Ntinas Filoxenia Hotel & Spa

Mic de jun si cina foarte bun

Spatiull in baie era foarte mic

Sadece konumu güzel

Fiyat performans açısından hiç güzel değildi. Gereksiz yüksek fiyat.

Location and the friendly staff

We were accommodated in the side building with a lot of stairs, with 2 kids and a stroller for the baby, the bathroom was too small, it’s impossible to bath the baby there, there is not enough space for the baggage and the baby cot was bot in the bedroom (no space) it was in the living room

Aproape de plajă . Curățenie în fiecare zi . Personal amabil .

Nice hotel, good facilities. Very close to the beach and to restaurants. Didn’t really had any excuse to use my car during the stay. The bar is fine with decent service and prices

The water pressure in the bathroom was sometimes very low.

Totul

It was very clean, comfortable and on great location. The stuff was really helpfull and organized.

Everything was fine.

Everthing very good organized

Sometimes problems with WI-FI

"The location of the property was excellent, situated just about 100 meters from the epicenter of evening activities—the main promenade and central alley filled with shops and taverns. Despite its proximity, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, with no noisy terraces, loud music, or tourist hustle and bustle. Furthermore, the pool closed at 20:00, allowing guests in apartments with sea and pool views to enjoy restful evenings and a good night's sleep. The restaurant was also great, offering delicious food with plenty of variety and very convenient hours for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were wonderful, and even the sun did its job perfectly to make our stay amazing! We truly liked everything."

We liked everything.

The location was good and the staff in the restaurant was always welcoming and kind

The hotel can’t be considered as 4-star hotel, the facilities were too old and not in their best condition. For example the locker of our main door was not functioning and we had to try 10 times sometimes in order to unlock the door. The AC in the room was not stopping although we were trying to stop it with the remote, opening the terrace door at the end in order to stop it we had to turn off the electricity in the whole room. The hotel was so noisy you can hear everything from someone walking outside, to unlocking their doors or speaking in their room. The spa was not working for half of our stay

Food was good. Pools were nice. Parking. Close to everything.

The person who clean the pool while the kids were they were swimming. Small bathroom.

The location is convenient for exploring the island, the food is decent, and the hotel is clean.

It is nowhere near the experience you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms, pool, surroundings and overall facilities feel quite basic. In my opinion, the hotel does not justify its price in any way. The value for money is simply not there.

Locatie excelenta, mic dejun si cina pe toate gusturile,

Baia apartamentului destul de mica si faptul ca in 6 nopti cat am stat nu s-a adus gel de dus si sampon in afara de cele 3 recipiente existente cand ne-am cazat.

The hotel was very clean and nicely renovated. The facilities were modern and well maintained, the pool was great, and it’s located very close to the beach. Overall, the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is quite difficult to reach without a car. Also, both the breakfast and dinner were disappointing, with limited variety and food quality that could be improved.

Locatia, curatenie, facilitatile si mancarea - totul a fost super!

Every person working here is polite and always trying to be of service. Rooms are large and clean and their view is absolutely amazing. Food is great. We would definitely return here.

There isn't a single thing we disliked.

Location, well mantained, clean, gym and nice restaurant - great food

Cold outdoor pools

Food was delicious and location was very close to the beach.

The room was not cleaned properly. When we turned on the ceiling fan, dust came off it. The hair dryer was not working. After the sheets were changed, one of our t-shirts went missing. It seems it was taken with the laundry, but unfortunately, it was never returned.

Hotel bomba super frumos si persoanalul super .A fost foarte foarte bine!

Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners, top-notch food quality. The view from the room is worth a million.

Baia !

The property is very nice, with a great view and nice staff. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We got complimentary dinner drinks, but it is a pity for this nice property that the cleaning is not done properly.

The cleaning was disastrous: our bathroom had mold in the shower, there was a hair tie left in the shower from previous guest, the air conditioning fillers were filthy, there was a lot of dust on the bed frame, the trash can was very dirty etc. It was clear that the room was very superficially cleaned. We raised the issue with front desk and the bathroom was cleaned the next day, but on the wall of the shower cabin there was still mold left and all the rest was not cleaned. Our towels were changed only once and the clean towels smelt bad, the bed sheets were not changed at all in the 6 nights spent there.

Her gün temizlik yapıldı.

Piscinele inutile, fiind apa rece

It is close to the sea and has apartments

The prices and the sheets were stained

Fabulous location- close to the see, but in the same time very quite. Everything was very decent : clean rooms, tasty food, friendly staff. There is an interior swimming pool- perfect for activities with kids during mid-day when is too hot for staying at the sea. We are coming back to this location for the 5th time in last 10 years- it’s nice to see how property is continuously maintained and service quality is almost same as in 2014 ( though it lost the familiarity of the owner ) ☺️

Cleaning staff does not understand English at all, it was difficult to interact with them, but, signs language is the international one , so we managed to understand each other in the end. Also, during dinner it was available only still water, all other drinks are for additional payment.

Personal foarte atent și amabil
