσε και γούρι για την καινούρια χρονιά.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η ηχομόνωση. Ακούγαμε τους διπλανούς πολύ έντονα όταν μιλαγανε. Βέβαια υπήρχε και ησυχία στο ξενοδοχείο.

Ο χώρος του ντους θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερος, χωρίς όμως αυτό να είναι πρόβλημα.
