Cliff Castle Casino Hotel

Beautiful hotel room. Quiet and very clean. Love all the different places to eat. Great staff and good gambling games. Wish it was closer to Surprise. Favorite casino!!!!

Nothing. Loved it.

Rooms are spacious.

The refrigerator in the room was not cool enough and could not find a way to adjust it.

Bed is comfortable

I've made this my little roadtrip for awhile. Everyone here, was Kind, helpful, and made our stay very comfortable, even the staff who cleans are absolutely lovely! They were so happy to help w all of my needs. The grounds are always kept up , and AGAIN, the staff is AMAZING!!! I will continue to come here a few x a year, for a lil roadtrip! I truly enjoyed our stay!

Nothing

Clean and fun

No late night food options

Comfortable rooms. Varied dining options right in the hotel.

A/C took quite some time to cool the room. The shower heads were heavily calcified.

Clean !!

Great location

Only a few feet from the Grand Canyon

Always clean, staff was great. Took minutes to check in. Stayed here a few times before. Always a great stay.

Convenient with multiple restaurants to choose from. Hotel is clean and new.

Nothing

The room was nice and the entertainment was good.

The price was to expensive. We had to cut our weekends short because of the price.

No tv

The room and staff were amazing!

I lost at the casino and no cocktail wait staff to serve beverages. Had to walk to a bar to get them. No free beverages while gambling.

Clean and room well appointed with a makeup mirror!!

No breakfast early and very limited options nearby — for early risers headed out to hike and beat summer traffic

The ghost in the room was a nice surprise.

The pool being inside The bowling inside the Johnny rockets restaurant The casino inside The gym Most of all The checkout being 11 not 10am

The key cards gave me issues i couldn’t use them or had to constantly go to register them back because they kept flashing red or saying invalidated cards Other guests were having the same issues or problems it was annoying and a waste of my time

La gentillesse du personnel les chambres très bien aménagée pour les femmes loupe de maquillage .il ne manque rien .Le petit déjeuner est en supplément mais très bien .je le recommande

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Too.d are always clean and comfortable.

clean

The staff was so nice. Breakfast was delicious. Charity at the front was was really kind & helpful and our server Bro was very nice and attentive. The young men in house keeping were also very nice and courteous.

The prime rib buffet was very disappointing. The meat was very tough. 3 out of 6 different deserts were pretty good.

Friendly

Clean and at a great price

No more kids zone

The only issue we had was on out last day, in the early morning, we packed most of our things and put them in our car, but left some items in the room to go down to lobby to have breakfast. When we returned to our room, housekeeping had thrown out all our food and taken our belongings to lost and found. We had not even checked out yet. It was 10am. Someone at front desk made a list of our missing items and returned them. It was a hassle and felt disrespectful.

The property was good

We found a bedbug in our room it would’ve been nice if we would’ve got a reimbursement or percentage of due to the fact of finding that and reporting it and we did not make a big commotion or fuss about it i’m really shocked to find that because we love coming to the casino so I’m not quite sure if we’ll ever come back again

Very accommodating, friendly, and professional staff. Clean, comfortable, and great location for the area.

Nothing

This is a great place to stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The fact I li t it's are clean and well kept.

People are great.

Gambling is the worst that we have experienced. Now on we just go there to get out of town

Fun place to stay and in the middle of it all. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Took kind of long to check in.

The space

No fan in the rooms

The hotel stay was exceptional! The staff was friendly and professional. Storytellers was also amazing.

Just about everything.

No microwave in room.

Excellent

Winning lots of money lol

The hotel side is very nice and clean our room was spacious and very clean.

The casino lacks service and is run down. If you want late night food you only have one choice and it's not a good one it's called three sisters cafe we ordered 4 slices of pepperoni pizza that they sell by the slice we were told they only had one left and 3 cheese slices that they could sell us. It was only 11pm on a Friday night and they are open until 2am and we're not making any more. We also ordered onion rings that took 15min to receive. The pizza looked and tasted like it was days old and the onion rings were so undercooked we could not eat them.

Location

The price and accommodations

Free breakfast

I had to wait 20 minutes on line to chech in. At least 8 people ahead of me with only ONE person working. Its clear the hotel does not care about its customers. Also, the only nice restaurant was closed that day. WHO CLOSES THE FINE DINING RESTAURANT AT A CASINO? STUPID! I ended up having to eat a burger at Johnny Rockets. The casino was boring.. I do not recommend this place.
