Erdgeschoss Wohnung 01: eine Schranktür im Bad war nicht montiert, wir hatten für weniger Geld aich schon besser Hotels in der Gegend.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Apartamento amplio, con acceso a través de box, muy fácil y bien explicado por el anfitrión, mediante videos enviados por whatsap. Zona residencial, muy tranquila a 10 minutos a pie, del centro. Café y tés de cortesia (hubiera estado bien un botellin de agua)
Utensilios de cocina no estaban limpios; faltaba tostadora y trapos o papel de cocina. La ducha, muy oscura y sobresalia el agua (aunque habia un desagüe en el suelo); cortina de la ducha muy vieja. Mobiliario del baño viejo. Ruido de puertas por la mañana

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Gut ausgestattet, auch wenn alles recht einfach und pragmatisch wirkt. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Lage ist gut. Parken kann man direkt am Haus oder in der Straße. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und schickte rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Inhaber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hat sich vorab per Video über die Eingabe des Codes der Außen - und Zimmentür gemeldet. Auch die Lage des Hotels sehr positiv, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer hatte leider keinen Kleiderschrank

Keine Kaffeemaschine. Wenig Geschirr. Nur 1 kleine Tasse und ein Becher. Großer Spiegel fehlt. Geschirrtuch und Schwamm nicht vorhanden. Duschabfluß voller Haare. E-Herd nicht sauber. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

Reviewed Jul 29, 20251. The location is great, 5 mins from the train station. 2. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. 3. No need to interact with people when checking in/out. 4. Tea and coffee + kettle for the guests for free.
1. There were stains on the sofa, as well as on the cooking surfaces and utensils. 2. The kitchen was lacking basic utensils. 3. The dishwasher was out of order and quite dirty, with unwashed dishes left inside — presumably from previous guests. 4. The tap had issues: it started leaking and made strange noises at random times. We were told it’s due to hot water pressure in summer, but we've never experienced anything like that at other places we’ve stayed. 5. Because of all these issues, we weren’t really able to use the kitchen. Although we were offered the option to use the shared kitchen downstairs, we had booked the suite specifically for the convenience of a private kitchen. 6. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We weren’t informed about this in advance, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. When we asked if it could be fixed, the owner mentioned he could try restarting the router, but that the real issue was with the wiring and likely wouldn’t be resolved for another two weeks. As guests from abroad, this made things quite difficult and costly due to roaming charges.

Reviewed May 13, 2025Spacious aparment. Very good contact with an owner and staff. They were helpful and willing to help even if their hands were tied a bit.
A bit cold for me as placed on a ground floor with a tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Not easy to warm I guess. Recomend to warm up earlier while in winter or cold days. After 2 days was warm enough. Small refrigerator with even smaller freezer but if you do not need much space for meals it's fair enough, I guess.
