Location was good, gardens well kept.

Bed was so hard and noisy when moving it was impossible to sleep on. Shower head sprayed across the bathroom into the bedroom. Multiple roosters crowing literally all day and all night. Don’t stay here if you plan on sleeping- ever.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bedden lagen prima en de kamer was ruim en schoon. Het zwembad voldeed prima en was heerlijk om in af te koelen. De ligging was precies zoals we verwachten. Aan de drukke, maar o zo gezellige straat met restaurantjes en winkeltjes en dichtbij het strand. Met een scooter zijn we het eiland rondgegaan (inclusief Nusa Ceningan) en dat was perfect te doen. Ontbijt was prima, alleen jammer dat je niet onbeperkt koffie / sap kon krijgen.

Room was beautiful and clean. staff are shy but so friendly, be patient they are still learning english. pool is nice and clean, good location on the island, outdoor shower was different

Le ménage n'est fait qu'un jour sur deux. Le petit déjeuner est bôf. Vous devrez choisir entre un café et un jus de fruits.... Bruyant toute la nuit, coqs, chiens, geko..

La posizione era eccezionale, sulla strada principale servita da ogni tipo di negozio, ristorante, supermercato, spiaggie attrezzate La piscina era calda. L'atmosfera cottage e patio sono molto accogliente,

Pulizia, tende con la muffa, il bagno è molto basico. La piscina ha delle piastrelle rotte che possono tagliare i piedi.

This was a last minute booking and we did not know what to expect, but from the staff arranging our boat transport to the perfect location, it was truly amazing. The accommodation was basic but I liked this as it felt part of the island life, like beach huts. The rooms are basic but very clean. Shower was good with hot water. The bathroom is beside the next room so you can hear the neighbour. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The location is perfect, 2 mins to the beach. And some wonderful restaurants in the area. The accommodation has a small shop and a restaurant attached, and they also do snorkelling excursions too.

WiFi was hit and miss which my teenagers were not too happy about. Staff can be noisy in the mornings when cleaning rooms. No safe to store valuables.

Perfecte locatie. Aardig personeel. Centraal gelegen aan de hoofdstraat met vele restaurants en winkeltjes. Vlakbij het strand. Ontbijt prima en lekker, goede koffie!

Wat gedateerd, vooral de badkamer en de keuken in de familiekamer achterin. Foto’s zien er mooier uit. Zwembad wat verouderd (losse tegels op de bodem en randen) en geen rooster over de afzuiging in het ondiepe gedeelte: levensgevaarlijk! Schuifdeuren werken niet goed en gaan niet of nauwelijks op slot. Wij zaten er 5 dagen en geen schoonmaak gehad. Je moest zelf vragen om nieuwe handdoeken.

The accommodation was satisfactory for the money we paid. It was nice to have a clean pool, the gardens were lovely and the staff were gorgeous.

The birds living in tiny cages was exceptionally distressing and caused grief for our family. They also went without food on various occasions. There were roosters directly behind our bedroom that crowing all through the night, every night. The pillows were not very comfortable and we were cold at night. When we asked for extra bedding we only recieved a 2nd sheet.

This is family run and the staff are extremely accomodating and helpful. The rooms themselves are an escape from the busy street. The rooms were as expected for what I paid - comfortable, spacious and large bathroom. Nice little verandah at the front.

The facilities are a little dated but honestly as would be expected for the price and everything is functioning well except maybe the wifi. I was trying to study and had to change between the different wifi usernames depending on the location of where I was.

Central location, helpful and friendly staff, mini mart and restaurant on site and drinking water supplied at their restaurant so super environmentally friendly with limiting the amount of plastic bottles bought - I only had to buy 1 during my 8 days on the island.

Fantastic bungalows right in the centre of Jungutbatu. Super-friendly owner & staff who knew all their guests and greeted us warmly each time. Excellent location with easy access to everything including the beach 2 minutes away (swimming best at high tide). Bungalows were comfortable and air conditioned with private bathrooms - we had the family section with private area & 2 rooms including our own filtered water cooler. Great little pool with lounges around to relax on amongst the frangipanis. Breakfast was simple but perfect (choice of fresh fruit juice, tea or proper coffee plus choice of toast, croissant, jaffle, omelette or pancake). Highly recommend the D and B snorkelling trip - booked directly plus also the fast boat to/from Sanur. Loved our stay here! Thank you!

Location was fantastic on the Main Street and you could also walk to the beach. Small traditional family run property with individual bungalows and a lovely pool area.

The breakfast included in the room price was very limited. Perhaps worth including a second option with more choice at a higher cost.

Room was basic with comfy bed and good air conditioning. There is a shared pool. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Bathroom was not well insulated and therefore, neighbour's conversations and general outside noise could be heard inside. It was not too disruptive and noise cancelling headphones worked just fine

Great location, walking distance from everything. Staff were excellent and so nice. Great having a store and restaurant on site so convenient. Great value for money. Bed was comfortable and we extended our stay.

The property helped organize ferries at a good price, which was convenient. Staff is accommodating.

Between a chicken farm and the busiest road, it is the loudest spot on the island. 15 roosters going off all day and night, we couldn’t rest for a minute. Super loud family staying long-term with 3 screaming kids. Only a thin sheet is provided, so we weren’t cozy with the AC running. The pool tiles are broken. Also some renovation going on, building garden beds. If we had had free cancellation we would have left. Much better value elsewhere. Staff doesn’t speak English well enough to help problem shoot.

Location and Kind personal

During our stay, our room wasn't cleaned, and they didn't change the towels. The bathroom has an open ceiling, so you can hear everything from the other room, which is extremely uncomfortable. At 7:00 AM, children were screaming in the pool, and the rooms are all around it. We couldn't sleep past 8:00 AM any day.

Everything about our long stay at D & B Bungalows was faultless and we absolutely loved our time here! As long term travellers, we have the luxury of time, and can opt to stay for long periods of time in certain places. We chose particularly well here. Four weeks gives a real insight into how places operate, and D & B is run so well by the fantastic team we just loved it more and more as the days went by. We're travelling on a tight budget, and this place offered the best value for money in the whole first six months of our time away from home, The staff are all so hard working and the place is kept immaculate. Our room was cleaned regularly, and before we even had to hand our key in for cleaning, the excellent and lovely manager (sorry, I forgot your name) was asking us for our key to clean our room in the morning. Breakfast was constantly great considering the budget, and coffee in particular was always excellent! Our room was also great, really spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. AC was exceptionally good and it seemed like a brand new unit that was ultra quiet and really efficient. The small fridge in our room was a real bonus. Pool, and grounds in general were just all lovely too. Location is perfect in Jungutbatu, and if we return to Nusa Lembongan on our travels around Indonesia, we will definitely be booking to stay here again!

The location is very close to the harbor, only around 3 minutes by car or motorcycle, and the beach is just a 2 minute walk away. The hotel also has a restaurant and mini market, and if you want to eat outside, there are many other restaurants nearby too. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Even though housekeeping wasn’t done every day, you could still request fresh towels daily. That was amazing.

Nous avons bien aimé là proximité avec le centre la piscine Nous avons manger une fois au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était bon pratique à côté il y a une supérette et à 3 minutes de marche de la plage Nous avons fais du Snorkeling via l’hôtel et très correct et le guide propose une gopro pour envoyer les photos de la sortie

Il personale era gentilissimo, la colazione molto buona, si può scegliere tra omelette, toast, pancake… non hanno battuto ciglio quando gli abbiamo chiesto di fare colazione prima del previsto per fare immersione Sono molto disponibili, abbiamo noleggiato il motorino e il taxi da loro a prezzi onestissimi. Inoltre hanno anche un piccolo negozio di fianco per ogni necessità. Infine la loro cagnolotta dolcissima e la gattina piu buona del mondo

We stayed in the family bungalow, which was very large and spacious—plenty of room and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they even assisted us with renting a scooter. The food at the restaurant out front is delicious and reasonably priced. Also, the beach is just a short walk away. HutzmiHatzmi to Mang_eke - you are the best !

Internet was soo bad.

Direkt an der Straße, Geschäfte, Gaststätten und Strand waren nicht weit, aber dadurch, dass die Zimmer hinten im Garten waren, war es wirklich ruhig. Ich war in einem der Holzbungalows untergebracht, sehr groß und gemütlich mit genügend Ablagen und Steckdosen. Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert, kleine, gemütliche Terrasse mit Kleiderständer das Bad ist ein halbes Außen Bad, riesig groß. Kühlschrank im Zimmer (das finde ich immer sehr gut) Es scheint ein Familienbetrieb zu sein, die ganze Familie ist eigentlich Tag und Nacht am werkeln, alle sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Vorne an der Bar gibt es eine Wasserspender, wo man sich seine Trinkflasche auffüllen kann. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool, welcher auch wirklich zum verweilen einlädt, nach einem langen aktionsreichen Tag sitzt man hier gerne und lernt somit auch die anderen Gäste kennen. Zimmerreinigung ist gut und erfolgt jeden zweiten Tag.

Der Eingangsbereich sieht im Moment nicht so einladend aus, da umgebaut wird, aber die Arbeiter waren sehr fleißig, so dass ich mir vorstellen kann, dass es in ein paar Wochen gar nicht mehr zu sehen ist. Das Bad ist wirklich riesig groß und hier könnte man sicher noch eine Ablagemöglichkeit schaffen.

Amazing bungalow in such a great location. Staff were so helpful and we booked a snorkel tour with them that was amazing. The pool was so lovely too.

The property was in a central location.

There was a wedding on the next door plot to the property during our stay facilitated and organised by the staff and/ or owner of the property (the story of who was responsible kept changing). As a result, there was extremely loud music that rattled the walls until around midnight on 2 out of 3 nights of our stay. We were not warned prior to the stay that this would be happening, even though all the staff knew it would be taking place for months, so we could not make other arrangements. We were also told that the music would only be on for one night when we complained on the first day, so we didn’t make other arrangements fr the second night and, again, couldn’t sleep. The staff were friendly at first, but quickly became rude and dismissive. We contacted the owner during the second night of disruption and after our stay via Booking.com and were ignored.
