Wow!!! This hotel has everything and more, well exceeding my expectations. In fact, this hotel could teach many 4star and 5star hotels how to do it right. The staff made an effort to communicate in English or used AI translate to assist. Breakfast is phenomenal with everything you could ever ask for. The room is sensational with the best bathroom layout I have ever experienced. The bed is very comfortable with all the amenities you require. It was good to walk around outside and the hotel was easy to find and return to.

I didn’t know how to work the TV which was a blessing as I didn’t spend much time there!!

This hotel is to the north of the city. We were travelling north for work so this was good for us. I would not advise to stay here if you want to explore central Hangzhou. the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

the only issue i had was that sometimes it was difficult to communicate with staff because i do not know any mandarin. all the staff were very helpful though.

The breakfast was amazing! So much choice, lovely and fresh and well laid out. We loved it!

A feeling is personnal and difficult to describe. The staff, the design, the cleanness, the atmospher, the breakfast, the beautifull room..evrything was great. Probably the top value money i ever been in 20 years of trips abroad. Difficult to leave after 4 days

Nice hotel in a good location, great views from the lounge. Staff and room were nice. Some good restaurants and sports complex just across the road. Only a one night stay but was satisfied with the service and room.

Walkable area with a mall within 15 minutes. Above average club lounge in terms of food and view, good breakfast and well equipped gyms in comparison to similar setups in Shanghai. About 20 minutes by taxi from the Linping South train station.

I had a wonderful stay at this very new hotel in Hangzhou. - The location is excellent—quiet and not too crowded, perfect for a relaxing getaway. - The hotel is beautifully furnished, with modern and tasteful decor. - The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of dishes. - Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delightful, with high-quality food. However, the pricey Longjing tea served at the restaurant was a bit underwhelming! Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers!

Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately the service staff are poorly trained, especially in the lobby bar. Not the fault of the staff but rather with management.

The hotel is excelent in a great position if your in the textile business most factories are nearbuy Ling ping City centre is 10 mins away by taxi it is easy and all new, lots of great restaurants, not so many people speak english but it it works out every one tries to make stay perfect

HangZhou Renaissance hotel, combined with Chinese Beijing Opera culture very well, Opera Mask and model elements can be viewed in many places of the hotel. Combine the Chinese traditional culture and international modern design make the guest has good feeling and provide a interesting way to let guest get more acknowledge of Chinese Opera. The hotel design make me want to say WOW when entering, although it’s just a Renaissance brand, but it makes me feel like in a W hotel, the R logo can be viewed all over the hotel displayed in different way, the R logo in the circular pool of the main entrance reminds me of W hotel of Koh Samui. The executive lounge locate at the 16th floor with broad view, can see the stadium of 2022 HangZhou Asian Game and the majority of YuHang city. The lounge is not crowded and can enjoy the nice happy hour in a relax atmosphere. The lounge manager Miss Somi is very kind and helpful, contact me before arriving and upgrade my room to higher floor with good Mountain View, set the bath amenities as needed. And provide an exquisite set of welcome amenity. The room is just like the public area, mix the Chinese traditional and modern elements together. Steady and also energetic. There are Renaissance bears at the top of the cupboard and Jarre AeroBull on the bedside table. The sofa near the window has good size and can accept an adult to sleep there. Since the hotel is just opened in 2018, everything are new and functioning well. The price of the hotel is very attractive, usually it will has lower rate than the Courtyard of HangZhou. And currently it’s just a Cat 2 hotel, redeem with points is also a good option. Enjoy the W feeling with Courtyard price in this Renaissance hotel, good choice here.

I always go to The Renaissance hotel in Hangzhou. It is an excellent choice as this hotel is a very nice Five stars hotel in China. Service is very good and the staff do the maximum to make your stay as good as possible. The decoration is amazing. Nice swimming pool and top gym. The restaurants are very ice and my favorite is the Chinese one. Excellent

Design centric hotels with polite Chinese staff. Well spaced rooms, white marble look bathroom with black taps. Bathrooms can be open up to make it an open concept bathroom. Plentiful and strategically placed power sockets. Found a piece of gum on the shelf. Room service food is average like most hotels (expensive and mediocre). Overall a pleasant hotel, well recommended

Oh...where to start!! This has to be the best Renaissance I have ever been too!! I am definitely a road warrior and stay in hotels no less that 250 nights a year, so when I say this hotel is impressive it really is!! The hotel should win an award for the interior design and the staff. Both are breathtaking. I would like to thank both Sunny, Annie and Cassie for what I’d call exceptional service. At times I forgot I was in China as the staff here are so well spoken in English! The club floor lounge is on the 16th floor and had a great view of the city. I was given a room on the 19th floor that was spectacular. Again the interior design was awesome. The breakfast has to be one of the best buffers anywhere. Again the staff here were friendly and super helpful. I would definitely vote this hotel as one of the best managed hotels in Asia. Great value, stunning interior design and staff that are incredibly well trained! I would definitely stay here again and I’d highly recommend it!!!

Put up here for a week for the Alibaba Business School course. The overall service was good; manager for concierge services was outstanding - he was very patient & even went out of his way to order Luckin Coffee for us! The seminar facilities are good although meeting room temperature was a tad cold. Breakfast was great with wide spread & attentive service. They even have egg white omelette!! The only complaint was the limited choices of late night room service dining- there is only 3 items on the menu & the order took 45 minutes to arrive! Room was large & comfy although the housekeeping quality was not great; the rubbish on the floor stayed on for days!

I have visit the Renaissance Hotel in Hangzhou in my last Trip to China. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was top, you can find all what you want, I enjoyed a noodle soup. Service was very good and staff was very obliging and friendly. I felt preety well. Thanks Looking forward to visit you again soon.

I booked this hotel as it's close to the office I had to visit. It is the other side of hangzhou so there is not much around here apart from offices. The hotel is new and very modern. Wifi is terrible as it seems to loose connection every few minutes. Breakfast is good but limited for vegans or vegetarians. Staff are nice and helpful. Otherwise good.

its a nice place for both holiday and business, the location is not bad and the hotel is brand new, stuff there are very friendly service are outstanding. we booked a meeting there all goes well. there is one think i have to say, the sales team speak very good English(or maybe i met the one who speak very good english) i really appreciate everything what they have done to us, if I got a chance id love to come here again maybe for a holiday and enjoy the hotel. It’s not something you see everyday. But it’s a fun experience if you’re visiting home of Alibaba! Try calling the front desk and order bottles of water requesting for the robot. Wait and have fun. As for breakfast, it’s a little pricey with very little variations. Some times the service can be unreliable as they don’t always converse well in English. Had my laundry missed because they did not understand me. However, service recovery is superb! Still on service, the staff is very willing and helpful (provided they understand you). Near the hotel, you can find Starbucks and InTime shopping mall about 1km away. Bring lots of cash as they don’t take credit card. Nice book store nearby too!

It seems to me this is the hotel you will meet people having extended stays, as we did a few times now. Being the best hotel in town, with super friendly service team and the right location, it is popular for business as well as tourists. The culture museum is next door in the People Square. The hotel added free shuttle between the hotel and the West Lake in Hangzhou. Overall an excellent choice.

I heard about this Renaissance Hangzhou Northeast Hotel is very trendy. So we came for a try and we had dinner in food studio. The quality of the food is amazing spanish-themed buffet, fresh sashimi, king crab legs, iron steak, lamp, grill oyster and locals’ favorite steam hairy crab, a lots of dessert in the fridge and rotating ice-cream machine etc.. the service is very good as well, especially chef Peter & his cooks. Peter is very friendly hospitality, introducing his food to every guest, make us feel we are not just in a buffet restaurant. That’s why we plan to come again a week later.

This new Hotel is extravagant from start to the end, the interior designer made th place a great experience, the Rooms (suite) are absolutely wonderful! Breakfast is an experience! If you have the chance, stay there it is worth it!!

It is new, with typically serious (as Renaissance) but unique design features all over the building; It is high class, offering personal service, attended to your needs; Whether it is a regular resataurant or business lounge, you will find joyful details Hopefully you or your family will come and visit, and dig out the fun yourself.

It is really an fantastic experience.Hangzhou Yuhang Renaissanse Hotel is the first Renaissance brand hotel in Zhejiang province.I've been looking forward to it for a long time.So last week, I decided to check in once.I mentioned in the mail to the hotel that if I could, I would like to experience a suite.YUKI who is one of lounge staff, wrote back to me, saying that he would arrange for me if permitted. Hangzhou Yuhang Renaissanse Hotel is a theatrical style hotel,I like the decoration style of the hotel very much.To my surprise, the hotel arranged the best angle suite for me.I was flattered by the staff of the lounge who wrote a welcome postcard for me,they are CASSIE,SAMANTHA,CELINE,CORA,YVONNE,TERESA,YANMICK and YUKI.To be honest, I'm very moved.The lounge is also very good,the view is pretty good,and I like the food very much. I think I'll choose this hotel next time.
