Reviewed Jan 7, 2026La struttura era in una buona posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal palazzo reale e dal centro, vicina a un supermercato e una fermata del tram che porta direttamente alla stazione. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, con cucina che ha il necessario per cucinarsi. Ci sono bagnoschiuma e asciugamani. Appena entrati nel palazzo c'è una torretta dove si inserisce il codice della prenotazione e restituisce le carte per accedere all'appartamento, l'abbiamo trovata molto comoda.

Appartamento differente a quanto prenotato, chiaramente per due persone adattato per quattro, il tavolo aveva solo due sedie non potevi nemmeno cenare. scritto alla struttura nemmeno hanno risposto. appartemento vetusto e non pienamente pulito. doccia usciva acqua da tutte le parti non aveva nemmeno un doppio cuscino

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025Accommodation and location were really good. Clean and everything needed. Housekeeping staff were welcoming and friendly, too.
We checked in online, which was straightforward and any queries were promptly responded to online through the messaging service. Using this we didn't actually see a representative face to face so can not comment on the personal service from that side of the experience.

L'appartamento non era molto pulito, c'erano delle molliche in giro e ho ricevuto alcune comunicazioni dallo staff in ritardo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025L’appartamento era estremamente pulito al nostro arrivo e bene attrezzato in termini di utensili e biancheria. Ho apprezzato molto i due bagni (eravamo in 5) e la posizione in un quartiere bello e tranquillo, vicinissimo a Palazzo Reale e Frogner Park.
L’appartamento era al piano rialzato e le finestre affacciavano su un posteggio interno limitando la nostra privacy. Le foto della prenotazione mostravano un appartamento simile ma chiaramente all’ultimo piano. Il corridoio per raggiungere l’appartamento era poco areato e stagnava odore di chiuso e di cibo.

Dat een opklapbed voor 4e persoon in kleine woonkamer stond, had gedacht in slaapkamer. Had bij vragen van mij over extra bed vermeld kunnen worden. Dan had ik gekozen voor 2 appartementen. Inchecken met automaat ging ging makkelijk. Latere vragen via booking app kwam ging antwoord op voordat we in ochtend weer vertrokken.

Katusekorter oli hubane, säilitatud vanad ehituskonstruktsioonid. Ruum hästi ära kasutatud. Voodid mugavad, tekke-patju jätkub. Kõik vajalik olemas. Puhas.
Iseteenindus check-in tõrkus. Telefonitsi lubati uks avada aga midagi ei juhtunud. Sain hoonesse varasema külalisega koos. Ukse taga oli veel samas olukorras inimesi. Edasi jälle sujus kõik kenasti.

We boekten op basis van de faciliteit parkeren waar we op filterden. Bleek er geen parking te zijn maar wel doorverwijzing naar parkeergarage in de buurt wat ons heeeeeeeel veel kostte.

Die Betten hätten bequemer sein können. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Achtung, das Parkhaus direkt um die Ecke ist extrem teuer. Eigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht.

The apartment is located on the last floor and as the weather was hot we struggled with the high temperature I the apartment. There was no reserved parking available, so we parked on the street using “Easy park” app

1. 线上登录一直失败，只能线下check in，但是线下check in的地方离公寓实际上很远，需要拎着行李再走十几分钟，非常不便。2. 沟通很不方便，我通过booking的后台问了两个问题，都没有得到实质上的帮助。3. 房间清洁做得不到位，有个床的被子上有很多饼干屑。

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025The apartment was fit for our group, and we have the facilities we need. It's in the downtown and close to most of the sightseeings, about 10 mins walk to the Royal Palace, restaurants surrounded.
We spent some time try to figure out where to park, and afterwards we decided go the key collect place where is 5 -6 mins walk from the preperty, and asked the parking place, Even that, we did not park correctly and got a fine ticket the 2nd day, as we wrongly parked the car on the reserved place for the visitors :( Hope the host could provide clear instruction (better to provide with a map image for the parking) before the guests arrived, so can save time for guests to figure out how to park and where to park, as in Norway Cities is so hard to park over night.

Very low ceiling under the rooftop, not possible to stand up by the beds. Cramped for 5 people. Very hot in the summer weather. Breakfast delivery did not work, but was compensated by double breakfast next day.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2025Viskas puiku. Gera lokacija, arti centro. Butas buvo tvarkingas ir švarus, rami aplinka. Gerai aprūpinta virtuvėlė, gal tik trūko popierinių rankšluosčių ir galėjo būti daugiau kavos/arbatos. Geras dalykas, kad bute buvo 3 veidrodžiai - buvome apsistoję trise, todėl rytais būdavo patogu ruoštis :) Aiški komunikacija, prieš atvykimą gavau visą reikiamą informaciją.
Raktus atsiimti reikėjo kitoje vietoje, negu buvome apsistoję. Atsiėmimas buvo paprastas ir sklandus, bet žinoma, būtų patogiau, jei tai būtų galima padaryti toje pačioje vietoje. Taisyklėse buvo prašymas prieš išvykstant išnešti šiukšles ir įjungti indaplovę - kaip ir nieko blogo tame nėra, bet tuomet jautiesi turintis atlikti dalį kambario tvarkymo darbų, už kuriuos esi susimokėjęs.
