El Dueño del lugar es una gran ser humano, habla español, y te apoyo en todo, igual que el joven del turno de noche de 18 a 22pm siempre estuvo atento a mis solicitudes. Muchas gracias Hostel Rooftop por hacerme sentir como en casa. Definitivamente me hospedaré con ustedes siempre que visite Corea del Sur

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location was nice. It is close to Myeondong station and the shopping area there, but still on a quiet street. We found it pretty far to walk to all the main sightseeing attractions though. It was good for the price, but very basic.
The beds were a bit hard. The room is small, but we didnt mind.

* Breakfast very poor - i did not use it at all * When i stored my luggage and returend few hours later, the accomodation was closed. I called one number: no answer. I banged on the door - no repsonse. Finally i found a daytime phone number and the door was opened: it was closedbecause people were cleaning rooms. I think closing ridiculous for a hotel: at last install a doorbelle or put a daytime phone number on the door with information in English. * I lived on floor 3 but some family had their house right above me: noisy at night when whoever it was "walked" around.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Everything about the property was perfect! Location was simply great just a few minutes away from the metro station. The room was spacious and the hostel was very clean. The hostel staff were very polite and helpful! The reception gentleman was so helpful that i got lost of my way(as i was too tired from my long flight) and he came out of the reception and went to find me where i told i was(this is goes beyond a great customer service) his name is Gyu. I will certainly book this place again!

La habitación doble es pequeña y no tenía ventanas al exterior. El problema fue para subir las maletas, ya que me tocó una segunda planta y no hay ascensor.

Rooms need some updating, quite tired and multiple repairs very noticeable especially the hole in the bath.

There is another OYO hostel other side of the station, which is on the map, but this one didn’t come up so I walked to the other hostel only to find I was at a different hostel. Other than that all was good.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026位置離明洞站走路約10分鐘(緩上坡)，附近很多超商，再多走幾分鐘就會到明洞夜市和各種知名餐廳，頂樓可以看夜景跟首爾塔，非常方便。 入住上下舖房型，床鋪好睡，冷氣很舒服，有提供毛巾，早餐也很多元(麥片、果汁、麵包、果醬)，服務人員非常親切，辦理入住很順利。
廁所的氣味希望可以改善，還有衛生紙有點太薄了

Las instalaciones son un poco viejillas, pero están limpias.

La stanza necessiterebbe di un piccolo rinnovamento, come sostituire le tende o ritinteggiare le pareti perchè un pò segnate dal tempo. Il letto era abbastanza comodo ma un pò piccolo e senza spazi laterali in quanto incastrato tra 2 pareti.

Il ragazzo ha la reception molto gentile e la colazione carina, anche se poco igienico il fatto di lasciare agli ospiti l’onere di lavare i piatti e senza utilizzo di lavastoviglie che con la temperatura alta garantisce la corretta igienizzazione delle stoviglie
Camera con pareti sporche, lenzuola grigie non di cotone ma sintetiche, una finestra che dava su un muro e non si poteva aprire, soffitti bassissimi, camera decisamente opprimente…

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026El alojamiento es fantástico, con una ubicación inmejorable, a tan solo unos 180 metros de la estación de Myeongdong, en pleno corazón de Seúl. Puedes acceder al hotel a la hora que quieras y, si llegas antes de la hora de entrada, te guardan las maletas sin ningún problema. Lo mismo ocurre a la hora de salir: puedes dejar el equipaje allí el tiempo que necesites hasta que llegue el momento de marcharte. Además, ofrecen un fantástico desayuno con tostadas, mermelada, croissants, café, leche, cereales y zumo. Otro punto extra para este hotel es que hay un empleado muy simpático que habla español. Es algo que se agradece muchísimo, ya que encontrar personas que hablen español en Corea no es tan habitual. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy recomendable tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios y la amabilidad del personal.

Le petit de le matin n'est pas terrible, peu de choix (tartines de pain de mie /beurre fondu / confiture et beurre de cacahuète, céréales pour les plus jeunes. Pas de fruits frais ni de laitage, dommage. Le personnel dans l'ensemble, n'est pas sympathique et peu souriant.

Juste pour la literie les coussins sont trop gros, lors de problème de nuque c’est un peu compliqué.

A localização é excelente, a rua é uma graça e parece sair de um dorama .. quarto excelente grande e ótimo ar condicionado! Wi-Fi excelente, café da manhã super gostoso num ambiente delicioso, agradável e você começa seu dia bem porque o ambiente é bem gostoso !! Super recomendo e escolheria esse hotel novamente se voltasse a Seoul ! Escolham e vão amar. Você consegue ver a Tower da porta do Hotel

Camera per 6 persone troppo piccola e con 1 solo bagno! Colazione molto semplice.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Our private bunk room for two, was extremely comfortable. Aircon, shower, toilet and beds were great and so comfortable. But the best aspect was the location in Myeong Dong - short walk to station; night markets; cable car to tower. Loved it - will be back.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Lokacija je bila izjemna - sredni Myeongdonga, lahko smo do številnih znamenitosti in atraktivnih lokacij hodili peš.
Razen lokacije, vse ostalo - razočaranje. Hostel v živo ni niti približno tako kot na slikah. Sobe potrebujejo prenovo, pohištvo je staro, brisače so stare in z madeži, room servis tudi, če označiš, da bi ga imel, ni opravljen, zamenjajo le brisače, itn. Zajtrk je vsak dan enak - kruh, marmelada, namaz, kosmiči. Ni toplega zajtrka. En od najslabših hotelov v katerem smo bili, potujemo pa kar veliko.

Lo staff è stato super gentile, colazione con scarsa scelta (pane, marmellata, cioccolato spalmabile e qualche succo oltre al caffè). Punto a favore la possibilità di utilizzare gli erogatori d’acqua sia calda che fredda
Stanze molto piccole nonostante avessimo scelto quelle finestrate. In 2 facevamo fatica a tenere aperte le valigie. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo cambiato stanza e il bagno si allagava dopo la doccia.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Das OYO Hostel ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Dachterrasse eignet sich gut dafür einen anstrengenden Sightseeing-Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Klimaanlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr laut, wir haben sie zum Schlafen ausgemacht, somit hat es uns nicht weiter gestört.
